Ribbon Spool (Ending 7) (Razzle and Dazzle x Reader)

if you guys saw me accidentally post this early no the fuck you didnt/lh you guys all imagined that idk what youre talking about anyway notes: gn toon reader, pre game, possible ooc, tried my best to give them both an equal blend of stuff... hard given dazzle isnt much of a talker, no confession or kiss but they definitely got feelings for you, actually a little funny you guys will get it when you read this and get context word count: 2.3k cws: none

Everyone’s eyes glue onto you as you reach your hand into the opening of the sack and pull out…

Something cylindrical- the sides silky. Your fingers slide across whatever it was in ease, before settling themselves between the flared ends of the item. It was… small- though with the size of your toon-hand it demanded your entire grip. The material… actually felt really nice on your fingers, and a small part of you was almost disappointed that you’d have to return the item to its owner… who it was… though…

You pull the item out of the sack- revealing it to be a spool with red ribbon, the ends split in black and white. It took less than a second to put the pieces together- your eyes snapping up to the twin masks. Razzle’s eyes darted from the spool to his brother, a barely contained grin of excitement tugging at the corner of his mouth. Dazzle on the other hand lowered his head and mumbled something only the comedy mask could hear- the arm on his side pressing deep into his torso as the white hand raised. 

“That’d be ours!” Razzle called out in his typical cheery tone as he stepped forward. You briefly took note that the scarf they kept wrapped around them was… larger, thicker than it normally was. It was pretty chilly, you’d have to admit. A hint of envy passed over you, maybe you should have bundled up for the party… not that the air was unbearable, but-

“Right! Off to the gift shop you two… er… three!” Dandy’s voice caught your attention as you slipped the spool into Razzle’s hand. 

“Thaaaank you!” Razzle tucked the spool somewhere into… well apparently they had pockets somewhere, who would have guessed. 

“...thanks…” Dazzle mumbled under his breath as his hand remained pressed close against his side- his fingers finding themselves wrapping themselves around the hem of their clothing. 

You could easily see Razzle participating in a game like this… but Dazzle… didn’t at all seem like the kind of toon to enjoy something like this. Whether Razzle had made an executive decision or convinced his brother to go along with it- okay, well. No, you knew Razzle well enough to know he wouldn’t force his twin to do something he really truly sincerely didn’t want to do. He tried to help push his brother to be more out there but he’d never force him into something that’d put the topic of consent into question. 

“Well… I guess that’s our cue to leave?” You muttered under your breath towards them as you shuffled closer. Intentional usage of cue or not, Razzle chuckled. 

“Cue! I get it,”

“Yeah… cue-”

You decided to play along with it to not risk things getting weird before you even make your way to the gift shop. The short walk down the hall was light, with mostly Razzle carrying the talk. 

“After you,” 

“....Here…”

Dazzle finally peeled his arm away from himself and helped keep the door of the storage room open… not that it needed to be held open, it seemed heavy. No amount of draft could reasonably blow it shut, but perhaps it was a feeling of obligation to be polite. 

You mumble a soft thank you as you slipped by their side and settled yourself in the cool storage room. Squinting your eyes did little to grant you sight as the door shut- everything blurred together as you blindly felt around. Eventually as your sight readjusted to the darkness you found a decent enough corner to lean again- if you were lucky you wouldn’t be left caked in dust when you pushed yourself off of the wall to leave. 

Maybe…

One of them would hopefully be kind enough to let you know if the attempt failed. 

Your palms pat against the cold wall for a few seconds as you made soft popping noises with your mouth. 

Of course, the main “goal” of the game- even if unofficial- hung in your mind. You would have let it pass had this been any other toon, but the curiosity of how this would play out with the pair of twins forced it to linger. 

What if only one was actually interested? Would the other have to remain there quietly pretending the game wasn’t happening? It sounded… awkward, and a little weird. You don’t think you’d be able to handle sharing a body with someone else- sibling or not. 

Honestly it made you respect the pair a little more, it probably wasn’t easy living together in the same body… you don’t recall ever seeing them butt heads for long. 

“Are you listening?”

“...I don’t think they are…”

You snap yourself back to the moment and stare at them. They made themselves comfortable at your side- Razzle’s half closer to you… though still a respectful distance apart. Almost endearingly they had copied your tucked away stance. 

You blink a few times before finally clearing your throat. “S-sorry, I was just thinking…” You mumbled quietly.

“Oh?” Razzle tilted his head slightly- Dazzle only occasionally glanced at you before fixing his gaze back onto the trails marked through the caked up layer of dust on the wooden floor. “About what?” 

He didn’t sound all that upset that you were stuck in your head a second ago. 

Would it be weird to ask them if they ever fought? And whose idea it was to participate in the game? You chew the inside of your cheek as the seconds ticked by, both patiently waiting for your answer. As excitable and avoidant they were, they didn’t mind waiting for someone to speak. Dazzle’s hand found itself silently fiddling with one of the ends of their… scarf? You think it counted as one. 

“Do… and you don’t have to answer this since I’m sure you get it all the time- but… do you two ever argue? I don’t think I’ve ever seen the two of you really have a major disagreement-” You spit out quickly. 

The two both stared at you for a few seconds- before Razzle snickered softly. Dazzle only continued to stare at you quietly… his… expression was hard to read… but there seemed to be a flicker of amusement somewhere in his eyes even if he otherwise didn’t show that he found the question funny. 

You shrink back awkwardly and in an instant Dazzle tried to perform damage control. 

“He’s not laughing at you… It’s just…” He trailed off. 

He sounded shyer than usual. 

“Gigi asked us the same thing earlier, actually!” Razzle finished between his calming giggles. 

Oh. 

“We actually do hear that a lot-”

“At least once a day from the visitors,” Dazzle spoke up again. If it weren’t for the awkward stammered apologies for cutting the other off you would have thought they intentionally worked to finish each other's thoughts out loud. 

You could only think to give them a soft hum in response… your eyes darted between the twins- the question of who had initially wanted to join in on the game still hung in your mind. Naturally Razzle had to be the one to have brought up the idea of joining first, right? 

“I never took both of you for being the type to like games like this- I mean I know… it doesn’t go down the same path every time- but- and no offense Dazzle- but it doesn’t seem like your cup of tea,” Your eyes settled themselves on the tragedy mask. He seemed to wilt- and you felt awful for calling him out like that- but overall seemed to understand. 

“It was Razzle’s idea,” 

“I figured it would be nice to do a round or two if Dazzle was game- and he was!-” He lightly clacked the side of his mask against Dazzle’s… almost like how someone would playfully nudge someone to cheer them up- nowhere near hard enough to risk cracking whatever material made their heads, but enough to make the noise cut through the air. 

“We figured the worst case scenario we’d just chat for a few minutes with someone, and the best case scenario we got…” 

He trailed off and looked silently to Dazzle. You fought the urge to make a face at the sudden silence in the room, and the look so much more than a simple glance. 

“...best case scenario..” Dazzle decided to take charge as his brother’s eyes flicked between him and you. “..we’d get someone special to us,” 

And that was that. 

“Ah..”

You sink deeper into the corner behind you- your arms folding over each other subconsciously. What were the odds you picked the corner closest to the room’s vent? The air blew directly onto you and intensified the chill wrapping itself over you. For a second time you silently envied the twins’ scarf. They were sleeveless anyway, they’re probably not as warm as you thought they were. 

“...did you have anyone special in mind?” 

Razzle perked up- but before he even dared to answer your question he glanced back to his brother. 

“Just a moment-” 

They shuffled away from you a few steps and huddled. Weird. You’ve never seen them do that before- they were hardly ever the type to whisper to one another; right to the point of Razzle cupping his hand over his mouth as he muttered to Dazzle. Not so subtly both of their eyes flicked to you before going back to each other. The entire thing only lasted for a few seconds but it was so comically bizarre that you almost wanted to laugh. 

“Sorry, that’s confidential information, Dazzle’s not ready to put his brave face on,” Razzle teased softly as he returned to his original spot right next to you. Dazzle’s mouth scrunched slightly but he didn’t make a comment on the lighthearted jab. The sink of faint disappointment still wilted the humored grin on your face but you weren’t one to push when one of them already looked like he was thinking about everything that’s being said- hard- 

“...it's the setting…” Dazzle mumbled.

“Setting?” You cocked your head to the side and instantly forgot about being rejected their secrets. 

“You’ve got a point, dusty dark closet that smells like stale cinnamon is hardly someplace where I wanna lay down my heart for someone,” Razzle. “I’d rather do it on stage, you know?”

Dazzle made a soft groaning sound. It was like they had forgotten you were right there. “...Why make a display of it?”

“I think it’s sweet,” You butted in. Both of their faces snapped towards you, their eyes widened. They definitely briefly forgot that you were right next to them. Razzle’s eyes glittered, even without any proper light in the room. 

“You think so?” 

You nod softly. “I mean… I don’t think it’s a terrible idea? Especially if you think whoever… you’d do it for… would be into it- I personally wouldn’t be too upset about it, I think,” 

A shrug from you, and a nod from them- varying in intensities. 

“Well I might just have to interrogate you for some ideas, then! You seem like you know what you’re talking about,” His grin widened and Dazzle’s head lowered in embarrassment. 

“Do we really have to…?” 

“Awww come on, I’m sure you can whip up a good script-” 

All of you jumped when someone came knocking on the door- time was up already and it was spent idly chatting. Neither of the twins looked all that upset about it- in fact there was a new bounce in their step as they pushed themselves off of the wall and paced to the door… before stopping. Dazzle’s head swiveled around to stare at you. 

He was harder to read compared to his brother… but even through the miserable look plastered on his mask- which at this point you think was just how his features were made… like a depressed version of a resting bitch face- he looked… more hopeful, looking forward to something. Even after the obvious dread of going on stage for… someone. 

“Are you coming?” 

His voice was a lot softer than Razzle’s. 

“Yeah- yeah-” You pushed yourself out of the corner and dusted yourself off as best as you could. You were right in assuming they would let you know if you missed a spot… but you didn’t expect them to help clean you off where you couldn’t reach. 

Opening the door itself was uneventful; Dandy had obviously grown impatient- in fact he looked like he was just about ready to open the door himself to make the three of you get a move on. 

“About time, you know we’ve only got so much time tonight!” He lightly scolded, but other than that he seemed to be in decent spirits. “Come on! Everyone else is waiting!” The flower tossed a hand over his shoulder to encourage you and the twins to follow him. No one put up a fight as you trailed behind Gardenview’s mascot. 

As you walked down the hall Razzle’s fingers lightly tapped against the back of your hand to get your attention. He tapped again to get you to look at him.

“We don’t have to do it tonight obviously, we’re sure you want to party,” 

“Razzle wants to mingle too,” Dazzle added. Razzle playfully rolled his eyes but he didn’t deny his brother’s claim. 

“But do you want to come to our room some time? Give us some feedback for that script?”

You weren’t sure. Were you qualified for something like that? You weren’t exactly a critic…

You couldn’t find yourself able to say no to either of them- Dazzle glancing at you was enough to seal it. 

Professional critic or not, it didn’t seem to matter to them that you probably wouldn’t know what made a good show… they seemed more pleased at the idea of having you alone again soon…

Hehe, of course! This is such an adorable concept, and I had a lot of fun writing it. I ended up making it a headcanon post instead of a short story because I had too many ideas for just one scenario—I hope that’s alright!

ᗢ Summary: A compilation of headcanons featuring RnD with a Twisted reader

ᗢ Character(s): Razzle and Dazzle (Dandy’s World)

⟢ When they first encounter you, RnD are terrified, just as they would be with any other Twisted. However, when they realize you mean no harm, they lower their defenses and attempt to communicate. Razzle does his best to speak with you, while Dazzle remains hesitant, voicing his concerns—though Razzle quickly dismisses them, albeit with some uncertainty of his own. Yet, due to your unexpectedly calm nature, they both gradually relax the more Razzle interacts with you.

⟢ Eventually, you wander off, leaving RnD to fill the ichor machines alone. As they work, they catch a glimpse of you chasing another toon around the area. They immediately stop and rush to their friend’s aid, but the moment you spot them, you halt, simply staring at RnD before turning around and walking away once more—leaving them, and everyone else, even more confused than before.

⟢ After finishing with their respective machines, RnD begins searching the area for items for themselves and their teammates. During their venture, they are intercepted by you, who nonchalantly hands them a box of bandages without a word. Before they can thank you, you walk off, only to return moments later with a first aid kit just for them. Finally, they get the chance to express their gratitude. Though you simply nod in response before scurrying away again, the pair remain very thankful for your help—even if they find you a bit perplexing.

⟢ Actually, you may go a bit overboard when giving RnD items. While you do hand them useful supplies, you also give them anything you come across—chocolate bars, candy, sodas—just whatever happens to be lying around. You provide so much in such a short time that they eventually have to start stacking everything in a corner. The rest of the toons are frustrated that you’ve left them with nothing, not even a single item. However, at least they can rely on RnD for whatever they need, and your constant gift-giving keeps you distracted, allowing them to work on their machines in peace.

⟢ Once the floor is nearly cleared of items, RnD decides to keep you occupied and away from the other toons by showing you what you’ve given them. They attempt to explain what each item is, which ones they prefer, and which they don’t. Though this was originally meant as a distraction, the pair soon become engrossed in their one-sided conversation while you calmly listen, occasionally responding with muffled groans. It’s nice to have someone who listens.

⟢ Just because you get along with RnD doesn’t mean the other Twisteds do. If another Twisted tries to attack them, you immediately become hostile, chasing them off and, in some cases, even attacking them. You take on the role of RnD’s personal protector, driving away any threats that come their way. They appreciate your vigilance—at least until you start turning your attention toward the toons. At that point, RnD has to quickly find a way to distract you before you can harm their friends.

⟢ When it’s time to leave, RnD feels conflicted about abandoning you but ultimately knows they have no choice. As they depart, guilt lingers, and they briefly consider finding a way to bring you along—until they realize you would be a danger to the other toons. That’s okay, though, because they can always visit, and they do! You may not be much for conversation, but you’re kind, protective, and always ready to help when needed. Even if you’re not who you once were, RnD still cares about you deeply—and that means something.

Sum: What it would be like in a relationship with Razzle and Dazzle.

For starters, I feel like Razzle is super affectionate. Like, he isn't afraid to basically tackle you in a hug.

Dazzle on the other hand, while not as openly affectionate, shows his love with some gifts and loves to just spend some time with you. Both of them do, honestly.

The left image on the banner is them with you.

If you were to kiss them, whether it's on their lips or on their heads, Razzle would be giggling and give you a kiss back while Dazzle would probably be a blushing mess.

Gave them a gift? Razzle's gonna give a small squeal, while Dazzle gives a quiet 'Thank you' while blushing.

IDK WHY BUT I FEEL LIKE DAZZLE WOULD BLUSH A LOT-

During runs, they'd prioritize your health first. Got hit by a twisted? They'll call you over to a band and/or med.

Or they'll bring it over to you. Depends on how close or far you are from them.

If you were seen by a twisted (If you have a higher stealth than them), they'll get the twisteds attention on them and lure it away from you.

Speaking of twisteds, Imma throw a tiny bit of angst here. As a twisted, they miss you. Like all hell. They just want to be with their beloved again 😢

Back to the happy, if you were to ask, Dazzle would read to you. Slightly embarrassed, yes, but it's worth it to him. Just to see you smile.

Razzle would love to hold some shows for you. He just goes right into it. He just wants to hear your laugh, see you smile, and AAA-

For awhile, Razzle and Dazzle were disappointed you didn't purchase them from the shop.

Did you not like them or something? Was something wrong with them? You seem so excited to get everyone else but don't purchase them?

Razzle hoped you were just buy with focusing on other Toons, while Dazzle just immediately assumed they were your least favorite.

Then you got their trinket. And immediately purchased and started playing as them, always having their trinket equipped.

They remember exactly what you said when you finally purchased them.

"Yes! I can get my boys now since I got their trinket! Theater kids unite!"

Your sheer excitement made even Dazzle smile for a moment.

You never hated them. You just wanted their trinket so doing runs would be easier with them.

And they were stunned when they quickly became your favorite to play.

Whether it be assisting with distracting when it was an odd-floor or extracting when it was an even-floor, you'd talk and call them 'one of your favorites to play'.

Dazzle was stunned when he found out he was your favorite of the twins (Razzle didn't mind. After all, Dazzle deserves to shine too!)

Razzle was gleeful when you actually brought the slightest of smiles to Dazzle's face when you spoke. Especially when you were happily playing the two.

Why shouldn't he be thrilled if someone as great as you can make the duo as happy as can be?

And when they hear you enjoy acting?

Well, if they're your favorite to play, you'll be their favorite actor...

You don't know why you didn't just immediately quit Dandy's World after the strange incident with Dandy.

Wait, no, you do know.

You wanted to play Astro.

And you fell in love with his playstyle.

He already was in love with you...

You loved to run around on floors as him, regenerating the stamina of anyone who needed it. Especially distractors.

Though he did get concerned when you started staying up late into the night to play the game.

But another part of him was overjoyed he was your new favorite to play. Though you really needed to get to sleep.

But still.

As long as you made sure to catch up on sleep, he would relax a bit.

And you adored not having to worry about stamina as much. As he knew, when he was a Twisted, just how much you HATED being out of stamina. Especially when being chased by a toon.

But with him, that wasn't a problem anymore. You're happy now.

"Starshine, it's getting late. You should go to bed. ..? I'm worried because I love you, that's why."

Looey was your main distractor.

He was the first distractor you got, and he was your favorite solely because of that.

Sure, Goob and Pebble were better. Sure, you played as them before.

But Looey had a special place in your heart.

And you had a special place in his!

You just liked his playstyle. Because (at least before the Twisteds started to seem to avoid damaging you) you sucked at avoiding damage.

Sure you could outrun Twisteds, but they always seemed to have another one out of nowhere to damage you. At least before.

Heck, still now sometimes you run into a Twisted by accident and get damaged.

At least as Looey, you could help your teammates out as a distractor!

...at least until all your teammates died for some reason. Even though you were distracting.

Sometimes, the Twisteds quickly loosing aggro on you annoyed you. At least when you were distracting.

"Oh? You upset your team's dead? Shame, real shame... but don't worry! I got just the thing to cheer you up, you silly little jester! ...please don't be sad."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Razzle was the first to fall for you, drawn by your personality. Dazzle followed shortly after, drawn by how well you could comfort them.

Razzle and Dazzle confessed at the same time, and, of course, you accepted.

~~~~Weeks later/Present~~~~

Razzle and Dazzle had you held against them as you watched one of the old episodes, though Dazzle wasn’t exactly looking at you, or the show.

“Daz, you good bro..?” Razzle looked over to his brother, a concerned smile on his face.

“…’m fine, Raz….” Dazzle mumbled, pulling their shared scarf over his face.

~another time skip to the good stuff (sorry-)~ Razzle and Dazzle were gentle, ensuring your comfort and pleasure were the top priority as they fuck you at a slow pace. Razzle was a giggly mess, constantly saying things like ‘this is fun!’ or ‘you feel great!’. Dazzle was quieter, leaned over your back to your ear as he mumbled soft praises.

“…you’re doing well…you’re lovely my dear..” Dazzle would mumble every now and then between whimpers.

The twins never exactly last long during sex, so it wasn’t a surprise to you when they pulled out, cumming on your back, Razzle moaning through gritted teeth, Dazzle whimpering.

Aftercare with the two is great, even though they’re kinda tired, they take extra good care to clean up and then they cuddle you with against their chest. The next morning, you’re not allowed to get up for a while, or at least until Dazzle says you can.

tends to be big spoon, and he likes it that way! uses his arm to wrap around you and bring you closer... and if dazzle wants it, both arms are used... though laying on the side can be weird... have fun laying across their chest!

he doesnt really run his hand along you... doesnt want to wake you up if you drift off to sleep

always sneaks in a kiss on your cheek whenever he can.. though dazzle doesnt kiss you as much, that awkwardness and feeling like hes lacking passes quick. communication, people! communication!

CUDDLING

words of affirmation are his main love language... but he usually wont turn you down if you want to lay down and cuddle. being little spoon with how theyre built- with the two heads- can be weird... but you both try to make it work on his half of the body

contrary to the above point... he likes running his hand through... whatever you have- fur, feathers, fuzz, ect. and if you dont have anything his hand rubs gentle circles into your arm.. back.. side. anywhere it rests

doesnt like asking questions. he doesnt want to come off as pushy or annoying or insecure or- razzle tends to be the one asking if theres something going on, or worse- razzle tries to push him to open up

hes not the most assured. he tends to get stuck in his head so of course some of his questions are a little tougher. its best to treat him with kindness and patience

honestly even if you tell him its not something he or dazzle did- and its just a general fear- he'd feel awful about not noticing it sooner or doing something more to help soothe your anxieties

he makes it a point to remind you that hes not going anywhere and that your friends care about you- he... wont admit it... but he will go behind your back and try to have people convince you that you matter and you wont be forgotten

hes more of a comforter and "lets try to make you feel better" than a listener, its not that he doesnt want to listen to you... its just that he so desperately wants to help that it can start stepping on his ability to understand

DAZZLE

he can empathize with you, even if he knows he probably wont be forgotten anytime soon he still has those thoughts. even worse when hes so much more quiet and reserved than his twin- he doesnt bring up his own fears of dragging razzle down or being abandoned to make take the attention from you- he brings it up so you know someone understands how you feel personally

while razzle works on making things better for you through outside means, dazzle listens to you and lets you know you can talk to him about anything. it doesnt matter how selfish or horrible your fears make you feel- you can say theres no reason for you to feel this way and that youre being greedy for more attention- but dazzle doesnt really see it that way

you can sit and vent to him for hours, he wont mind

he loves throwing on shows for you! even just spending some time with you to work on scripts is enough... though hed loooooooove to spice it up with acting to make it more immersive- he makes something as simple as reminding you he loves you by turning into a whole display

and he feels loved when you try to match his energy- emphasis on try! you dont need to be pulling everything out like he does, the mere attempt melts him and makes him feel all gooey inside

ODDITY

has a tendency to get carried away with things- plans become enough to do lists that can steal away all of his (and by extension dazzles) time... sometimes he just cant help but put his entire being into something to make it as good as it can be!

definitely has that "creep" some people get when they create something. he just cant help but to tack on more and more ideas! he swears this is the last part hes going to add... and then he brainstorms a bunch more to do

DAZZLE:

quality time sitting together doing something- or something parallel to one another. hes not as open and bold as his brother... if you need someone who is more subtle and slow, then dazzle will be your provider. as a bonus i like to think he writes poems. he definitely has some about you

similarly spending time with him makes him feel loved- and words of affirmation can go far with him. being closed off and... well himself... is simply how he is..! but youre trying and that makes him feel loved

ODDITY

he really doesnt like eye contact. a lot of the times when hes talking to someone- especially someone new or someone hes not really friends with he will look down. sometimes he'll even turn his head to a different direction just to avoid eye contact

he feels so awkward doing it... and he genuinely doesnt mean to be rude, he just... hates... making contact- it makes him feel exposed and put on the spot even if its for a second

BOTH:

NO

all it takes really is for one of them to say no- one is not going to force the other to be around you especially if you make them uncomfortable. sharing a body is hard and they arent going to make it harder on themselves

that being said there arent many hard no's that arent a basic thing that people tend to avoid- so long as youre not pushy or possessive theyre willing to at least give you a chance

though... if youre EXTRA high energy it may be a no- razzle loves someone whos down with doing anything with him but even he has his limits... and he wants there to be balance for dazzle. on the flip side dazzle needs someone whos at least ready and willing to make plans- balance stuff to accommodate both of their needs!!

though... they give off the type to have little to no tolerance for mind games and hypotheticals and tests- they will tell you outright how much they love you and if you decide to test if theyre being honest they wont deal with that

he... tries not to let him shatter him. of course it hurts. of course hes grieving, but he knows you wouldnt want him to sink down into his feelings when theres work to be done to keep everyone else safe

on top of that, he feels a strong sense to be there for his brother. dazzle already has a tendency for... well... you know... and he wants to do his best to keep his brother from spiraling out of control

outside of speaking to dazzle about it to sort out tough feelings he might just internalize it and put on a happy-ish face in front of the other toons to keep them from worrying too much

ZESTLESS

he tries and he tries hard to find the spark again. he doesnt want to give up on you, even if the relationship has run its course and itd be better if the two... three... of you split

it gets even harder if hes the only one who lost feelings, and dazzle still has them. it wouldnt be fair to demand dazzle break up with you too. but its so awkward hanging around an ex... at least for a while, he wouldnt kill a friendship over this---- and vise versa if dazzle was the one who lost interest

he doesnt want to bring it up out of fear that saying it out loud would make everything fall apart in an instant. its a tough situation and he doesnt like it at all... but it feels wrong keeping up this act just to keep everything smooth sailing

DAZZLE

MISERY

handling it a lot worse than his brother is. if he was sad before hes totally miserable now. he becomes a lot more closed off and even getting him to participate in conversations with others is a huge task

he only really talks to razzle for a long time, hes not ready to unpack it all with someone else right now

REALLY in his feelings for a while, he might never get over you actually. i mean... razzle might not either... but dazzle is really going to be stuck in the past even if his brother heals

ZESTLESS

its a lot harder for him to hide this sort of thing from you and razzle. its only a matter of time until one of you brings it up and hes going to be forced to talk about it... and gooooood he would rather talk about anything else. he would even go on stage as the star!

...but he knows better. he knows at least talking about it is for the best, regardless of whats going to be done about it. an attempt to salvage it, or to simply break up

its times like this he wishes he wasnt sharing a body with his twin because hes stuck there if razzle still loves you... he tries to pretend hes not there when its you two together. its going to take a while for the friendship to go back to normal.... a long... long time...

unless its on their masks they have their own scars... though... both of their hands are a little roughened up. extracting from machines isnt easy work and sometimes the valves can be a little tough

he tries to talk out his feelings when hes upset. he doesnt like stewing in his emotions for too long. of course he tries his best to let him actually feel and experience them but..... ooooooooooh! feeling down in the dumps sucks! it makes him feel crummy and mean and he hates it! talking it out and doing something he enjoys can be enough to get his mind off of it and move on

and he tends to apply what makes him feel better to you when youre upset. sometimes he can get carried away with that- its not that hes plowing through what makes you feel better. its just that he can get... caught up. speaking up and explaining what you need outright will fix this- and as soon as you do hes going to be doing everything he can to make you feel as good as new!

VALENTINES

wants big and bold! let him show you how much he loves you in this big grand gesture!

yes! he knows he always reminds you how much he loves you, he makes it a point to say he loves you at least once a day! but sometimes words feel like that! just words! he wants to REALLY make it known! he WILL make a show of it just to get it through to you!

lots and lots of generic valentines goodies are sent your way- roses especially! roses are nice... ignore how he nearly trips over his own feet when you throw him roses after his display on stage

DAZZLE:

UPSET

feels his feelings for a long time. sometimes he might even sink in them. itd be worse if he didnt have his brother literally attached to him- razzle never gets him too stuck in his own head for too long. talking it out can take some time but he does eventually get that worked through... he doesnt want to be a bother. distractions dont do much for dazzle, though

he can pick up faster (at least faster than razzle) when youre upset. small details that his brother might miss are caught by him, but he does wait until its just the three of you before he brings it up. he wants you to know hes there for you, and that its okay to be sad... why dont you tell him all about it? hes a great listener

VALENTINES

hes the opposite of his brother in this regard... he doesnt like too many eyes on him, and making a show of things doesnt feel right. it doesnt feel like it would do justice to how important you are to him

he writes you letters and poems all the time, some unsent others slipped under your door... valentines may bring the unsent ones to light as his own version of a gift. having all the time in the world to write down his care for you feels better than having to say it on the spot- and it catalogues everything without the risk of his brain slipping the words into the void before he can voice them

they both kind of have to sleep on their back or stomach. stacking their heads on top of each other it not at all comfortable so that makes sleeping on their sides.... awkward..

honestly its going to take a long... long time... for him to grow fully confident in kissing you- he just doesnt want to be weird about it or think he doesnt really... know what hes doing

he was hopeless in the beginning so youd have to take charge, but he does get the hang of things after a while, trust!

definitely the type to squeeze his eyes shut really tight, and waaaay too early... might smack his face against yours... likes kissing you where you like to be kissed- just say where!

COSMO

similarly to cosmo he prefers if you told him where you want to be kissed- he doesnt have anywhere in specific where he likes to aim! well... okay thats not entirely true, he does like giving you kisses on the cheek when his hands are busy

he... of course... smells and tastes like chocolate- dont bite him though because hes... probably not going to let you get close enough to do it again if its like... an earnest attempt to get some of his face

he doesnt like kissing you when theres other people around- hes shy about PDA, but he doesnt mind giving you a peck when theres people around hes close with

FINN

the quickest way to make him shut up is to pepper his face with kisses- hes going to be so taken aback that it makes him cut the puns... and it works everytime! definitely has that sheepish dorky string of giggles the entire time

he sometimes gets a little too excited and clinks his glass against your teeth and it... hurts... obviously... he always always always feels awful for it- you dont think youve ever heard someone shoot out such a quick string of apologies

as mentioned in the pocky post his mouth is kinda... 2d... the best he can do is press the location against you and make a sound

GLISTEN

again, hes another one with the "2d mouth" problem- but he only makes the "mwah" sound if youre having a bad day and need something extra- just to get a smile out of you

thankfully though he doesnt clink you with his glass- hes far more careful and he doesnt want to ruin his makeup either! and he doesnt mind kissing around others all that much, its just a peck its nothing scandalous

likes being kissed on the back of his hand... makes him feel a certain way.. special... hes not picky when it comes to your affection but the hand kisses always make his heart flutter

GOOB

definitely giggles into the kiss- sometimes it can be hard to have a more serious intimate moment but hes just so cute... you can never really be angry over it! 100% if he had a tail it would be wagging like mad behind him

you have to mind his teeth though, youve definitely been left with at least one nick on your lips... never enough to bleed but its definitely something to watch out for

he loooooooooves wrapping his arms around you during kisses- and he loves all sorts of placements. forehead, cheek, mouth, ect. youre sure if he wore lipstick youd be painted in his preferred color within a few short minutes

LOOEY

poor thing... another 2d mouther... he'd be an awkward kisser anyway, he doesnt want to be too much but he doesnt want to make you think hes not into it- its best you show him what you want

he does think its a little funny if you lightly squish his head in your hands when you cup his cheeks for the kiss- it doesnt really bother him since its never a tight squeeze, he sees the humor in it

....he does smell like a balloon though... rubber... latex... hopefully you dont mind the smell all that much, especially so up close

RAZZLE

love love loves giving you a kiss on the cheek whenever he sees you! its quick, so its so much easier for him to give you one in passing when he and dazzle need to be somewhere quick

he likes to kiss you as a greeting and parting, hes a bit corny but sometimes a kiss is so much more welcoming than simply saying hello!

and if you asked him where he preferred to be kissed hed tell you where ever you think feels right... in reality he loves getting forehead kisses

DAZZLE

he likes kissing the back of your hand, its a little more... intimate... but its sweet, and he likes taking his time with it... though that does deny him the chance to really give you some loving in passing like razzle does

he also does the hand kisses as a greeting and parting- he was... a little shy and clunky about it in the beginning but its become so natural by now that you instinctually offer him your hand the moment youre within each others bubbles

he likes... being kissed on the cheek... its nice... he doesnt like pda all that much though...

RODGER

he has no mouth so he needs to be a little creative about it... and creativity stops short in the form of simply pressing where his mouth would be to you. he unfortunately does not make a "mwah" sound he doesnt really see the point in it nor does it cross his mind

LOVES "kissing" the back of your hand and knuckles, and he will maintain eye contact as he takes your hand in his to get the act done

he doesnt really like pda though- he likes to maintain some look of professionalism in front of the others... and there arent many places on his face to kiss him... :(
