Today I ran another test run to see whether the injured hip would last. The idea was to go for about 5 km run (pick up a Facebook marketplace purchase for Elmo and come back) but the run felt good and I went a bit longer. The heart rate was high but I was afraid to let the cadence down. It felt so good! My spirit was HIGH, high, high! So awesome! Did it hurt? Not really. Now waiting for tomorrow and how it will feel then. I have been doing physiotherapy exercises for my hamstring-butt-hip problems for about 2 months now (thank you @fysimosimo 💪🏻👌🏻) and in addition core training. It seems that it is slowly doing its job and working. BTW My Southern Ostrobothnian heart loved the flat scenery. No matter where, it just calms me down. ❤ Don’t you simply love my new autumn-colored running jacket?
