It's a destructivedeath shipkid that I'm calling Pine (but that can be changed)

How to participate ?

-draw the kiddo

-you can play a bit with the design (as long as it's still recognizable)

-you can change the name

-you can chose a gender and age (and change a bit the design to go with your choice)

-you can even change the ship if you want (like it could a killerdeath kid or a ship with Bird or whatever you can think of)

-even if it's a "draw" to adopt, writings are also welcome

-you can do more than one entry

-bonus if you can make them a backstory/interacting with your other kids if you have some

Here's my entry for @bluepalleteuniverse DTA!

If I do win Pine, I might change the design slightly. I didn't want to change it while drawing them. Partially because I took so long to finally get to this. I love the gem on the belt, too. He might be a part of the thing I'm planning on doing, because they wouldn't fit in with my Dark Cream kiddos' multiverse. The Error there isn't with anyone there.

As soon as I saw it I knew I must do something for @bluepalleteuniverse 's DTA

I had to change the child to a human because from this day forward I refuse to draw skeletons anymore until I can actually draw them with confidence. I did a few minor outift changes and alterations, but the scarf and gloves do give me mega Swap vibes.

I would change Pine's name to Asphodel. They're a Destructivedeath kid, and in Greek Myth the Fields of Asphodel are a place in the Underworld where souls that weren't really good enough for Elysium or bad enough for the Fields of Punishment. The Fields of Asphodel are also home to black poplar trees and the River Lethe, the "River of Forgetfulness". (In this essay I will-)

As you can probably tell I fixated on Greek mythology a few years ago and I can retell as much of the story of creation that I can from the sources I had.

I just really like the kiddo's design and went with silvery wings and hair. The eyes I just changed to a heterochromatic whitish-silver and charcoal, sorta like for the duality of good and bad.

I especially went with Asphodel as a name alternative since Reaper is the god of death, and his opinion of his job and Error's opinion of his own job do have a duality that I like. Also the colour scheme is mainly monochrome (blandness, fitting the roaming souls in Asphodel) with hints of red for the EDGE.

I have an ask from way way back regarding DestructiveDeath/Deathglitch ship kids (as well as a request for Blueprint and Starway) and I have been sitting on it for the longest time cuz I just haven’t gotten around to doodling anyone yet!! I don’t know many ship kids outside of the typical popular ones, but after looking it up, I’d been eying Extinction, honestly. XD I liked his creepy vibe and thought it would be cool af as a dragon dajnfnsn

But! I’ll note Lirium and Nova down as well! Can never draw too many dragons babies huehue.

An old wip I never got to finish but it was a smol comic on how Reaper and Nova had their first touch of each other without dusting.

He was a bawling mess after that. Happy to finally get to touch his baby girl fearlessly.

There were parts before this bit but I am a bit lazy to go back and redo the comic so I'll narrate the parts before in gist.

Reaps comes back tired to Error knitting in the antivoid and flops on him with Ruru's permission. Error hears Nova's babbling and tells him someone is excited to see him back.

Energy restored, he starts babbling and swishing his finger tipped with a ribbon of magic above the little crib hanging from Error's strings, mesmerising his daughter.

Error sees this and is like tf? Hold ur daughter. Reaper expresses his fear and is like he's fine with not touching her and risking her life. To which error calls bullshit and tugs her crib a large height above them, clearly mortifying Reaper (I think I can get that wip one sec)

Oh yeah and he threatened to snap the strings off with his blaster :P (Error loves Nova don't chu worry X3)
