I made eggnog for the base. Make sure to whisk the eggs, cream and milk in a bowl on the steam of boiling water. You do not want the egg to curdle if you place the bowl directly on heat.
DO NOT wait til the eggnog mixture boils. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder. Here I grated a quarter of cinnamon bc I don't have the powder. Pounded a few cloves. You can more if you want. Quantity always depends on the taste and texture you prefer.
Then whisk matcha powder and sugar til consistency is foamy.
Pour eggnog in a glass, top with the matcha foam.
Finally sprinkle some grated coconut and rice crispies. I'm telling you, the eggnog will be amazing.
You can sift the eggnog when pouring into the glass. I didn't bc I want to grit on the spices.
