My first ever doll trade with the amazing @customcreatures

Y’all have no idea how excited I was to do this, and I am literally so enamored with the Lizard doll I was sent! Everything from the colors of the lizard to the adorable floral vest and lace scarf. The detail with the scales is so incredible to look at, and the way it’s face and and eyes are sculpted together is just so amazing! I’ve already picked a good spot in my craft room to keep my new little lizard friend, and I’ll be posting more detailed photos✨✨✨I’m still very new to the doll community here on tumblr (and in general) but it’s been so much fun meeting new likeminded people who enjoy creating as much as I do. I’ll be announcing soon a discord server I’m starting that will be for Doll Artists , Artist, and people who would like to make doll but don’t know where to start. It’ll have monthly prompts, tips & tricks, and weekly check-ins to see what everyone is working on! I’m really excited to meet new people and for us to come together to share our collective love for creating ✨✨✨

This week I got commissioned to create a custom creature. This was my progress. I did some initial sketches for my client, let the client pick what they liked, then put it together, adding some different colours, however they wanted another small change before making the final creature and colouring/shading it in.
