Are You Ready? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ Have you ever thought to yourself; “I’m going to learn as much as I can, and then I’ll be ready”, or “I just need to lose 20 pounds, and I’ll be ready”, or “One day when I’m ready, I’ll be an expert”, or “I’m going to be stronger, soon as I can get motivated”, or I’m going to help others, when I feel I’m ready”, or I’d love to have my own business, but don’t have the time, so I’m not sure I’m ready”! These are just a few excuses we tell ourselves, and the only way to be “Ready”, is to just do it Now! Don’t wait until you feel the time is in the future, or you’ll never “be ready”. It’s interesting that I shared this same quote on my FB page 5 years ago today; not even thinking I was “ready” to try something new, to help others, to share my journey, and change my mindset along the way!
