Cotó Cake se especializa en cheesecake japoneses y chouxes. Guiado por mi instinto azucarado, y por la experiencia previa en Valencia, decidí probar un delicioso choux de chocolate con avellanas, hecho con crema de chocolate con leche, ganache batida de avellanas, glaseado gourmet de chocolate, que inevitablemente recuerda al famoso bombón Ferrero Rocher. Pero igualmente no dejamos de degustar un producto estrella, el Cotó Cheesecake, la tradicional tarta de queso japonesa, esponjosa y muy suave que recuerda al algodón de azúcar, pero mucho menos dulce que el resto de postres similares, lo que la hace muy diferente en términos de pastelería. ¡Muy ricos! 😋 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ...
