Το Orbis Flying Eye Hospital είναι ένα κινητό νοσοκομείο οφθαλμικής φροντίδας που ταξιδεύει σε περιοχές του τρίτου κόσμου για τη θεραπεία ασθενών που κινδυνεύουν να χάσουν την όρασή τους. Η τεχνολογία της Crestron επιτρέπει στο ιατρικό προσωπικό να χειρουργεί τους ασθενείς, ενώ παράλληλα προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα σε άλλους τοπικούς γιατρούς να εκπαιδευτούν εντός του αεροπλάνου ή να παρακολουθούν τις διαδικασίες από την τάξη. Είναι το πρώτο και το μόνο πλήρως διαπιστευμένο νοσοκομείο οφθαλμικής διδασκαλίας στον κόσμο.

Δημιουργώντας για το αύριο με βλέμμα στο άπειρο

Μετά τον θάνατο του George Feldstein το 2014, ο γιός του Dan ανέλαβε διευθύνων σύμβουλος και πρόεδρος της εταιρίας συνεχίζοντας με το ίδιο πάθος την οικογενειακή παράδοση στα ηλεκτρονικά. Η Crestron πολυεθνική πλέον εδώ και αρκετά χρόνια, με περισσότερα από 90 γραφεία σε όλον τον κόσμο, έχει πλέον την έδρα της στο Rockleigh, του New Jersey των ΗΠΑ.

Τον Μάιο του 2022, ο Dan ανακοίνωσε τη νέα βάση μηχανολογικής έρευνας και ανάπτυξης της εταιρίας του, το Τεχνολογικό Κέντρο George Feldstein στο Rockleigh τιμώντας τον οραματιστή πατέρα του.

Με την καθοδήγηση του οραματιστή George και το κλασικό motto του «If you can dream it, Crestron can do it», η εταιρία υπό την διοίκηση πλέον του Dan Feldstein, συνεχίζει να ερευνά, να εξελίσσει και να κατασκευάζει συστήματα αυτοματισμού στην απαιτητικότερη αγορά του κόσμου, αυτή των ΗΠΑ.

Σε έργα που η επιλογή των επικρατέστερων συστημάτων αποφασίζεται κατόπιν ενδελεχούς έρευνας των ασφαλέστερων και πιο σύγχρονων τεχνικών χαρακτηριστικών, η Crestron είναι σταθερά η επικρατέστερη επιλογή.
