Egg and Cheese Sandwich memories. Found this photo from a longtime ago, as I was searching for another and remembered my mother making these for my dad and my lunches. She would use Mayo, sharp cheddar cheese from the dairy near our country farm, bread from the store, not homemade, but then add a huge thermos is iced tea, pringles chips (to mine) and Chip Ahoy Cookies. At lunchtime these were cold sandwiches and by the time school let out, I had leftover chips and sweet tea for the ride home.
