So, I'm here just reading some cpc comments and this prophecy was mentions in the ep;

I bring this up bc wild Prez/Whitney shippers in the comment section are pointing out that Whitney is poorer than Asa.

Remember when we called Asa poor? Then Whitney shows up being homeless.

 He doesn't expect much when he meets the prince of the Monochrome kingdom. To be fair, Asa doesn't meet princes often in general. 

 "Who are you?" A gloved hand forced his jaw to jerk up, meeting the cold eyes of Prince Whitney. 

 Asa was never the strongest - he always did fall behind to the games his children would play - and that fact was proven as fails to even budge the forcibly grip that was placed on him. 

 "Asa," he barely manages to say. 

 Prince Whitney took in this new information by squeezing Asa's neck between his two fingers. Painfully, might he comment. "You bastard. You took my wife." 

 Asa's eyes bulged out his head in an almost pufferfish-like way. "Wife? I don't know any-" 

 "CALPERNIA!" he pushed Asa, sending him reeling into the cold brick, the back of his head smashing against the wall. "You useless commoner! You know who I'm talking about!" 

 (Asa really didn't expect this on his way to get milk from the store.) 

 He doesn't understand why Calpernia would even prefer him over Prince Whitney. Where the prince's arms were porcelain, his was marred with how ruthlessly he would protect those he loved. 

 "You're so… self-sacrificing!" His sister scolded, her voice a mixture of pride and apprehension, "what if I lost you, huh, idiot?! What… would I do without you?" 

 Asa sputtered, "ha? I don't- we're just- she's my friend-" 

 "Friend?" The prince sneered, taking his steps as if he were a tiger stalking his prey, "your kind doesn't do friends. You use people." 

 "My kind?" Asa's world was spinning, but he could see that they weren't so far from his home. 

 "Weak. Small-minded. Poor." Prince Whitney emphasized each point by a rough tug of the back of Asa's hair.

 Prince Whitney went on some monologue that Asa could barely hear from the migrane that was quickly building up. 

 During the middle of it, Asa ran as quickly as he could, dodging carriages along the way. 

 As his back slammed against his now-closed front door, he remembered something. 

 He forgot the milk.

The way Prez reacted do you suppose the pills aren’t as affective as Whitney hoped? Will she become full spider or just be a spider-woman hybrid?

OOOHHH THAT WOULD BE SO COOL. Hmm... I've never had any of those kind of pills before so i don't know. I mean, the package did mention those side effects, so I didn't think anything was wrong. Or is there? What do you think might indicate that the pills are not working?

But Prez becoming a full spider or A SPIDER HYBRID sounds sooo cool!!! One thing though. If she does turn into a huge spider in the middle of battle, that would be kinda..dangerous. In the barn, she didn't recognize Gwen. In her castle too, she didn't recognize Asa nor Whitney. I'm afraid that if she turns into her spider form mid-battle, she would hurt everyone, including the cpc and the pastel family.

However! If she becomes a hybrid spider, I wanna imagine it like that one scene in The Owl House where Eda become accepting of her curse and turn into a harpy-like form :D it would be so cool if Prez has a scene like that.

I wonder what her hybrid form would be like! Maybe like a centaur? Human body and spider legs? Or maybe like a spiderman, just like in the spidersona drawing IHF made XD either it would be awesome to see her using her curse. Whether by obtaining information from the spiders or the spider hybrid. Since everyone's gala costume is basically kinda becoming true now, maybe we'll have something similar to Prez's costume!

Their houses color (as Ravenclaw: blue & Hufflepuff: yellow) if mixed will become their color motif : green

Hence why I am coloring the background (probably not that clear in the photo IG?) with CPC X Hogwarts AU color theory : the wittiness of Blue's Ravenclaw from Frederick and the kindness of Yellow's Gwendolyn - make birth of Green if mixed together, their color motif in CPC - hence heart <3

Frederick being a Ravenclaw (due to bookworm he is) & Gwendolyn being a Hufflepuff (the kindest soul fits here) is based from this HC CPC BLR post as the following :

Yet the Plaid brothers are in different houses, Frederick Ravenclaw (4th year, his best subject is History of Magic, the underdog of top student that not expected to excels at the class that literally a 'sleep-fest') - Lance Gryffindor (6th year, have miracles of could passed OWL to NEWT class and overall is described nicely by Aqua in here) - Blaine Slyterin (7th year, kinda bitter that he's not becoming the head boy even thou he's "know-it-all, could-do-all" perfect. Excels in all classes except Divination - by having Outstandings score)

Prez (Calpernia) is the head girl, while Whitney is the head boy - 7th year and final year at Hogwarts they are - they're have "mysterious strained" past but now working on it. They're as Cookie's HC, both from Ravenclaw. For Curtis-Ravenclaw, somehow I feel he actually lotta older than them, so I placed him as the assistant professor of DADA (as the one that holding the syllabus lectures, so the things that will taught kinda structured) - dw he'll never get the curse/jinx of 'No DADA teacher can lasts more than a year' because he's not teaches it. Asa could becomes the healer's assistant for madam Pomfrey - but I am not sure as student (so being 7th year) or already graduating. Miss Agatha feels to have similar vibes with Prof. McGonagall, while Molly is to madam Hooch with her agility - but I just don't know if they're in the time of Hogwarts studies (September - June) or not.

The parents which have history in the following houses: Leland Slyterin, Izzy Ravenclaw, Jack Gryffindor and Lilyth Hufflepuff) - and we have more characters in the AU!!

Monika - IMHO it will be interesting if she's in Gryffindor - as what she wants is to be braver (like Ben Copper in Hogwarts Mystery game, he's a coward but learnt to be braver)

Beckett and Bernadette will be in Hufflepuff

Orson in Ravenclaw Idk other Princels thou prob in Slyterin (interesting dynamic hating Blaine in same house ngl)

So in Summary, My HC's of Hogwart Houses as following :

I could leave it a short answer but that really isn't unfortunately me now is it?

But before we answer this question, we must ask ourselves another; Is it Spy! Whitney and Assassin! Prez or Assassin! Whitney or Spy! Prez?

The obvious would be the former. Whitney fits Twilight's aesthetic and personality in a way and won't it just be cool to watch Prez kill people? Also it would fit with Prez's little sister who legitimately cares for her having raised her on her own.

But I personally like the latter more. I believe it just fits they're canon personality and dynamic, Prez being readily prepared with Whitney coming in clutch without realzing it. Also lets be honest Prez is ten thousand times better at hding her identity than Whitney. He's a walking suspicion bomb.

Calpernia is pretty skilled to an impressive degree. She bottles up her emotions till she explodes. She's cool, she's really cool but ultimately she's a dork. The CPC could be WISE like look at this gold mine. She's typically the one who often reassure the members similar to Twilight. The handler could be Curtis haha. Calpernia's Fiona could be either Asa or her sister. Also y'know how Twilight is a Psychologist? Just perfect.

Whitney has almost this airheaded quality to him like he's terrible with social ques and norms similar to Yor. Plus he's extremely genuine. Tho it goes against Whitney's moral code to kill, but I feel he has immense appreciation when it comes to weapons and in this field of work find along the way that he could be doing good by doing something heinous. I wonder what association would he be in, he spends his time in the monastery doing volunteer work. Is it so strange for a man like him to remain unwed?

For Whitney's Yuri, I wonder about his siblings. Would they try to kill or protect him, deem him something as harmless. A man who stepped down on his own volition or did he step down bc of force?

I wonder who their Anya is? Could be a seperated Jamie or Gwen, could be both. Adds another new plot line.

This is such a gold mine interesting concepts!

Also who's strongest is up for debate but one thing is for certain just let Whitney be the better cook.

This chapter has the best Whitney expressions ever

This. Is the most wholesome chapter after everything that happened.

Look at him trying his best I love him platonically

He has a father figure y'all, thank goodness. This guy desperately needs a found family or at least a mentor right now.

Good thing he has Cpc and the nurse monk (we need his name). That moment with collar and pet carrier lmao.

His interaction with the nurse is pure comedy gold lmao. Wholesome and helpful, but mostly comedy haha.

So. What the heck is happening in the Monochrome kingdom?

"Inside Blacquelyn's room" wth this is her bedroom? How does the others rooms look like? Knifes on the wall??? Guillotine as decoration??

Now what the heck is she doing to Greyden. What are those sharp items for?! WHAT IS SHE GONNA DO???? I can't even imagine it, the bloods on the wall does not support my mind.

Wait, are we sure this dog is Greyden? What if Blacquelyn is in the process of making the curse potion, and that dog's fur or smth is one of the recipe? And that crown is just something Blacquelyn put as like an accessory. But then again this scene did happen after Whitney mentioned Greyden's position in the kingdom, so most likely this dog is Greyden.

You know who else I feel bad for? The Monochrome Kingdom's people 💀 The kingdom fam is a total mess right now who is even managing the people and other kingdom stuffs.

I wonder how Whitney and Prez relationship will go. Because as far as we've seen Prez hasn't shown any romantic interest to Whitney. At most she showed family kind of caring. Not to mention the thing with Asa. Any idea how this will go?

asa is such is a good guy because not only does he work in medical field in which patience is tested everyday, he's so kind and genuinely wants the best for people??? my dude saved whitney when he tried to kill him earlier, understood prez's decisions and supported her no matter what, and raises a bunch of orphan children.

Cursed Princess Club Discussion: Concerning Prince Whitney

(SPOILER WARNING FOR CPC SEASON 3 EPISODES 69 AND FORWARD)

(Whooo this post wound up being MUCH longer than originally planned. Grab your sleeping bags, kiddos! We’re gonna be here a while...)

Well, I’m sure nobody saw this coming. Prince Whitney has returned, and, for those of us who have read ahead to the fastpass chapters, there is a lot of interesting information and development to mull over. The last time we saw the Monochrome Prince, he was actively being a horrible human being and ended up being eaten by Prez in her were-spider form. Or so we thought. He has now returned, and we can all see that this is going to play a rather interesting role in the story.

When we see him again, it’s when Frederick is traveling to the Pastel Kingdom with Laverne. They’re in the forest and it’s getting dark, and that is when they catch the attention of Whitney sitting off to the side. The two of them sit down together, have a chat, and eventually Whitney lets Frederick and Laverne spend the night in an extra tent he has. And we get some really interesting information dumped here. 

We see that Whitney has been afflicted by a curse. We know this because he almost admits it’s a cruse while talking with Frederick, but stops himself. But what is this curse exactly?

I personally believe he has been turned into a were-tiger.

And here’s my reasoning. Remember back in Prez’s backstory when she explained how Prince Whitney got one of his servants to get a spider potion, only to find himself getting a were-spider potion by accident? Well, if you go back to that scene and look next to the vial that says “were-spider”, you’ll find one that says “were-tiger.” 

Some further proof pointing to him being a were-tiger are; the fact that he actually calls the stripes on his face “tiger stripes”, and the fact that he seems to have acquired some animalistic traits commonly found in tigers. These traits (other than the stripes) include; his newfound ability to easily sense fear and nervousness in others, and the fact that weaker animals are now very much afraid of him. There’s also the fact that when he told Frederick he’d protect him and Laverne at night, he sort of took the stance of a poised and battle-ready tiger. 

But then that poses the question. Who poisoned him, and why did they do it?

The answers? His own family. And why did they do it? To stamp out scandal and competition within the family itself. 

When Whitney begins to talk about his family and the rather toxic environment he grew up in, it’s easy to see how he got so screwed up in the first place. He and his siblings were taught and encouraged all growing up to do whatever they could to grab power, and if they had to get each other out of the way, so be it. It was very much a “survival of the fittest” kind of situation, and he was very much in the middle of it. 

When he became engaged to Princess Calpernia (Prez), he likely saw this as a personal victory, or something he had rightfully earned. Remember, he did say he felt he was entitled to what he felt he was getting back in the day. And when things started to seemingly go wrong for him, he took immediate and harsh action to get his way. But as we all know it didn’t work out for him. When he tried to murder Asa, he accidentally injected Calpernia with the were-spider potion, turning her into a were-spider and “eating him”. But, as stated before, he survived.

Now, remember when in Prez’s backstory when she stated that, “there was scandal on both sides,”? That implies that there wasn’t only a scandal with her and her own family, but with the Monochrome royal family as well. So when Whitney, against all odds, survived, he likely went straight home. (I mean the guy was probably scared out of his mind, can you blame him?)

And here is where I really get into speculating (with some theorizing, of course). Here is what I think likely happened. His family got news that their son has just been murdered. I’m not entirely sure on how his parents would’ve reacted, but I feel that some of his siblings may have felt somewhat relived. Good. Another obstacle out of the way. But when he came back, that presented a problem.

The family likely wanted to put the whole affair with the Polygon Kingdom behind them, but Whitney still being alive presented an issue with that. Not only that, but now some siblings likely got upset that he had returned. An obstacle they had hoped was gone forever had returned. So what did they do? Get the family’s servant to go fetch a potion to harm and disgrace their brother. You could argue that they could’ve just killed him right then and there, but as they were siblings, I think it’s possible they may have cared about each other to some extent, and decided to be merciful and go with a different option. 

And so they resorted to cursing their brother, forcing him to, as he stated, “leave behind all the titles, possessions, and comforts,” that he grew up with.

And there you have it. There are my thoughts on Prince Whitney, the now cast out and runaway Prince of the Monochrome Kingdom. 

But now remember earlier, Prez was talking about how she had gotten word of a potential new member she could pick up in the forest? And remember she stated that this person was indeed a man? I firmly believe, without a doubt, that the cursed prince she heard about was in fact Whitney. Also important to note that he is likely on his way to Prez, preparing to apologize for his past actions.

Alright, I’m done now. Those are my thoughts on the subject. I’ll probably make another one soon, but I’ll leave it here for now.
