One of my headcannon is that Stu cooks incredibly shit and him and billy got salmonella from eating Stu’s eggs. Now Stu is banned from the kitchen and Billy has too cook

Lmao yeah I can see why you’d hc that, and I do like an exasperated cooking Billy, that’s funny.

My personal hc (and what I’ve written in debaser) is sort of the opposite tbh. My Stu had to learn to feed himself because his parents weren’t around, while Billy always got fed by his mom until she left, and then he sort of stubbornly resorted to eating only cereal and takeout.

When they’re teenagers Stu probably isn’t that good a cook, but he’s better than Billy, and he’s one of those constantly hungry people so he actually remembers to eat, unlike Billy who is one of those autistic people that doesn’t remember food exists until his blood sugar is dangerously low.

I think Billy sees cooking as a waste of his time, he gets easily bored by it, but Stu sort of ends up getting into the creativity of it and he definitely makes some dubious foods along the way but he also gets better with time. He has trouble with focus, but it becomes a thing he’s good at focusing on because he cares about it.

And beyond that he likes to have ways of taking care of Billy, and cooking becomes a big one when they’re older. Billy’s been locked up in his office writing all day? Stu can bring him meals at regular times so he doesn’t stumble out of the darkness, hangry and confused at 1 AM.

I also just like to imagine a forty year old Billy walking in the kitchen to see his boyfriend chopping up meat and being incredibly turned on by it.

Transia wasn’t exactly cosmopolitan or diverse, so Wanda didn’t grow up eating anything but local fare. One of the first “foreign” meals she learned to cook as an adult in America was Thai green curry over jasmine rice. She thinks it goes really well with some watermelon for dessert.

important question time while im cooking: which of the bnha kids can cook and which ones really can't? and perhaps most important of all, who THINKS they can cook but reall yshouldn't be allowed anywhere near a kitchen? (personally i place mina firmly in the last category)

I’m going just with class 1-A w/o the grape for this but I’ll add Shinsou and Mei too because they’re great

Can cook really well: Izuku, Uraraka, Bakugo, Tsuyu, Kouda.

Can cook some things, isn’t totally useless: Kirishima, Sero, Jirou, Shouji, Ojiro, Tokoyami, Shinsou.

Can’t cook and knows it: Shouto, Momo, Hakagure.

Thinks they can cook but they’re a HAZARD: Mina, Kaminari, Aoyama, Mei and (surprisingly) Iida.

The outlier: Satou (can bake like an angel but absolutely sucks at regular meals).
