Ooh, yes! When Python returns he sees hundreds of panicked messages ranging from “where r u?”s to “when are u coming back??”s to a simple, heartbreaking “please tell me why you left i can fix it.” After that, Python makes sure to say where he’s going and how long he’ll be gone when he does leave.

one day, grian accidentally gets python caught in the crossfire of a prank and doc is ready to defend python until he finds python giggling and laughing. it eases doc to see his bf having fun but he still takes him away to play safely. -little anon

Why is Doc so scared that Python will get hurt? Did he get hurt while regressing once?

Of course you’re one to ask! Anyone can request hcs here, don’t you worry.

Although he’d never admit it, Doc feels a little anxious about being one of the few nonhumans (and the only creeper hybrid) on the hermitcraft server. This led him to isolate himself, not really bothering to make close friends. It was Python who dragged him out of his shell- first by befriending him, then by helping him meet the other hermits. To this day, Doc is always closest with Python as his fellow creeper, which is partially why he’s so protective of his boyfriend. He doesn’t want him to leave.

little anon! when python is drunk, he turns full gremlin. blows stuff up, will try to fight others playfully, even going so far as to swearing! doc is the one to have to drag him away every time, especially since pyth has no hand to eye coordination when drunk and ends up hurt a lot

Doc has to lift his boyfriend out of the situation. Usually, Python ends up playing a lot of DDR with other hermits because it vents his energy in a less harmful way.

python is one day found by someone else age regressing and gets all scared when they act weird about it but doc ruahes in to save the day! he makes sure no one shows their judgment and will FIGHT anyone who dares to think python is weird for his coping mechanism

Doc is, in general, not a big fan of bullies, but he’s especially mad at those who make fun of his boyfriend. What matters though is that he and his friends support Python and will help him however they can.

im now little anon because im all little right now! doc beats up bullies for python and the server, while understanding, doesn't dare say anything off about python's age regression around doc

Yep! I can’t imagine any of the hermits making fun of Python after they learn that he can’t control regressing and it’s a coping mechanism, but Doc is still super protective. Although most hermits prank each other in good fun, they’re still a little scared to prank Python. You know. Just in case.

traumatized python finding doc, who helps him through flashbacks and is very very gentle! pyth falls for him during this time and is able to work through some of his trauma to confess to doc! they get together and doc understands that pyth sometimes gets very scared for "no reason" and will cuddle him!
