First posted about HERE in June 2021, this set is finally available for download! I really wanted to get this up before the holidays made everything more difficult.

This set has a lot of different meshes that I’ve done things to: renamed, recategorized, quarter-tile enabled, repositoried, TXMTs changed so they match, and of course recolored. Text is all in Simlish; if the original mesh had English, the texture has been replaced.

I have tried to make sure credit is clearly given in the file labeling! If you are the original creator and you are unhappy with what I’ve done, please let me know and I’ll remove your meshes.

what creators do you get most of your build and buy cc from? i'm working on rebuilding my downloads folder from scratch and i'd love my game to look like yours. thank you for your content and have a nice day!

To be honest, I've been collecting CC over so many years and from so many sources that there really isn't one place that I get most of it from. Here are a few recommendations of creators I like though:

- Pixelry, though I think they've deactivated their tumblr - Beautifulnerdkitty - Cordelia Haze - Paisley Avenue - Kacicka777

I also have collected a lot of cc from downloading the lots made by JodelieJodelie, so that's a good place to look as well.

I've not been playing ts2 for the past year or so, which means I've lost track of URL changes/blog deletions/etc. Hopefully this at least gives you somewhere to start!

Sims 2 - Modern Bath

This is a large set of recolors, mainly because of the number towels included in this set.  Towels and Deco files have their own folder and is organized by Creator, this will allow for quick and easy deletion of files you don’t want.  Also, for your convenience, there is a collection file and all meshes are included.  Let’s get started.

hey i was just wondering...i've seen a lot of MM, but are there people who play a more realistic game? i mean, except for you and maybe a couple of others, i haven't seen many...

Oh, there’s definitely still a lot of semi-realistic players out there. :) Since I’m  assuming you’re asking for recs I’m going to compile a list.

dunne-ias: restrictive TOUs are the worst. Did you ask them if they would let you, or is it just in their TOU that they don't allow it? I mean, you do good quality stuff, I don't think anyone would be disappointed in a conversion of their work done by you.

I didn’t ask, but frankly, they didn’t answer my last ask (but it could have been eaten by Tumblr) and they have been active since then, so I’m reluctant cause I don’t wanna bother them in case they did get it. Also, thank you >w< 

pixelry: I think I know who you mean, one of their recent food sets is super cute but I’m going to have to keep it as a personal conversion. I think she might convert some things in the future like she did a few months back. Honestly since she’s been in the community so long and continues to be an active member I respect her wishes.

I figured some converters would figure it out ;) but I’m not gonna name names. I feel the same way-- I don’t want to disrespect a creator’s wishes especially when they create great original content that I myself enjoy a lot and when they’re generally good people. I hope she does convert it herself, but some of the stuff is from 2 years ago or so, so I have very little hope for that. I don’t think she’s all that into TS2 like she is into the other games, as well, so I feel like it’s a bother for her to do it xD if she just allowed conversions (maybe if you ask permission first) we could enjoy her great stuff and it wouldn’t burden her too much.

If it's for your own personal use and you don't share it, I say do it anyway. No one can say shit about what you do in your own game. CC-creators' TOUs are meaningless, frankly. Abiding by them is just courtesy b/c as soon as something's put into package format (which is owned by EA), no one owns any CC they make. EA does, and EA's EULA says that anyone is free to do whatever they want with ANY user-made content that's shared. So...yeah.

I convert for personal use all the time. ;) but I feel bad, cause these are good quality, awesome stuff and I really wanna share it with people rather than enjoy it all by myself. Whenever I see something I haven’t shared in my game, that I believe people would have interest in (as in, NOT ninja weapons XD), I wanna share it ASAP. :)

If it’s a question of who knows better than Oliver, then yes, anyone with a Mom Badge Qualifies. Also most Dads and certain intelligent dogs.

   I’m very picky about colour. I usually have to go back into Photoshop once I’ve seen in it the game because the hue has to be just so.    

Oh man, please don’t say things that will encourage me to normalize this behavior. (Making things myself is the worst because there’s a part of me that knows I would be delighted with either shade if they just popped up on my dash. I would absolutely not sit there wishing the creator had just edged the cyan bar a little to the left.)

In fairness, a lot of those are recolors. 50 original designs would be nuts - I would not be able to copy/paste through my disbelieving, joyful tears. (Plus they would all need recolors. I like recolors!) (This mesh does not need 150 swatches)
