When I first started CrossFit, someone told me that I'm shaped like Laura Horvath. At first, I was pretty disappointed, as I was hoping that my body would shape up like Danielle Brandon's.
Almost three years later today, I've learned that getting fitter won't magically change your body type -- you would still look like you but fitter. Besides, Laura Horvath is one of strongest female CrossFit athletes there is. If her body type is a sign of her strength and power output, then I should be proud to be built like her.
