Because we are all human and not everything turns out the way we hoped it would, I think these types of post are just as important as others. I believe in sharing all sides of cosplay: the good and the bad. That being said, I am canceling my Monster Hunter World cosplay. I tried. For the better part of a year I really tried to make this work. But in the end, I just fell out of love with this project and working on it became more of a chore and a stress I didn't want in my life. I couldn't have gotten as far as I did without @monstermoth_props who did the majority of the work. Most of his amazing pieces will be saved and parts of the costume will be recycled for other projects. But yeah. That's it. Not every cosplay works out. I thank anyone who showed support along the way and I'm sorry to any Monster Hunter cosplayer out there, but I won't be joining you guys anytime soon. You all look amazing though. What?! Two uploads in a week?! Insanity! So this is my first post update about my first time #styling a wig. Obviously it's for our boy who took his Fox McCloud cosplay prep a little TOO seriously, #rwby's very own hitmonlee! #mercuryblack! This being my first time it's pretty annoying having to tell myself to have patience for this. However, it's been pretty neat to get this far. Makes me have a bit more understanding and respect for those that have worked their skill up in this. My legs off to you technical marvels. Hey friendos! Long time no post 😂, hope you all had a wonderful holiday! First off apologies on the lack of content these past few months, I took a long break from cosplay near the end of summer other then the odd thing with friends. Just wanted to work on my mental health, plus i was just feeling the mad burn out, which i just couldn't get the creativity flowing. . But my goal for this year. Is to get back into it, but this time im not gonna tey and push out alot in a year and just do cosplays ill really enjoy. Which i have some great ones lined up 🖤 both Marvel and FNAF related! .
