What I love about Leelathae's story is that it shows how healing a relationship can be. Obviously just letting someone else love you won't heal your insecurities -- it doesn't for Gwen and Frederick, and it didn't for Leelathae and Jackie. But seeing things you don't like about yourself in someone you love gives you a new perspective. In Gwen, Leelathae can see her own self reflected as she is: loveable.

what if...and hear me out...the witch that roams around the Pastel kingdom became legit besties with Lilyth and even a godmother to the kids

they meet earlier and through the same misunderstanding, Brenda, that's what I'm calling her cause I don't think she has a name, teaches and gives witchy things to Lilyth in exchange for baked goods and baking lessons

Brenda's a bit weird but is a ride or die best friend who will make it a running bet with her other witch friends to see how much witchcraft she can teach her godchildren till the castle guards and staff manage to keep her out...or till Lilyth threatens to cut her off from snickerdoodles

Leelathae portrait related theory

So, there's a theory that the reason Leland pushed Blaine is because of Leelathae's spirit. This theory was supported by what Frederick said in the early episode.

This means Leelathae's spirit might be hanging around in the Plaid Kingdom. Since Gwen is the spitting image of Leelathae, we can assume that Leelathae is the one that has been haunting the Plaid kingdom's portraits. But that left one question for me, how did Leelathae end up in the Plaid Kingdom?

For some reason my mind kept on thinking that, ghosts shouldn't be able to leave the place they died in, right? And even if they can, they should be close to something that relates to them.. like something that is theirs, or perhaps, a portrait?

Again, how does Leelathae's spirit end up in the Plaid kingdom? Does it maybe have something to do with whatever Leland stole? Since his message said 'a picture' that means what he stole could most likely be a portrait. What if the portrait has something to do with Leelathae, and that's how her spirit ends up in the Plaid Kingdom?

SO, I've finally read the latest update of the Cursed Princess Club and I think I have a theory as to how it's gonna turn out (with Gwen, at least)! We've already been introduced to the concept that the outside environment in which a person who had been put under a sleeping spell will affect the dreams of said person (as stated by the witch that made the spell). And that it doesn't have to be a true love's kiss necessarily (as seen when Jamie is woken up by waffles). Knowing that Frederick is rushing to the palace to save Gwen and Aurelia is going to head to the palace to return the diary, I think what ends up happening is that Fred's kiss WON'T wake her up. This is gonna upset everyone involved, of course, especially Frederick. But I think it might prompt Aurelia to start reading the diary and maybe even Fred and Gwen's sisters start to say what they love about Gwen. Gwen's dreams are going to morph into what is being read and said and might actually end up with Lilith and Gwen talking. As she sees these memories in her dreams and ends up talking to Lilith, she might end up growing to untangle the mess of emotions she feels about herself. I think Gwen is going to wake herself up, with the help of her friends, her family, and her mother.
