True it’s only a penny less, but a penny means a lot when you’re penniless! Getting ready to make tzatziki oats tzatziki oats recipe Ingredients – 1/4 cup Greek yogurt – 1/4 cup Quick oats – 1/2 cup minced English cucumber – 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Method Muddle together the garlic powder and cucumber. Set aside to steep. Mix the oats and Greek yoghurt together. Pour the cucumber mixture into the oats and Greek yogurt. Set aside for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours blend. Enjoy! Yes I know you don’t usually make tzatziki with oats, but oats are great extender and they add protein and are filling. Here is how to make it Ingredients: 10 slices of bread 4 oz of cream cheese ( 1/2 of a standard block of cream cheese) 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise 1 tsp dry dill 1/2 tsp dry chives (substitute with a quarter teaspoon onion powder) 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp black pepper Pinch of salt 1 English cucumber. (Thinly sliced ) Directions Mix all the ingredients for the filling till smooth. Spread the filling on all the bread slices. Arrange your cucumber slices on one slice and cover with the other slice. Cut out the crust.
