Okay, so i know the danny/colleen relationship in IF/Defenders gets a lot of hate for being underdeveloped and rushed (which i honestly agree with tbh regardless of her being my otp for danny) but can we just look at how much it’s progressed in the 6 months (i think it’s 6...) since we last saw them. they’re entire lives are pretty much revolved around nothing being constant but each other. what claire said is so true about colleen being the foundation, especially for danny after the loss of k’un lun, but can we talk about the changes to danny since she became the foundation and he noticed it? he’s become less eradic, more grounded, he’s being more realistic, he’s not running off the second he hears the hand, colleen being the foundation to him has grounded him enough for him to start to become a foundation for her when she needs one to ground her too.

this is totally canon. I’M hopefully going to start writing something that’s happier soon. if marvel just won’t consistently give me dannycolleen in both the mcu and the 616 i’ll do it myself.
