18 certain teens just looked at each other. Was Mikado okay? This encounter was certainly odd indeed considering they've known each other for some time.

Welp, leave it up to no other than Kokichi to break the ice.

Event: Memory Wipe.

Mikado woke up on the streets, looking around him confused he tried to remember the last thing he did but nothing came to him, thinking more he realized he doesn't recall much. With a bit of further walking around as he was trying to figure out where to go.

While he was wandering around confused and lost he eventually bumped into your muse, he bowed.

"My apologies, i wasn't looking where i was going." He's back to wearing the mask and that itself seemed off, he had previously stopped wearing it and it had seemed to be a permament thing so he shouldn't be back to it. "Well in any case! I have things to do~" He moved to... Leave? Huh, your bond with him should be different than that, he shouldn't be giving such a brief conversation, maybe it's a good idea to stop him.

Okay some actual observations about Hundred Line: Last Defense so far after the server got a little past Day 1 of the demo tonight and some thoughts on Kodaka's writing:

I really like Kodaka's writing and I always have, but I'm not about to blindly praise him--V3's ending was a major miss for me (not for the reasons you might think) and it ruined DR1 and DR2 for me for a while. World's End Club was a bait and switch. Moreso than V3 was (yes V3 was a bait and switch Kodaka was lying in prereleased interviews and Japan hated the ending much more than the west did)

We were promised a killing game "for children by children" only to be delivered a janky platformer with the most cookie cutter, bland characters imaginable and a predictable story that felt like it was written by an eighth grader who just discovered Japanese media

I need to finish Rain Code but just didn't get to it yet, but I really love Yuma because I'm a sucker for big tiddy wacky girl + reserved shota (YEAH I'm self inserting as the big tiddy girl!!!) and in all of Danganronpa I loved every protag

Maybe I'm just easy to please, but sometimes I really REALLY like protag boys. Sometimes I walk away from hentai games like "wow the MC is cute actually" while pairing him with the girl I like the most who I'm also attracted to and yeah I've been known to simp for no dialogue protagonists!!! >w> I've been known to ship them together also (Makoto and Minako P3 Twins Au)

....why is this? Am I insane? I have a shrine in my room to a husbando who is fully intended to not have an actual personality (I either love characters with a whole buffet worth of character or none at all and yet when there is none presented I still perceive, I cannot explain this)

Anyway, Naegi and Hinata are written like fully fleshed characters not intended to be merely player inserts and yet they still were able to fill that role if you, the player, chose for them to which is easy for a lot of people to do apparently

It was a very sweet middle ground that you can be the one making the decision for the characters in the bonus modes which are glorified dating sims

A sort of illusionary art piece where you can see a slightly different picture by tilting your head

So far our Protag Boy in Hundred Line is continuing that trend because I was simping for Takumi the whole time--ah, what beautiful eyes he has! And the little tsun tsun for his childhood friend...who I have suspicions about...

There's no character I dislike so far, which is a far cry from V3, and there were so many Danganronpa references that it feels like this is in the same universe and paying homage without being served a cocktail of memberberry juice and expected to get plastered from its bittersweet nectar of nostalgia

I'm still not entirely convinced that this won't turn into Danganronpa halfway through haha at least, as much as it can without being Danganronpa (TM) which I'm pretty sure Spike owns

Danganronpa really really made me happy for a long time nearly 10 years ago and I was sad with how V3 went, sad at how V3 made me feel, and so disenchanted that I began writing out my own original killing game story which still needs to be completed (dw I know what I'm doing)

So...so far, Hundred Line is a much needed ointment to apply to some scars that won't go away entirely but could certainly use a little more healing

I've been meaning to replay Dangan 1 and 2

I really hate how modern day Danganronpa fandom is mostly comprised of antis and people who are not legal to even buy the game--these same people wanna complain about the safety of minors of the internet and yet they ignore something that is put in place for their safety--GO AWAY!!

They bitch about fanservice and yet continue to support the game, as if Kodaka himself isn't a god level gooner who enjoys it that his characters are given official figures with panty shots

I hate it that the fandom feels the need to "fix" designs by making characters uglier intentionally

I really wish all of these people would find media that supports what they believe in instead of trying to force existing series/characters to be something that they aren't

Most of Danganronpa fandom now LIKES V3, which wasn't the case when V3 first released (I witnessed it lol) but the thing is that the people who didn't like V3 just up and the fanbase never really "recovered" so now it looks like V3 was always super beloved from the start

Anyway the past half a year or so I haven't really been indulging in too much Japanese media mostly because of the state of censorship in localization and there just hasn't been much new that interests me (and that's in general, I find it more enjoyable to revisit things)

And I could be totally wrong about Last Line

Kodaka could drop the ball in the last act, but y'know what? I'm gonna give it a try when it releases! Because so far it's fun, the characters are enjoyable, there's canon twincest, and Rain Code (what I've played of it) has renewed my faith that maybe Kodaka is over this slump he put himself into with V3 (and let's not talk about the DR3 anime!)

It's very nice to enjoy things this year because I've been in my own slump for the past few years (that's why I think I'm a lot more forgiving about V3 now) and that's mostly due to getting out of a really bad 4 year relationship that went nowhere It affected me more than I had initially realized :<

but 2025 I'm writing frequently again, I'm playing vidya games, and I'm even drawing more so yeah!!! :3

Happy Birthday Makoto Naegi!!!

Hi everyone! Mod Princess here letting you guys know that I now today is Makoto Naegi’s b-day.

Funny enough, it is currently on the same day at Community Day on Pokemon GO.

A certain trio of teenagers happened to be walking when the noticed the man. Kaede was the first to speak.

"Guys, look! Maybe that guy can help us find our way back home!"

Hajime was looking at one of the flyers.

"I don't know, Kaede. Something about him seems rather suspicious. And.. oddly familiar.

Makoto put some thought into what Hajime just said.

"Now that you mention it, I guess he does look a little familiar somehow. But are you sure he's someone we can't trust, Haijme?"

"Well for one, the flyer is talking about a bar called the Monobar. And two, it's also talking about drowning your Despair. I'm worried Monokuma must've sent him to lure us back into the school."

"...With wines? None of us are really old enough to drink yet."

Hajime sighed.

"Look. I know it sounds weird, but even you have to admit that the Despair and Mono part sound just a bit concerning. Maybe I'm wrong about this guy. Maybe it's just a coincidence. But I don't want to end up putting ourselves at risk and we've already been through a lot from that Killing Game. I think it's best we just move on and-"

"...Kaede?"

"Where did she go?!"

"Um, Hajime?"

Makoto pointed to where Kaede was at. She was already talking to the man.

Back from Vacation

After a more than a month of staying at my Grandma's (for the whole summer pretty much), I've finally returned home. This was something I meant to post on Saturday, but haven't really had the chance to as I was catching up with friends(which is why I haven't been on lately).

My Wi-Fi is good now, but if by any chance I don't get to interactions quick enough, please be patient with me. Tumblr isn't the only site I roleplay on, I now have a 2nd RP blog that I'm paying attention to alongside this one, and, more importantly, there's also my life offline. If you feel the need to check on me, that's fine, but make it no earlier than the next day please.

When Worlds Collide

As the camera starts out staticky, you can hear a dark chuckle. Once the static clears out, a rather strange, mixmatched, dragon-like creatures comes into view.

"Hello, everypony! Should I say everyone. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Discord, spirit of chaos and disharmony!"

"Originally, I wasn't scheduled to make my Tumblr debut until much later, but a certain mod informed me that desperate times call for desperate measures. Something on the line of... 'notifications'?"

"Though as exciting as it is for me to show my face early, my only complaint would be the fact that I have to SHARE this blog with others. But I suppose this will have to do for now. Perhaps if things go well here, I'll be able to have my own personal blog down the line..."

"With that being said, let's get this show on the road! I've been sent here to summon several muses here that I'm sure you'll be happy to see! After all; a lot of them are people you've met before I assume?"

And with that, Discord snapped his fingers. Just like that, tons of people(and one pony), appear. They look around in confusion before turning to face the odd creature that was before them.

“UwaaaaaaAAAAAAHHH!!!”

The spikey-haired boy ran into hiding. Oddly enough, two of them looked and dressed exactly like him. One went after the more timid version to check of him, while the other had bandages, all over his torso, arms and legs(I have no sprites for that one! T_T)

"W-what that f&ck is that?!?!"

'Kyaaaaaaah! It's a monster!'

"I'm going to assume that this is the creature who brought us here. But... why?"

Discord was rather disappointed by certain reactions as he turned away.

"A simple 'thank you' would've sufficed! But I suppose most of you aren't much a fourth-wall breakers now aren't you...? How rude! To think I actually did this to help you all on your current predicament-"

Before the draconaquus could finish his sentence, a certain pink pony zoomed in and gave him a super tight hug from behind.

"GYAAAAAGH!!!"

"Discord! Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you sooooooo much for bringing us all together! I'm so happy to finally be able meet all my neighbors at once! I thought it going to take like... foreeeverrr to meet a few of them at a time! And I SO thank our mod a bejillion times for this too! And that best part is... you now get to be a part of this too! This is the best! Decision! EVERRRRRRRR!!!"

"C-can someone... please give us a promo... before Pinkie Pie... breaks me in half...?"

(Hello everyone. Mod Princess here. So basically, this is a chaos blog mashing @ask-timid-makoto-naegi, @danganronpa-v3-demo-au, @your-pink-party-pony, and @sole-survivor-makoto-naegi altogether. This is being done due to the recent changes on tumblr regarding the notifications. I figured that I'd have some fun and add Discord from MLP into the blog as well.

So this is what's going to happen from here on out. Every event and starter I decide to do regarding any of my other blogs are going to start off here from now on. You also can also RP on the chaos blog if you'd like. It will just require me to use other blogs to respond depending one which of my muse(s) you are interacting with. I will also be using this blog for any and all RPs that I didn't get notified on.

Aster recommends this to me as an alternative option to constantly pinging, and so far it seems to have worked after @unofficialuserluser tested it out. So now I'm giving it a go. Fingers crossed this continues to work!

Edit 5/5/2023 - Okay so I wasn’t informed until like… just now the the problem has been fixed. REALLY wish someone would’ve told me this sooner before I went ahead and made this blog. Promo?

A thin, dainty girl is seen and heard sniffling as the camera flickers on. She glances up, revealing a pair of blue-ish eyes. "Is it on-?" Her voice wavered slightly, but her shoulders relaxed when another girl approached. "Relax, Tanaka-san! It's on! I'll round up the others."

The so called "Tanaka-san" nods softly, not speaking until a large group arrived behind her.

"Eeahh! That many..?" She buried her face in her hands before introducing herself. "I-I..am Tanaka Tsuki.. But y-you probably know me by Celestia Ludenburg.."

The English name didn't come all that naturally to her, getting an eye roll from a peachy-haired, tall boy. "These people," Tsuki motions to everyone behind her, "are potential candidates for the new DanganRonpa seasons..We w-wish to get in contact with p-people, and..st-stuff..I'm sorry-!"

She squeals as she apologizes, roughly grabbing at her shirt.
