Another interesting thing about Unleash the Light is that you see how gems from Era 2 are treated as lesser from Era 1.

You see Pyrope constanltly treating Demantoid as lesser. She is condescending towards her and she doesn't listen to Demantoid's warnings. She is full of herself, not thinking things through and believing she deserves everything. Demantoid constantly tries her best. She is a lot more grounded and logical. She feels like she to cleans the messes that Pyrope leaves. She doesn't appreciate the way Pyrope does but doesn't full express it most of the time until later in the game.

I wonder how common this used to be on Homeworld or if it was specific from gems of high position like Pyrope. I think that Era 2 gems often have to prove themselves more than their Era 1 counterparts, considering some types of gems were born shorter than they should be

Pyrope and Demantoid are the kind of duo to accidentally fuse because they hate eachother so much it’s enough emotion to fuse.
