Review: Just awful, don’t get this! This was extremely fishy and really nothing else, no flavor but ocean fish. The mashed potatoes on top are just very bad quality instant flake potatoes. We couldn’t even finish this dish it was so awful.

Norway Pavilion Restrooms Location: Epcot, Norway Pavilion Bathroom Review: This bathroom is probably my favorite looking bathroom in all of Disney World. This bathroom has a Norwegian/Frozen theme. As you walk in you are greeted with a wooden wall walkway that leads to a bathroom styled with warm blues and browns. The theming is next level, from the carved doors, cute character themed signs, wooden walls and floors. And another plus to this bathroom is because it's pretty large there is never usually a long line. You should definitely try out this bathroom the next time you get the urge to use a bathroom in Epcot. Score: 10/10

Gods of the Vikings Location: Epcot, Norway Pavilion

Attraction Review: New to Epcot is the "Gods of the Vikings" exhibit, formerly this was the Frozen inspiration exhibit. Now in my party of friends I have a Norse god expert and she had a bit to say about the exhibit. First we are so happy that something not frozen has been put back into the Norway pavilion, the pavilion was becoming far to much a selling gimmick instead of a trip around the world. The exhibit itself is beautiful, with a carved tree in the middle of the room decorated with the faces of Norse gods and story's of the gods written along the walls. Though I will say my friend pointed out many historical inaccuracies within the origin stories of the gods, especial with Loki. But even with these inaccuracies she also believes it's a wonderful addition to Norway.

Watermelon Cucumber Slushy

Location: Epcot Flower & Garden Festival 2018, Florida Fresh Outdoor Kitchen Review: This drink was perfect for a swelteringly hot day in Florida. The drink was adorned with cuts of fresh watermelon over a pink frothy slush. The drink was sweet with a tangy after taste, it was so refreshing and cooled down the whole body. This was very good, but warning sip slowly so you don't get a brain freeze.

Jambalaya Location: Port Orleans Resort French Quarter, Sassagoula Review: This dish was very filling! The bowl comes filled to the brim with right of the oven seasoned rice mixed with sausage and a huge thick piece of sweet corn bread. The dish had a kick of spice that definitely leaves a bit of a burn on the tip of your tongue. Overall it was a very nice meal and has peeked my interest in going back to Sassagoula to try their other meals. Score: 6.5/10

Spicy Blackened Shrimp and Cheddar Cheese Grits

Location: Epcot Flower & Garden Festival 2018, Fresh Florida Outdoor Kitchen

Review: The dish was a decent amount of food for the price compared to most festival dishes. The dish had a slight kick to it but was not overly spicy because it was cooled down by the sweet corn relish. The smell can be a bit over powering with the spices but don't be afraid to try this delicious dish.

Mr. Kamal's Seasoned Fries - topped with tzatzki salad and sriacha ketchup Location: Mr. Kamal's, Animal Kingdom-Asia Review: These fries were highly recommend on many food blogs so we were excited to try them, big mistake. These were awful, the fries were covered in a very bland and unseasoned tzatzki salad which made to fries very soggy. The only upside to this dish was the sriacha ketchup, which we took with us for later. Over all don't get this dish! Score: 4/10

Caribbean Conch Salad with Mango, Papaya and Pickled Red Onions Location: La Isla Fresca Outdoor Kitchen at Epcot's Flower & Garden Festival

Review: This dish was cool refreshing on a very hot day. It had a slight kick of spice with a tangy sauce. The conch was slightly chewy and might have been a bit over cooked. The plantains that it came with were salty and thin. Not a dish we would likely get again.

Tropical Mousse Cake Location: La Isla Fresca outdoor kitchen at Epcot Flower & Garden Festival 2018 Review: So good! This tropical fruit inspired dish is my favorite of the festival so far. The cake was moist and flavorful filled with a coconut mousse, witch was my favorite park of the dish. The cake was drizzled with a tangy tart pineapple glaze with fresh cut pineapples as a garnish, the drizzle was a bit to tart on its own but pared with the cake it was wonderful. The size of the cake we got for $4.25 was very large. On the negative, if you do not enjoy tropical fruits this is not a dish you will like and should probably stay clear of this outdoor kitchen all together. Overall this is a must have at the festival! Score: 8.5/10

Epcot Flower & Garden Festival 2018 Review: Fleur de Lys Outdoor Kitchen • Tarte à la Tomate Provençale: Provencal Tomato Tart with Sautéed Onions, Fresh Thyme and Rosemary on a Flaky Pastry Crust (V) $5.50 This dish was very good for my sister Sarah because she's a vegetarian (there are only 4 vegetarian meal options at festival). The dish was very large for the price which was a definite plus. The overall taste was great, but the outside was very hard and the flavors weren't very consistent. If your a vegetarian this is a great choice, but if your not I would skip it. Score: 7/10 • Canard Confit Aux Gnocchi à la Parisienne: Braised Duck Confit with Parisian Gnocchi $5.75 This was very good but also very heavy, I shared half of mine with a friend but could still feel it in me for a while. The dish came with a lot of meet and doughy ganocchi covered in a lot of gravy. Over all it was a filling delicious dish. Score: 8/10

Spoiler Review

Spoiler Movie Review: Today I and my group of friends went to see "Incredibles 2" at the theater. We have been patiently waiting 14 years for this film, and finally it is here. Now right off the bat my group was a bit disappointed to find out the film was picking up from where it left off in the original instead of making a time jump. We were hoping to see the characters older but still struggling through issues, like Violet going to college or Dash dealing with puberty, while still being forced to hide there identities. But instead it picked up right where we left off in the first film with the family running off the stop crime during Dash's track meet, which after 14 years is a little boring. The movie all together was unfortunately a bit lacking, from figuring out that Evelyn was the villain right away do to the blatant villainous animation style she was drawn in. We didn't see much character development with Dash other then him learning "new math" yet we watched Violet go through her own storyline and Jack-Jack have a good chunk of the movie dedicated to his powers. The underlying feminist theme was thrown out when it should have driven this film but instead we made the bitter woman the villain (like we didn't see that coming 😒). We still didn't get to meet our Queen Honey! The film did have upsides like great punchlines mostly from Jack-Jack that brought laughter throughout, the greatness that is Edna Mode becoming "Aunty Edna" to Jack-Jack. Overall this was in no way a bad movie but this was not a film worthy of waiting 14 years for and unfortunately I will not be going back for a second viewing.
