About Flaming Liberation: This book started as an idea around 2019, and around 2020 as a Wattpad original by a middle schooler (me) who wanted to share his OC's to the world! Since then it has developed into a sort of passion project of mine, and has gotten a lot bigger!

Flaming Liberation is a fantasy story that explores themes of child abuse, oppression, war, as well as grief. Needless to say the story gets dark at points, but that doesn't set it aside from having humor and wholesome relationships. Starring a teenage girl named Shelingia who has grown up in confinement because of her supernatural abilities, and her young friend Leo who lost his parents to people who wanted to abduct him because of his powers. This is the story that explores the events of how Shelingia frees herself and Leo and gets revenge on those responsible for their and other people's suffering.

So, I was thinking about Gaster recently, when I realized something.

So There’s this like Ice Wolf monster in Undertale, and their whole job is throwing these stupid ice cubes into the water all day. 24/7. Which was interesting, so I started to wonder. “Man! What are these dang ice cubes for?”

Turns out you find out later, It’s transported through the Underground in order to cool down the CORE. Probably to keep it from over heating or something. But this has always felt like, super odd for me. Look, if this SINGULAR Ice Wolf decides to go on strike or something, the entire electrical system of the Underground is put at risk. And it gets even weirder when...

...If you wanted to have a cooling system for the core. Why not add vents to release the hot air? Like in Hotland.

Then, a massive truth hit me.

Who created and designed the core? Gaster.

Which means he made the blue prints.

Because of this small detail. We can FIGURE SOMETHING OUT ABOUT GASTER’S CANON PERSONALITY!

WHICH IS THAT THIS MAN, IS AN ABSOLUTE FUCKING DUMBASS

HE DESIGNED A MASSIVE GEOTHERMAL MACHINE, WHICH UTLIZES HEAT FROM LITERAL MOLTEN MAGMA IN ORDER TO CREATE GEOTHERMAL ENERGY. USING WHATEVER LITERAL ACTUAL JUNK HE PROBABLY HAD TO BUILD IT OUT OF. IN DOING THIS, HE PROVIDED CLEAN, RENEWABLE ENERGY FOR AN ENTIRE CIVILIZATION OF PEOPLE. 

BUT FOR SOME REASON. HE DIDN’T MAKE A FUCKING COOLING SYSTEM FOR IT.

SOMETHING THAT HAD BEEN ALREADY UTLIZED IN OTHER AREAS OF THE PLACE HE BUILT THE GODDAMN MACHINE.

NO WONDER HE FELL INTO HIS “OWN CREATION”, WHATEVER THE HELL THAT MEANS. HE PROBABLY TRIPPED ON A SHOELACE OR SOME SHIT

AND THEN, ONCE HE’S SCATTERED. ACROSS TIME AND SPACE. GUESS WHAT IS THE FIRST THING HE DOES?!?

HE HACKS A FUCKING TWITTER ACCOUNT.

I am now 100% confident in the fact that Gaster is simultaneously the smartest and dumbest fucking person in the multiverse and I’m honestly all for it.

My SpamtonEX design sometimes barely looks like spamton to me but he’s now in a realm mostly all his own now that I have this

some people are suspicious about the fact that ralsei doesnt turn to stone in cyber world like the other darkners from the other kingdom, and i am too, but i may have a possible explanation for that

also i rant about some other things for a bit

he says darkners "MIGHT not belong" in dark worlds they arent native to. which means MAYBE a darkner will turn to stone in another dark world.

we see both lancer and rouxls kaard turn to stone in cyber world, but for some reason, ralsei doesnt. ALSO the original star walker never turns to stone, even though theyre there only for comedic purposes

going along with this theory that some darkners will and some darkners wont turn to stone, what separates the two? what about them is different???? its a small sample size, but the only big difference i can think of is that rouxls and lancer are playing cards, while we dont know what light world objects ralsei and the starwalker are based off of

theres also the possibility that EVERY darkner turns to stone in other dark worlds, its just that ralsei (and the starwalker) weren't there long enough to turn to stone. notice how rouxls turns to stone way after lancer? im not sure what determines how long a darkner can go before being medusa'd, but i dont think its based on how long they spend in the other world, because lancer, rouxls, and the starwalker all get there at the same time, in kris' inventory

also: ralsei explains the darkners can live in his kingdom without turning to stone because the fountain there is made of "pure darkness" (i dont have a screenshot for this, if this is incorrect please let me know). what makes THAT fountain pure darkness but not the one in cyber world???? was the fountain we extinguished in chapter one pure darkness??? what makes a fountain of pure darkness different from the others??? what other substance is in the non-pure ones??? if the knight created the two that weren't pure, did they even create the one at castletown? if not, who created that one? i personally dont believe that kris is the knight, but is the one they create in their living room made of pure darkness??? i have a lot of questions but not many answers

anyone have thoughts on these theories/speculations?
