Do you believe in manifestation? That we can create a vision board & goal and actually achieve it? Is it all a bit woo or is there actually a little bit of science behind it? I believe that when you create your vision board from a place that you are truly aligned to then those dreams can come true. Vision boards are not about putting the latest fad on there. They are not about you following the crowd. They are there to act as a constant reminder to where you are working to. Those things that truly make your heart set on fire. So how do you know what to put on it? This is where you have to truly look to what you want your life, the next 6 months or the next year quarter to look like. I love the whole visionboard process so I like to create one for the start of the new school year. (Which I get the kids involved in) One for the new year And maybe one in between. I also have a main long term goals vision board which I will change up if and when I hit the specific goals on it. So is it woo, is there some real evidence behind it? #BeThePositive I have done this for the past couple of years and I have to say this year especially it truly got me through some very difficult days... Start on January 1st with an empty jar. Throughout the year write the good things that happened to you on little pieces of paper. On December 31st, open the jar and read all the amazing things that happened to you that year. It's so easy to find something positive about every day if you take the time to look. #CreatingPositivity

Spring challenge: Creating Lasting Positive Change
3 Gratitudes:  my condo, my car, my friends
My positive experience within the last 24 hours: After attending a 9AM staff meeting on only 3 hours of sleep, I got a 3 hour break before my actual shift started. I was extremely tired and wanted nothing more than to sleep. Driving home to nap was out of the question since that would be a half and hour there and a half an hour back. Luckily, the boy told me it was fine to nap at his house while he went to work. Since his house was only 15 minutes away, I quickly drove there, gave him a kiss before he left to work, and passed out! It such a refreshing nap. He has the most comfortable bed, soft sheets, quiet house, and perfectly dim room. Best nap ever.  Exercise:   20 Minute Run, 30 sit-ups.
Meditation: 15 minutes
Random Act of Kindness:  Greeted and shared positivity with the random girl in the elevator.
