Things I have watched on Netflix whilst (really) ill and my rating of them:
Dungeon Meshi: 100/10 - I started watching before I was ill, its worth buying a Netflix subscription for this, its great, SungWon Cho is in it, go watch it.
Tumblr media
Words Bubble up Like Soda Pop: 9/10 - A feel good, sweet film about young love in a very bright summer mood
Tumblr media
Drifting Home: 10/10 - Adorable kids go on a harrowing adventure Ghibli style, beautiful animation, sweet story telling. The children do act like emotionally immature children but you’d expect that. I watched it twice.
Tumblr media
Children of the Whales: 7/10 - Fun, clearly misses bits of the manga. Some characters have a fun telekinetic glowy power called 'thymia'. One of the characters really feels like the writer’s OC, which is fine, but occasionally off-putting . World building was super fun, and I really liked the character Suou.
Tumblr media
The Orbital Children: 1/10 - I'm giving it 1 just for the fun first episode. it seemed like it would start with good world building and had cute enough animation. Don’t watch it, I sunk 6 episodes of time into it with increasing frustration. It is a complete waste of your time post the third episode. It had ant man level writing where quantum was replaced with AI, and it just got worse. I was ill enough that the quality didn't matter that much.
Tumblr media
The Garden of Words: 5/10 - just for the animation, which was beautiful - it was a story about a 15 year old boy developing a crush on a depressed English teacher, and they become friends, he doesn’t know she’s a teacher. It leaves you constantly wondering if the studio is about to condone something illegal until the last five minutes. Its ending is unsatisfactory but also inoffensive.
Tumblr media
Flavours of Youth: 4/10 - It's sweet, I didn't personally enjoy it that much. There was far too much narration and it felt a bit disjointed for my tastes.
Tumblr media
Several hours Sir David Attenborough narrated animal documentaries, 10/10 - I like watching fish, and also many other animals - this was not on Netflix
I also watched a Scoobie Do Jeprody spin off thing called Scooby Do Guess Who? or something and that was strange - can't remember where this one was.
I have been so ill.

“About this N@z! Costume fiasco, going by Harry's own words, HE was the one thinking of wearing it and asked them what they thought, so of W&K thought it was funny, it's wrong from their part, but the one that got the idea, got out, tried it on, got it and put it on is still Mr. Harry, by now the only thing that I know about this book is that this manchild is blaming everything on everyone.” - Submitted by Anonymous
“Every single incident of Harry “explaining” his past makes him look like a complete idiot. Even if your brother and his girlfriend encourage you to wear a Nazi uniform for laughs (which I don’t believe for a moment), can you not stand up to them and say “no, this is wrong”? Can you not think for yourself? After he acknowledged the incident in the documentory I thought he’d own up to it and move on but apparently he’s still trying to evade blame by making himself look like a clueless naive impressionable child like he did back in the day.” - Submitted by Anonymous
“Blaming Will and Kate for the "nazi" scandal is the new Harry's low point. Firstly, he knows they can't defend themselves, cause they won't comment. Secondly, even if there is a tiny bit of true in it, Harry was an adult who finally made a choice to do this hideous act. And lastly, knowing he and Meghan went against the truth many times before, I personally don't believe every word of this "Spare" publication. All for money, pretty sad.” - Submitted by Anonymous
“I don’t fully understand how Harry thinks blaming Will is going to exonerate him for wearing a Nazi uniform. “My brother thought it was funny so I wore it” is just simply not an excuse. As an adult it’s YOUR responsibility to say “no, it would be wrong” regardless of how funny those around you may think it is. PS I also don't believe this happened” - Submitted by Anonymous
“So Prince Harry's defence of wearing a Nazi uniform was that "he was only following orders"? Didn't work at Nuremberg Trials, ain't gonna work here either” - Submitted by Anonymous
“Harry is ignorant idiot. It's nobody else' fault he chosen Nazi costume. Even if somebody else told him to do it, he should have enough common sense to not go through with it. He must be really really bad in history. He had best education, but probably none of the atitude or brains to learn. It was wasted upon him.” - Submitted by Anonymous

Which pokemon spin-off games are your favorite, besides mystery dungeon?
Oooohhh hard to answer. I haven't really played other spinoff besides GO, Cafe and the TCG too I suppose (legends arceus too, but i dont really count that as a spinoff), so I'll name a couple that have peeked my interest.
Pokepark has allways look rather fun to me, as i think it kind off falls into a simmilar boat as PMD. (I'd love to try it, but I havent been able to find any good wii emulators...)
Pokemon Snap also looks quite fun. I have always wanted to just see pokemon in thier habitat just doing thier thing, because we dont really get to see that in the games. The closest thing we got was legends arceus and S/V where they kinda walk around.
(Bit of a side tangent, but i think it would be kind of cool if we got like a nature documentory style of mini series on pokemon. I think there would be quite a lot of interesting behaviors and relations between pokemon they could explore)
Lastly Pokemon Rumble. I had Rumble World on my 3DS back then. Its been like 6 years and i can barely remember what the game was like, exept for the fact that I liked it back then. Maybe i should try it out again.
Lastly lastly just a little more on the spinoffs I do have active memories of playing. I liked collecting the mon in GO, but nothing more. I found the batteling really borring as its just tapping the screen really quick. As for Cafe: I love the art style and adorable costumes, but once again the gameplay isnt really my cup of tea. And lastly lastly lastly the TCG. I genuently enjoy that one. I like making the decks and collecting the cards. I have a nephew thats also into it, so we play together once in a while and just fanboy about the cool cards we have.
I hope you didnt mind the little rant I went on ehehe... he... Anyway thanks a lot for the ask! This is the first genuent ask I've recived so genuently thank you so much.

WALL STREET
After the victories of France, the USA, and the UK, there was a period of mass indulgence and luxury for the masses. which was a massive change from the disaastar of WW1.
The USA and New York in particular were filled with lavish parties and many events, all thanks to the riches of Wall Street. The stock market, more commonly known as Wall Street, as thats where the majority of it was born, made many who had known no more than poverty their whole lives into some of the richest people in America. This, in turn, led to a decade of glitz and glamour filled with parties and other luxuries.
youtube
In this video, it talks about how the 20s were a great period filled with luxury, high fashion, Hollywood, movie stars, and much more, giving a great overview of the 1920s.
This era is seen as iconic by many, and many movies have been made about it to truly display the change from the Victorian to the 1900s and the overall luxurious lifestyle many indulged in.
One of these movies, and most likely one of the most famous, is The Great Gatsby. a story based around a mysterious man named Gatsby who throws luxe parties for all his friends and other high-society people; however, no one knows who this man is.
youtube
This is the trailer to The Great Gatsby. I believe this shows great insight into 20s life, all though obviously dramatised due to it being a movie. I believe many points of this movie are true.

I know we already had a kinds of documentory episode with Taylor and everything, but I need a real one
It could be combined with a bottle episode, so we get an episode of them just trying to figure out what to do in the station while a film crew follows them around
