Unfortunate Reunion Party Pt. 10

Yay finally posted part 10! I re-read some previous parts, and gosh.. so many typos I need to edit later...

Always talk to the cops when you have your lawyer next to you

Aaron Hotchner X BAU G.N. Reader

Warning: Angry reader, swearing

I wiped tears and my nose with my sleeve, still sniffling. With a crack of a smile, Aaron handed me his blue-black hankie.

“Don’t wipe it with the sleeves,” he said sternly.

Every the father, I shrugged but grabbed his hankie. Even wiping, I inhaled Aaron’s scent on the hankie.

“How do you feel?”

“Still sad. But strange because I lost my memories like from movies.” I half opened my mouth and closed it, thinking about his weird behaviour of Edisis. Aaron patiently waited for me to talk. “He laughed.”

“Edisis?”

“Yeah. I know people move on after they lose their loved ones. But still, they’re hurt. But, Edisis was not. He really laughed -even if it was a little- and smiled, like he didn’t lose his granddaughter.”

“Is it possible that he is just a good actor?” Aaron asked calmly.

“Possible. Besides, he looked happy when he said the bullies are under his care in the morgue.” I frowned, replaying how Edisis behaved. “He knew my name. I’ve never told him. Maybe he knew who I was when I arrived in town. Or he just remembers me from the funeral.”

“Everything is possible,” Aaron just nodded, pondering options and chances. Suddenly his phone rang, and he answered. Even though the voice was not clear, I could easily recognise Reid’s quick tempo sentences.

“Reid, find out more about Dr Edisis and his granddaughter. See you at the station,” Aaron said and hung up. Then he looked at me, gesturing to the car. “Morgan and Prentiss brought Johns.”

“But he isn’t talking and asked for his attorney.” I nodded.

“Always,” Aaron shrugged.

I tentatively grabbed his fingers, unsure if I could just hold his hand.

“Even shocked, you caught how the doctor behaved.” He tightened the grip on my hand. “Ever the BAU agent, hmm?” He smiled gently at me, and I could mirror the smile.

Everyone was in the interrogation room except Rodriguez, who was excluded by the captain. Apparently, Aaron told the captain about the relationships between the victims, Johns and Rodriguez. I was sure the captain wouldn’t budge as everyone knew each other in his town, but the captain surprisingly listened to Aaron. I concluded that the captain listened to Aaron because he was the FBI and didn’t want any trouble with the bureaucrat when there was a serial killer among them.

Johns was sitting alone, shaking his right leg. He tightly held his hands together in front of his face, touching his forehead. Pray as much as you want, I snarled inwardly.

In the corner, Aaron and Rossi whispered lowly about something. Aaron silently stood there pensively, then nodded.

“It’s possible,” Aaron told his mentor. “Prentiss, do you also think the same?”

Prentiss, who was blankly observing Johns, slightly jumped as the leader called her. “You mean Kirvy’s parents?”

“To be precise, the father,” Rossi corrected the younger profiler.

Prentiss shrugged. “Yeah. He was definitely hiding something. He was calm as if he was expecting us when we were there.”

Aaron and my eyes contacted, reminding us of the meeting with Dr Edisis.

“But couldn’t it be because their son was brought for questioning?” JJ asked curiously.

“That’s another possibility,” Rossi hummed. “If I quote him, ‘I’m fucking happy that those scums met their torturous deaths.’”

“The victim’s torture was not published public,” Reid frowned.

“He might have heard from one of the officers here,” Morgan sighed at the suggestion. Because if that were the case, it would be back to square one. “Or he knows the UnSub.”

“Unless the whole town is conspiring against them,” I muttered, remembering what Eric Kirvy told me.

Silence fell heavily onto us.

Aaron checked his watch and looked at the anxious man in the interrogation room. “We should talk to him now.”

“Can I?” Reid asked promptly, and naturally, everyone looked at the younger man strangely. Reid never participated in interrogation unless either Hotch or Rossi asked him.

“You sure?” Morgan asked with a hint of concern in his voice.

People who didn’t know Morgan would think he didn’t trust Reid or that Reid was capable of interrogating. But including Reid, every member of BAU knew Morgan. It was a brotherly concern. Everyone knew about Reid’s horrible school life because he was just intelligent.

Reid gave a reassuring smile to Morgan. “Yeah, I’ve done this before.”

Aaron nodded toward Reid, and Morgan patted Reid’s shoulder.

I gulped when Reid entered the room quietly. Unlike how I had imagined, Reid wasn’t awkward. He confidently sat in front of Johns, who watched the younger man warily.

“Dr Spencer Reid from the FBI,” Reid introduced himself and didn’t wait for Johns to reply or react. “You made my friend’s life miserable.”

I blinked, comprehending what had just happened.

“What’s he saying?” Even to my ears, my voice was full of panic.

Aaron put his hand on my shoulder to calm me down. “Let’s leave it to him.”

I looked at Rossi for help, but Rossi shook his head. Aaron was the team leader; currently, I was there as his subordinate. I must listen to Aaron. But wouldn’t that jeopardise the interrogation?

Johns only narrowed his eyes at Reid. But Reid didn’t falter and put the folder in his hand on the steel desk.

“Did it feel good? Hurting others because you just could?” The doctor asked nonchalantly, but Johns’ fists quivered as he looked down.

Remorse. Regret.

Very convincing, I bit my lips to stop myself from cursing at the man who couldn’t hear anything from this side of the room. No way in hell Johns would regret what he and his friends did to me and others. I wouldn’t believe that. He must be acting.

“If you want me to talk, bring F/N. I’ll talk without my lawyer then.”

I took a step back, and I bumped into Aaron. He silently squeezed my shoulder, and others glanced at me briefly before turning their attention back to Reid and Johns. Everyone was stunned by Johns. Who in their right mind wants to talk to cops without lawyers?

“And what would you do to my friend?”

I chanted Reid’s name in my head. This was getting too personal for my team and me.

“Just talk,” Johns replied plainly. But his fingers were fidgeting, and now he was shaking both legs under the table.

And I had to make up my mind.

“I can do it,” I said.

Before Prentiss and Morgan could protest, Aaron held his hand up to silence the team. JJ looked at me worriedly, and I just nodded at her.

“He said he’d talk if I’m in there. I can bring out information.”

“You sure?” Aaron asked in a professional manner. Just concern for his colleague. And this man told me he sucked at acting, I rolled my eyes in my head.

“I survived Edisis. With the info Reid and Garcia looked up, I might able to fish some info from him or even truth without involving his lawyer.”

Rossi opened the interrogation room, causing Johns to wince at the sudden sound.

“Reid.” He gestured outside with his chin.

Reid frowned at the veteran profiler but left the room without glancing at the nervous man behind. Johns didn’t even glance at Rossi or even Reid exiting the room.

“I’m sorry,” Reid apologised as he entered to room. “I just got angry for what he did to others and F/N.”

I put my hand on Reid’s forearm. “I’m just glad you’re looking out for me.” And I'm pretty sure I didn’t see Aaron narrowing his eyes, did he? Then I grinned at my team to hide my nervousness. Although I knew they could see through me. “Wish me luck.”

“If I sense any trouble, I’m gonna pull you out. Whether you like it or not,” Aaron said with a curt nod.

“Yes, sir.”

I breathed in and out deeply to calm my nerves before I entered the room and faced the man. Now or never.

I entered the room, schooling my expression, and sat before Johns. He didn’t look up, just shaking his legs nervously.

“Not even a hello?” I said cooly.

Johns practically jumped from the seat and stared at me. I ignored his stares and opened the folder that was held by Reid before. One by one, I placed photos of the crime scenes and the state of the victims’ bodies when they were found. I must be really sick if I was thrilled by showing Johns the photos of his friends’ unfortunate demise. Johns’ breath got heavier, and he pulled himself away from the table, trembling. Well, he was definitely not the UnSub we were looking for, and I wasn’t sure if he was connected to this at all. Did I read Edisis wrong?

“Why are you showing me this,” he gritted out.

“I thought you’d want to know what happened to your best friends,” I replied flatly.

“Please,” he gulped as he buried his face in his hands.

A jolt of memory flared up in my head, and I nearly ran out of the room. I begged. Everyone begged. Begged to stop. And they didn’t. I wanted to lash out. I curled my hands into fists, my nails digging into my flesh so I won’t do anything that I’d regret later. However I want to give this particular UnSub a prize; I was here to catch them and pay for what they have done.

“Then let’s talk, shall we?” I nearly snapped. I slowly put away the photos back into the folder, chewing the moment of the man’s discomfort.

The interrogation room was curtained with thick impenetrable silence. All my senses focused on the man before me, who started chewing his bottom lip and playing with his wedding band.

“I’m sorry,” he finally managed.

“I’m sorry?” I asked sharply.

“I’m sorry I didn’t help you and others when they tortured you.” He stuttered out. “Unlike you, I was a coward and couldn’t stand up against them.”

I wasn’t sure what to say. Should I say, ‘thanks for acknowledging that’? Or just snap ‘too late’?

“If you’re sorry,” dammit, my voice trembled, “tell me everything you know.” I had to bite my tongue not to add ‘unless you want to be the next’.

“I really don’t know who’s responsible,” Johns gestured with his hands defeatedly. “I just received an email, that’s all.”

“An email?” I glanced behind me, knowing my team was listening and Garcia would be already grilling Johns’ emails.

Johns nodded. “They said I had to employ Thomas Kirvy as my redemption. Every required detail was sent through the same email.”

Unless they were a friend or family to Thomas Kirvy, they wouldn’t have picked up the boy’s name who died years ago. My mind replayed the discussion the team had before questioning Johns.

“You could’ve just ignored it,” I pointed out. Even though Garcia would eventually dig up, I wanted to know what made Johns do it.

“It said they’d tell everything what my gang did during high school to my family.”

I couldn’t help but snort, and he flinched.

“When did you receive it?”

“Just after the reunion party.” He cautiously looked into my eyes. “You were there, didn’t you?”

I gave him a thin smile, knowing exactly what he was thinking. “I didn’t kill them. I was crying on my boyfriend’s shoulder,” I snarked bitterly. Something broke in me when I saw a surprised look on Johns’ face. I abruptly stood in anger, towering over him. The chair made a loud thud as it fell on the floor. His face was pure horror as he saw the change in me.

“You thought you had completely broken me, didn’t you?” I snarled. “You knew I would never trust others because of you. You knew I would always have a destructive relationship because of what you put through!”

“What? No!”

Before I could lunge at him, someone grabbed me from behind.

“F/N!”

“I didn’t mean that! You have to trust me, and I didn’t mean that! I’m sorry!”

“I’m so fucking glad they got what they deserved!”

I finally said it.

Pastor William McDowell Announces Return Of Habitation 2022 Conference

GRAMMY-nominated pastor and recording artist, William McDowell recently announced the return of Habitation 2022, a multi-day worship and impartation gathering for Christians seeking a deeper encounter with God and spiritual growth on September 21-24, 2022. Jessie’s voice fits beautifully with the score, and she gives a gut-wrenching performance of She Used to Be Mine. Drew, Kimiko, Keala, and Christopher are each hilarious and endearing. Nicely captured with just a few quick dropouts and no major blackouts. There is one head on the left that can occasionally be seen, but it never blocks the action. There is some slight washout in some of the wider shots. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans.

Probably the only blooper you can hear is that Nik fell at the end of Never Getting Rid Of Me; he had to repeat the last line so he could get up and jump into the chair. Then he ad libbed about falling a few times in the following scene. She Used To Be Mine was unreal. She had to stop before the last verse for applause.

"LOST" RETROSPECT: (2.07) "The Other 48 Days" I cannot deny that "LOST" will always be one of my top twenty (20) favorite television series of all time. Nor can I deny that despite my feelings about it, the writing had been flawed on many occasions. If there is an episode that truly reflected my positive feelings about the series, it is the Season Two episode called (2.07) "The Other 48 Days".

This episode is probably my TOP favorite one in the entire series. Before "The Other 48 Days" aired, I had been watching"LOST" for at least a little over a month. In fact, (2.02) "Adrift" was the very first episode I had ever watch. Although I did watch most of the episodes that aired between "Adrift" and "The Other 48 Days", I found it difficult to feel the series' magic. I was about to give up on the series for good when "The Other 48 Days" aired in late November 2005. Not only did I enjoy the episode, I became a permanent fan of the series. The plot for "The Other 48 Days" proved to be very simple. It chronicled those first forty-eight days that the Tail Section survivors (the Tailies) of Oceanic Flight 815 experienced on the island. Most of the episode focused upon the minutes following the plane crash, to the Tailies' encounter with Fuselage survivors Jin Kwon, Michael Dawson and James "Sawyer" Ford (which happened at the end of "Adrift"). The remaining few minutes of the episode is basically a montage of the Tailies and the three Fuselage survivors experiences between (2.03) "Orientation" and (2.06) "Abandoned", when one of the Tailies accidentally shot and killed series regular character Shannon Rutherford. If one thought that the experiences of the Fuselage Section survivors were traumatic, what they had experienced was a piece of cake in compare to the Tail Section survivors. Unlike the Fuselage passengers, the Tailies had no medical doctor/surgeon, a wanted convict with a talent for tracking, a "Great White Hunter", a son of a South Korean fisherman, the fisherman's daughter-in-law with a talent for botany, a construction worker, or a former member with the Iraqi Republican Guard with a talent for communications. Instead, the Tail Section survivors had a former LAPD cop, a Nigerian warlord-turned-drug runner-turned-priest, a flight attendant, a dentist and clinical psychologist. Hmmmm. From my point of view, only the cop and the former warlord proved to be potential leaders for this group of survivors. Without a medical doctor, the Tailies had to witnessed the deaths of those survivors who had been seriously injured. They also lacked supplies, luggage and some foodstuffs from the plane's Fuselage section. Both groups were infiltrated by men spying on behalf of the island's long time inhabitants known as "the Others". Because the Tailies' beach camp was situated not far from the Others' complex, they were harassed and terrorized by the island inhabitants from Day One, to that Forty-Eighth day that marked Shannon's death. In fact, the Others managed to kidnap a total of twelve survivors from the Tailies' camp on Days One and Twelve. On that last 48th day, they finally snatched the flight attendant. The only Fuselage survivor that ended up kidnapped was Claire Littleton. Unlike the snatched Tailies, Claire only spent eleven days as one of the Others' captive during those 48 days. Compare to the Fuselage survivors, the Tail Section survivors came close to experiencing their own version of "Lord of the Flies". Was there anything about "The Other 48 Days" that I did not like? I did not care much for that montage that marked the last three days that the Tailies spent with Michael, Sawyer and Jin. It seemed like a waste of air time. But I suspect that Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse needed some kind of filler leading to that moment from “Abandoned”, when Shannon was shot. I could complain that "LOST" never fully explained why the Others snatched some of the Tail Section survivors in the first place. But that is not the fault of this particular episode's writing, considering that the series is a serial drama. My biggest complaint about "The Other 48 Days" is that the Tail Section survivors' story was told in one episode. I truly regret this. In some ways, I found their story a lot more fascinating than the experiences of the Fuselage survivors during that first month-and-a-half. Between the deaths of the injured passengers, the kidnappings by the Others, the power struggles and paranoia between the survivors, the consequences of an Other's spy in their midst, brief contact with a Fuselage survivor via a short-wave radio and God knows what . . . the Tailies' story could have provided an interesting contrast to the Fuselage survivors during the series' first season.

The character of Ana-Lucia Cortez was first introduced to "LOST" viewers in the Season One finale, (1.23) "Exodus, Part 1", when she flirted with lead character Dr. Jack Shephard at an airport bar in Sydney. By the time the viewers saw her again, she had transformed into a hardened and brusque leader, lacking in any patience with the likes of Michael, Sawyer and Jin; and struggling to stay a step ahead of the Others' harassment. Many of the series' fans grew to hate her, complaining of her character's tough exterior. At the same time, they praised the Mr. Eko character, who proved to be the former Nigerian warlord-turned-priest, for being such a badass in their eyes. I had forgotten that despite the advent of civil rights regarding race and gender, we still live in a very prejudiced society. Apparently, it was okay for a man like Mr. Eko to be tough, but not a woman. Especially not a woman in a leader position. A woman can be tough like Kate Austen or Juliet Burke, as long as they maintain a superficial projection of femininity and find themselves stuck in a love story or mother role. I adored Ana-Lucia from the moment when she first punched Sawyer in (2.04) "Everybody Loves Hugo". And even after another four seasons, she has remained one of my favorite characters in the series. Before "LOST", I had viewed Michelle Rodriguez as a mediocre actress. I still cannot regard her as a great actress, but her portrayal of the stress-ridden Ana-Lucia had developed her into a very good one. And it took two scenes - one of Ana-Lucia's confrontation with the Others' spy and her emotional breakdown in Mr. Eko's arms - that made me realize that Rodriguez had come far as an actress in the five-to-six episodes she had appeared on "LOST" by "The Other 48 Days". To this day, I consider Ana-Lucia Cortez to be her best role. Another performer that truly caught my eye was Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, who portrayed the fascinating Mr. Eko. To be honest, I first noticed Akinnuoye-Agbaje in the 2001 movie, "THE MUMMY RETURNS" and 2002's "THE BOURNE IDENTITY". He was memorable in both movies and very entertaining. But his portrayal of Mr. Eko proved to be more complex. Yes, he could be a frightening badass. But at the same time, Akinnuoye-Agbaje injected a great deal of pathos and compassion into his performance, allowing his Mr. Eko to become a more complex character than the ones I have seen him in past movies before his stint on “LOST”. I feel that Cynthia Watros had received a raw deal during her time on "LOST". Thanks to her performance as clinical-psychologist Elizabeth "Libby" Smith, she presented a complex woman behind a superficially likable woman. I am not saying that Libby was an unlikable woman. But considering that she had encouraged Ana-Lucia to do something about a survivor named Nathan, whom they suspected of being an Others spy; and in the next episode, dumped all of the blame surrounding Nathan's death on Ana; I found myself wondering about her true nature. I like to view "The Other 48 Days" and the following episode, (2.08) "Collision" as some of Watros' finest work on the series. Fortunately for Sam Anderson, he got a chance to stretch his stuff in more episode. He certainly did an excellent job as Bernard Nadler, the dentist who happened to be married to one of the Fuselage's survivors. Kimberly Joseph was first introduced as flight attendant Cindy Chandler in the series' early Season One episodes. Her character was eventually kidnapped by the Others just before Shannon's death in "Abandoned". As one can see, I do not have much to say about Cindy. Joseph gave a solid performance in the episode. In fact, most of her performances have solid throughout the series' run. I have been aware of Brett Cullen since I first saw him in the television Western, "THE YOUNG RIDERS". I have seen him in many television and movie roles over the years - especially during the first two seasons of "PERSONS OF INTEREST". But I feel that Goodwin Stanhope might be one of the best roles in his career. I was especially impressed by his screen chemistry with Michelle Rodriguez, making his relationship with Ana-Lucia on of the most interesting during the series' run. What else can I say about "The Other 48 Days"? It is a dark and fascinating television episode marked by an epic story line about survival, trust and paranoia, thanks to a superb script written by Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof. It also features first-rate direction from Eric Laneuville, and some excellent performances - especially from Michelle Rodriguez, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Brett Cullen. After my latest viewing of the episode, I still wish the Tail Section survivors’ story had been stretched over more episodes.

I Did That Hunger Games Simulator With My OCs

Some, y’all may recognize. Some... you might not. So Naomi is Leilani’s girlfriend (who I may or not have forgotten I’d made until I found the piece again...), and then Serissa, Grant, Glade, Paisley, Kruff, and Karma are from a thing I started writing when I was 12 right after I read the actual The Hunger Games.

Oh and Authoress is a um... well a-an ego... like, she was an apprentice of The Author form Danger in Fiction... I was like 13.

Anyway.

Oh also there’s a Summary at the very end, so um, TL;DR at the bottom I guess.

The Bloodbath

As the tributes stand on their podiums, the horn sounds. Kruff runs away from the Cornucopia. Ferox runs away from the Cornucopia. Evelyn's Mom runs away from the Cornucopia. Serissa runs away from the Cornucopia. Naomi No-Last-Name gathers as much food as she can. Avery Still-No-Last-Name stabs Haley Amandi while her back is turned. (NOOOOOOOO but also fitting because Avery is dating Mary the demon Hunter and Haley is married to a demonnnnn) Carter Clevman runs away from the Cornucopia. Liv runs away from the Cornucopia. Steve Pennerman grabs a shield leaning on the cornucopia. Leilani Kealoha finds a backpack full of camping equipment. Authoress runs away from the Cornucopia. Jessa, Karma, and Ashlyn Searson work together to get as many supplies as possible. (Hmm, interesting group.) Eric Rodriguez runs away from the Cornucopia. Glade runs away from the Cornucopia. Mary Ferrend runs away from the Cornucopia. Grant finds a bow, some arrows, and a quiver. Malum Amandi runs away from the Cornucopia. LavaDestroys runs away from the Cornucopia. Evelyn Serenatis rips a mace out of Paisley's hands. Dee runs away from the Cornucopia.

Day One

Carter Clevman picks flowers. (Good for you, man.) Avery Still-No-Last-Name questions his sanity. (And that takes a lot. He acceppted Demon Hunter with no issues when Mary told him.) Naomi No-Last-Name injures herself. Grant makes a wooden spear. Eric Rodriguez kills Ashlyn Searson as she tries to run. (ERIC NOOOOOOO SHE’S YOUR NEIGHBOR AND FRIENDDDDDD) Liv explores the arena. Mary Ferrend steals from LavaDestroys while she isn't looking. (Heh) Serissa injures herself. (Wh- girl how you are a Mary Sue,) Ferox questions her sanity. (Yeah that’s fair.) Paisley hunts for other tributes. Authoress kills Leilani Kealoha with a hatchet. (NOOOOOOOOO) Evelyn's Mom questions her sanity. Dee sprains her ankle while running away from Steve Pennerman. (Oh no her ghost ankle) Jessa practices her archery. Kruff runs away from Evelyn Serenatis. Glade injures herself. Karma camouflauges herself in the bushes. Malum Amandi injures himself. (Why did so many of them injure themselves?)

Grant receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor. Glade destroys Carter Clevman's supplies while he is asleep. (Damn Glade, you’ve grown ruthless while I was away from your story.) Mary Ferrend defeats Malum Amandi in a fight, but spares his life. (Holy shit wait what the fuck she is dead set on killing him this is nuts) Liv sets an explosive off, killing Authoress, and Steve Pennerman. (STEVE NOOOOOOOO) Evelyn Serenatis and Dee run into each other and decide to truce for the night. Eric Rodriguez quietly hums. LavaDestroys questions her sanity. Serissa tends to her wounds. Naomi No-Last-Name thinks about winning. Jessa defeats Ferox in a fight, but spares her life. (Frenemies...) Kruff goes to sleep. Evelyn's Mom and Paisley huddle for warmth. Karma and Avery Still-No-Last-Name sleep in shifts.

Day Two

Serissa, Jessa, LavaDestroys, and Evelyn's Mom raid Carter Clevman's camp while he is hunting. (Damn. No mercy.) Eric Rodriguez receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor. Karma, Naomi No-Last-Name, Ferox, and Glade raid Kruff's camp while he is hunting. (KARMA THAT’S YOUR OWN TWIN BROTHER!!!) Evelyn Serenatis discovers a cave. Mary Ferrend receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor. Paisley fishes. Liv tries to sleep through the entire day. (Mood) Dee tends to Grant's wounds. Avery Still-No-Last-Name goes hunting. Malum Amandi tries to spear fish with a trident.

Night Two

Kruff passes out from exhaustion. Grant looks at the night sky. Ferox begs for Avery Still-No-Last-Name to kill her. He refuses, keeping Ferox alive. (Ferox, the hell?) Serissa, Dee, Jessa, Eric Rodriguez, and Mary Ferrend sleep in shifts. LavaDestroys loses sight of where she is. Paisley defeats Glade in a fight, but spares her life. (I should hope so, that’s your little sister Paisley.) Carter Clevman destroys Malum Amandi's supplies while he is asleep. (The friendly rivalry has escalated.) Evelyn Serenatis throws a knife into Liv's head. (HOLY FUCKING SHIT) Evelyn's Mom begs for Naomi No-Last-Name to kill her. She refuses, keeping Evelyn's Mom alive. Karma loses sight of where she is.

Day Three

Naomi No-Last-Name runs away from Ferox. Glade forces Evelyn's Mom to kill Carter Clevman or Paisley. She decides to kill Paisley. (GLADE! WHAT THE HELL! YOU’RE WHOLE STORYLINE IS HOW MUCH YOU LOVE YOUR SISTER AND WANT TO FIND HER AGAIN!) Jessa receives a hatchet from an unknown sponsor. Karma stalks Grant. Mary Ferrend searches for firewood. Dee sprains her ankle while running away from LavaDestroys. Eric Rodriguez searches for firewood. Serissa tries to spear fish with a trident. Malum Amandi scares Evelyn Serenatis off. Kruff searches for firewood. Avery Still-No-Last-Name receives a hatchet from an unknown sponsor.

Night Three

Grant tends to Dee's wounds. Jessa loses sight of where she is. Avery Still-No-Last-Name tries to sing himself to sleep. Eric Rodriguez thinks about winning. Kruff questions his sanity. Ferox is unable to start a fire and sleeps without warmth. Naomi No-Last-Name and Evelyn Serenatis track down and kill LavaDestroys. (I am okay with this.) Mary Ferrend, Evelyn's Mom, and Malum Amandi cheerfully sing songs together. Serissa receives clean water from an unknown sponsor.

Day Four

Kruff goes hunting. Evelyn Serenatis searches for a water source. Glade tends to Karma's wounds. Mary Ferrend explores the arena. Avery Still-No-Last-Name goes hunting. Malum Amandi receives fresh food from an unknown sponsor. Dee diverts Evelyn's Mom's attention and runs away. Naomi No-Last-Name receives medical supplies from an unknown sponsor. Carter Clevman and Grant split up to search for resources. Serissa sprains her ankle while running away from Jessa. Ferox and Eric Rodriguez work together for the day.

(MALUM SWEETIE HAVE YOU GONE FULL DEMON BECAUSE HALEY DIED?! HOLY SHIT) Evelyn's Mom goes to sleep. Glade tries to treat her infection. (Oh hey she’s the medic in her story, this lines up shockingly well.) Evelyn Serenatis and Carter Clevman hold hands. (Awww, frens. Dumbasses in crime.) Mary Ferrend and Serissa hold hands. (Wow... you know what, they would actually be cute together.) Kruff and Jessa fight Karma and Eric Rodriguez. Kruff and Jessa survive. (KRUFF DID YOU FUCKING KILL YOUR OWN TWIN SISTER??? YOUR BLIND AND MUTE TWIN SISTER WHO YOU SPENT YOUR LIFE DEFENDING???)

Grant receives medical supplies from an unknown sponsor.

Day Five

Jessa begs for Naomi No-Last-Name to kill her. She refuses, keeping Jessa alive. Carter Clevman fishes. Serissa runs away from Evelyn Serenatis. Mary Ferrend tries to spear fish with a trident. Kruff discovers a cave. Avery Still-No-Last-Name silently snaps Glade's neck. (Holy. Shit. Mary taught Avery well.) Ferox overhears Grant and Evelyn's Mom talking in the distance. Malum Amandi makes a slingshot.

Arena Event: Wolf mutts are let loose in the arena.

Jessa is eaten by wolf mutts. (She probably tried to pet them.) Carter Clevman knocks Mary Ferrend out and leaves her for the wolf mutts. (Damn. No mercy from Carter...) Avery Still-No-Last-Name knocks Serissa out and leaves her for the wolf mutts. (DAMN! Avery is fucking ruthless!) Naomi No-Last-Name is eaten by wolf mutts. (Awwww noooooo!) Kruff pushes Ferox into a pack of wolf mutts. (Yeah, yeah this one is fine.) Malum Amandi is crushed by a pack of wolf mutts. (NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) Grant survives. Evelyn Serenatis survives. Evelyn's Mom survives.

The Feast

The cornucopia is replenished with food, supplies, weapons, and memoirs from the tributes' families. Kruff decides not to go to The Feast. Evelyn Serenatis, Avery Still-No-Last-Name, and Grant start fighting, but Avery Still-No-Last-Name runs away as Evelyn Serenatis kills Grant. (Welp, bye Grant.) Carter Clevman falls into a pit and dies. (Of course that’s how you died you dumbass.)

Day Six

Kruff overhears Avery Still-No-Last-Name and Evelyn Serenatis talking in the distance. (And... apparently that’s the only thing that happened all day.)

Kruff attempts to climb a tree, but falls to his death. (Oh. Nevermind, then.)
