Crassula tetragona
Crassula tetragona is more similar to related jade plant than it appears.

Mixture of some of the original succulents and some newer, healthier succulents. I don't know how they quite managed it but some of the original plants were overwatered, some where heavily underwatered, and some were perfectly happy.

i have this guy and the leaves keep falling off very early on and high up the stems. they get kinda fuzzy and dark as you can see on some of them here, and then they shrivel up shortly after. is something wrong? and if so, what can i do to help it? thanks!!
SuccyGirl:
This is a Crassula tetragona. I had trouble with this same plant until I chucked it outside and ignored it. It likes sun a LOT and very infrequent watering, but mine didn’t have this fuzzy problem.
That looks like powdery mildew to me, which is a fungus that needs to be dealt with with some kind of fungicide (Neem oil is a pretty good one) as it won’t just go away on it’s own. Improving airflow around it and more sun can help but not cure it.

It was labeled as "tropical plant" so i had no idea what it was, but after some research, I think its a Crassula Tetragona.
