Storytime: There was really only one time when Stanley was in actual very genuine danger of being revealed/captured by the governt. It all started with a traveling group of amateur "anomaly hunters" (AKA. poachers) arriving in town looking to make a quick buck by profitting off of whatever exotic creatures they managed to catch.

You can already kinda see where this is going.

So, the group arrived in town to harangue the townsfolk and wildlide in search of anything interesting they could potentially smuggle or sell off. However, they weren't a very experienced or organized group of poachers, and so they hadnt realized that Gravity Falls was a hot-spot for anomalies.

By sheer coincidence and luck, they somehow ended up missing every single sign of an anomaly that happened to pop up behind their backs unnoticed and then disappear out of sight when they looked. Just as the group deemed the town a dead-end and was prepping to leave, they noticed a strange tourist trap on the edge of town, owned by an even stranger "man" and his brother.

They decided to investigate, yada yada, and they eventually found out that Stanley was, in fact, definitely not human and most importantly: profitable!

So, when no one was looking unser the cover of night, they decided to jump Stan and restrain him like an animal while they discussed how they should transport him back to their van.

Too bad Stanford was there to throw a wrench in their plan! That was the first and only time Ford killed people with his own two hands in this AU. He didn't regret it.

The Taliesin update for 2025

The 1st update for the new year is here. We're still working on a bigger update for Taliesin, but we wanted to release this medium sized fix for our favorite ex-Thalmor. It's been a couple of years since our first release of Tally and we have taken in a lot of suggestions, requests and criticism since then. 

Major Changes 

-Taliesin's inappropriate lines have been removed/rewritten and revoiced.

When we first began working on Taliesin, we did it without any boundaries or mindset of Taliesin's character. Since then, not only has Taliesin grown but so have we. Looking back at these lines, we have grown uncomfortable with certain lines of dialogue and we've both agreed to change those lines and move forward with boundaries we've both set for Taliesin. 

-An additional conversation was added.

Complete "Diplomatic Immunity" and have spoken with Taliesin about his upbringing for this conversation to be triggered.

-The start to a romance quest has been added. Please note:This is the barebones version and we will be working to add more to the player's relationship with Taliesin. This is a late Valentine's day gift from the VA for the players.

-Roughly 300 new lines have been added to replace the lines that have been removed.

-Unfortunately, the cape has been removed. Mostly because the saturated colors have been distracting and out of place.

Minor Changes

-Berwhale's damage has been nerfed.

-Taliesin's one-handed trait has been removed. AKA Tally was nerfed again.

-A Note and Journal has been added at the Shrine of Talos where you first meet Taliesin.

-A new cabin has been added near Half-Moon Mill. It's locked at the moment, but it's purpose will be revealed in the future.

Workshop Update: Kaidan Revoiced - Community Expansion 1.0 Launch!

After two years of development, the Kaidan Workshop Staff is proud to present Kaidan Revoiced - Community Expansion (KRCE)!

First and foremost, none of this would be possible without livtempleton graciously giving us permission for our project! Throughout the years, the assets she's allowed the Skyrim modding community to build upon has kept Kaidan alive in thousands of modlists, providing the opportunity for even more players to enjoy her original creations; we're very honored to be added to the list of modders whose creations are inspired by her work. When we started the Workshop, we had no idea if anyone would even notice our project; a new voice actor, a new iteration of an already established character, and no product to show for it in advance. The only thing we could offer the general public at the time was the promise of transparency and community cooperation throughout the process. So we created a budget for revoicing Kaidan, a plan for community involvement, and hit the ground running. We added new staff, taught ourselves new skills as the scope of the project evolved, and leaned on the advice, ideas, and encouragement from our community. Alongside the (mostly) monthly updates on our Tumblr and taking suggestions from our 'I Had An Idea!' Discord channel, our methods for ensuring transparency during development evolved; our Community Team began hosting public meetings via our Discord to discuss our current workflow, answer questions, and conduct live script readings of our original scripts, to ensure that our Writing Team was matching the original tone set by livtempleton. We also streamed our beta footage on Twitch, trying our best to stress test the new framework built by our Creation Kit Team while also taking more suggestions from our audience for future content. Finally, we were incredibly pleased to be able to host an Open Beta for KRCE this past October & November for our Discord community, as a special thank you for their support. We were able to get some excellent feedback on some of our new follower features, as well as hunt down any missed audio or errors our internal testing missed. All in all, it took many, many people to bring this mod to life, and our Staff is incredibly humbled and grateful for the support of everyone involved. While this 1.0 version will be available indefinitely for those who prefer it, the Workshop Staff is very excited to begin creating more original content moving forward into 2025! One of our original scripts for the Daedric quest "Pieces of the Past" is in the 1.0, so you can check it out to get a sense of the tone our writers are going for! Interactions that would exist if all my followers had banter with each other:

Xel, Remi, Val, Kaidan and Lucien would have a book club

Khash and Gore are welcome to join if they want but they're still learning to read and would rather chill by the campfire while Khash braids his hair probably

Inigo and Kaidan commiserate about their days as violent skooma fiends in love with terrible women (bandits, cults, is it so different?) and how much better things are for them both now

Xelzaz would give Val coffee and immediately become Val's best friend much to Remi's chagrin (those are her besties! they can't just be besties with eacb other! Her neurodivergence wouldn't take it well but it's okay they'd talk it out)

Xel and Val would also have a lot to discuss re: Dunmeri culture and Daedra. Maybe the team needs a former Daedra worshippers support group too

I think Khash should pick up curse words in everyone else's native languages. Remi wants to learn Jel, but Khash? Ehh she already knows how to say fuck.

Kaidan is a bit envious of Xel's connection to the Hist and his people, of what a comfort it must be to know you belong to something so much larger like that, to have family out there. Even though he knows family is more than blood.

Inigo would show Khash, just by being himself, that it isn't so bad to be one of a kind

Something about Val loving the sea and Khash's fear of water. Dunno what but there's something there.

Xel does all the cooking basically but Gore will hunt specific animals if he or the player ask. Kaidan helps sometimes too. A lot of mouths to feed.

Gore tries to teach Lucien how to start a fire like a real woodsman and Lucien really tries his best but he just Cannot. Val sneakily lights it with magic, winks at Kaidan and Gore (reinforcements were needed), and is like "Wow! Great job!"

Remi and Lucien have long academic conversations that make no sense at all to most of the party. I also feel like Remi steals like a ring from him before she starts to feel kinda bad and returns it.

Inigo would either think Scrap is the best thing ever and want one too or be utterly appalled that Remi made a spider that is not squishable at all

Given Gore's khajiit admiration he would fuckin love Inigo but not in a lowkey weird academic way like Lucien at first (and Xel most likely lbr), he just thinks Inigo is super cool and he's correct

Gore refuses to believe Lucien gets along with his parents so well. Normal well-adjusted people from good and living families simply don't end up here.
