finally started re-playing aa3 and i forgot how unhinged this first case is. like i know ace attorney is unhinged in general but this case is just ???

okay i think this article is HILARIOUS, i was gonna share all my favourite bits but i think it's better to just read it all for yourself -- here's an archive from the wayback machine to circumvent the new yorker's paywall.

ok go were planning on releasing their album 'hungry ghosts' encoded into dna dissolved into small vials of water -- apparently the release was ultimately blocked by the fda, making ok go possibly the only band whose album has been blocked by the fda. crazy stuff

but i'm obsessed with literally the next line in the article:

i was obsessed with the mental imagery of this description, like what an eclectic outfit, 1. not only wear to a genetics lab, but 2. to be described in an actual journalism news article.

but then i was digging through damian's instagram and somehow managed to find (aside from the sunglasses) photos of every item described in the article???

like IT'S REAL???? it sounds like a fanfic-esque description but no this is Actually what damian kulash wore (plus sunglasses) to the Genomics Lab of the Columbia University Medical Center..... what a guy.

and then he's there and he's so excited and swearing so much the whole time (in the article he's quoted saying "shit" once and "fuck" four separate times)
