seriously I can't stand the art of his ref but that's how it be when you're sick and trying to get the design down anyway but

Impulse made a new JoJo of o yea

And a stand design too. He's a freak. Basically put the smart, mysterious, crazy ass white hair boy trope in a blender and mix in some biblical imagery and you've got Eleven.

His stand grants him the ability to see souls, and thus be able to read them perfectly. Clairvoyance, perhaps? How he's gonna fit in entirely isn't decided yet but Lobo lives in the top of his tattoo parlor.
