RAYS OF LIGHT © Darin Jones, Acrylic on 18 circa 1920 bricks. It is finished. As you swipe through the photos, you see I painted ‘hits’ of colors (on top of the faux moss). 1st row of 5 in purple, red, & hints of orange; 2nd row of 6 in orange, pink, & hints of yellow; 3rd row of 7 in white, yellow & hints of orange—to create a ‘dark-to-light’ or from ‘obscurity into light’ effect—a recurring theme for my life & art.
