She's running her fingers through your hair and praising you for all the work you did today cuz even though at work it looks like she doesn't care, she cares a lot and she's really proud of you!! She just dated you at first so she could sabotage you easier but the unspeakable happened and she got feelings for you-

Ratio's favorite place to kiss is your hands. Aventurine loves to hide his face in your neck, it's become a kind of safe place for him. rumor has it among a group of chivalrous knights from a forgotten land that their deity, the god of beauty idrila, is in your kingdom. you happen to come across one of them when you snuck out of the castle. the knight introduces himself as argenti, a knight of beauty… a very strange one.

what person talks to objects as if they’re people and compliments them that they’re beautiful? as soon as he lays on you, he’s in front of you on one knee and kisses your hand, declaring that you’re beautiful, even as beautiful as idrila themself. surely you’re weirded out, but he seems sincere. 

there’s a possibility that your advisor sent a search party after you. you generally hate being escorted on your outings due to your upbringing, but going back there isn’t where your mind wants to be, so you ask the knight if he could be your company. ah, how could he resist a beautiful lady like yourself?

will he still see you as such when you ascend the throne?

𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐘𝐀.

house rand is known for their strong military leadership and is a unique case of nobility. majority of its lineage are commoners, going through a selection process as children to be adopted by the current leader and be trained as their successor. shortly before your ascension, former leader cocolia rand passed away. no one knows the cause of death, except her daughter.

marchioness bronya pays a visit to introduce herself as the new leader of the house. the two of you express condolences for your families, though you try not to flinch at how she praises the late sovereign like everyone else. she believes you can keep secrets well, which isn’t entirely wrong, so she asks to borrow you. you already know the topic of discussion: the actual cause of death of madam cocolia.

it’s me. her dialogue muffles into white noise. madam cocolia has made a deal with her daughter to kill her if anything happens. hm…? did you put trust in someone to stop you if you ever went insane? can you stab me in the back if that’s the case? your mouth runs on its own, and she’s in shock. you brush it off as a joke afterwards, saying she should ignore it. yet you can’t yourself as it’s been haunting you since.

do you trust her to end your suffering, for the good of the kingdom?

𝐃𝐀𝐍 𝐇𝐄𝐍𝐆.

the archivist strikes you as someone who dislikes bothersome people, so you try not to spend too much time researching your condition. though upon meeting dan heng at the library, he appears courteous and doesn’t mind your company. what leaves you puzzled is that he doesn’t question your sudden interest in time travel and regression. instead, he leads you upstairs.

on the way there you trip and he grabs onto you, triggering a flashback of the mob capturing you with tight holds during your escape. realizing the intensity of his grip on you because your body’s shaking, he lets go and adjusts his hand placement to your back so you can get up. then he makes sure you’re alright before reaching the data bank.

he assumes that you’re still traumatized from your family’s death based on your reaction to that memory. everyone believes the same thing, and it’s definitely wrong. but you can’t magically convince them that you’ve seen the future where they’ll die because of you. however, his intentions make you feel at ease. he says he’ll be nearby for help. is it really okay to rely on someone else for once?

will he stick to his word and catch you when you fall to your death?

𝐃𝐑. 𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎.

the intelligentsia guild believes that knowledge is a valuable resource to obtain various mediums of information across the world. having one of their own at the castle not only as a professor at the royal academy, but as the advisor to the next sovereign is quite an honor. dr. ratio may be a brilliant scholar, but his interpersonal skills… not so much.

there isn’t a day where you’re spared from his lectures. to be fair, you’ve done questionable things after your family’s passing: sneaking out of the castle, researching time travel and regression, and raising raccoons that almost destroyed your garden and your servants’ sanities. nevertheless, you’re irritated by his emphasis on your reputation as a ruler. does it look like i want to be one? you storm out without a second thought.

after calming down, you search for him to apologize. you should’ve told him about how you felt instead of letting out an outburst. unfortunately he has gone home, but leaves a note that addresses your “odd hobbies” - ways to not alert the servants during your escapades, literature of topics of interest that aren’t in the library, and interventions of minimizing the chaos of your familiars. you take it as an apology; he’s more considerate than you think even if he doesn’t admit it.

can he stay by your side if you decide to abdicate the throne?

house landau is the “shield” of the kingdom, serving the royal family for generations. their current leader count landau is a stern man from what you recall the several times you visited him as a child. now he’s forced to retire due to his illness, replaced by his eldest and only son gepard, your childhood friend.

the two of you haven’t interacted much as you reach the training period for succession, whereas his father drills him to be insubordinate to the royal family as they have been. with your parents gone and the count ill, you can see him whenever you wish. but how should you approach him? more importantly, does he still see you as a friend? you give up instantly, exhausted from your mental trip to the past.

amidst the flames, he yells at you to run as shadows consume him. you shoot up - bloodshot eyes, rapid heartbeat, and heavy breaths. a pair of arms engulfs you, one hand rubbing your back and the other buried in your hair. rest, i’m here, he whispers against your forehead. you start to lose it, sobbing uncontrollably on his chest.

is this what giving in to your selfish gains feels like?

earlier you test a theory that hopefully changes your tragic fate. it takes courage to act like a jester in front of the council, sending diplomats to invite various factions to forge alliances. the entire court and yourself are amazed that one of the arbiter-generals jing yuan is here in the flesh. the xianzhou rely on themselves for help rather than outsiders, so there must be something that he wants from you.

little did you know while you’re interested in the xianzhou’s manpower, he’s interested in you. his two attendants have never seen their general smitten over someone before; it’s obnoxious. his visits become frequent; his purpose of seeking specific resources is really an excuse to shower you with gifts. he appreciates how headstrong you are throughout the tragedies you faced, wishing you give yourself more credit. he has faith in your capability as a sovereign, even if you don’t agree.

no one hosts festivities as grand as house oak. under the impression that you’ve been secluded in your room grieving over the previous sovereign, they’ll throw a small party to cheer you up and celebrate your upcoming ascension. the thought of announcing you want to abdicate the throne is tempting, but their efforts will go to waste so you scrap it. might as well keep up a front and plan your next moves.

you’re welcomed into the venue by the high priest sunday, the organizer of this party. you’re feeling nervous, not because of the amount of guests but because of his overwhelming presence. he doesn’t seem familiar, or are you misremembering? do you still feel unwell, your majesty? behind the high priest is a young woman who bears some resemblance to him, and everything all at once falls into place.

his sister is the precious sun of his life, executed by the eclipse. the high priest follows the royal family without hesitation, only for his loyalty to be questioned at her expense. he isn’t the type to act so rash, but for her he’ll go to great lengths to exact his revenge. you lie to the siblings that you’re fine and tell the high priest to take care of her. there’s more than meets the eye regarding your behavior, but he just agrees to not arouse any suspicion.

what secrets have your people been hiding from you?

there are twin raccoons that practically live in your garden and are your servants’ worst nightmares. somehow they’re kind of like you - living in luxury while rotten to the core. you remember ordering your servants to exterminate them last time, so you take them instead so you won’t freak them out, much to your advisor’s dismay.

later you discover that caelus and stelle are shapeshifters who lost their memories, with their only lead being a magenta-haired woman. to your surprise they love to gossip, which proves themselves useful to be your spies, gathering intel on the current news that could coincide with the ones in the previous timeline. they can also find information about that woman. killing two birds with one stone. 

sometimes you worry about their work ethic, considering how chaotic they can be. for instance, their unhealthy obsession with trash cans. as much as you need them to get the job done, you realize you’re nothing better than your family. those two are extensions of yourself, learning about the world just as you are. so you step back and let them have fun with scraps. they’ll get to their missions eventually.

Aventurine could be seen clutching his stomach, rolling on the floor while the doctor was covering his flushed face with his one and only mask look alike. You just stared at them with innocent eyes, little did they know those innocent eyes held mischief intent to the duo. The doctor hadn't made a reply, probably because of his flustered state.

"Gosh this kid! I like em already!" Aventurine said between gasps of breathe. "Thank you Mr Aventurine, you're a cool person! Which is why you could do better than that..." You replied while pretending to give Dr Ratio a side eye. Aventurine's shoulder started to shake as he tried to contain his laughter. Looks like he's trying so hard to not give his stomach anymore pain.

Dr Ratio faced Aventurine, his funny-looking mask no longer on his face as he continued to introduce Aventurine to you. "Ahem, incase you didn't know, Aventurine is apart of the IPC." You nodded at him and said "I feel bad knowing you're his colleague." You smiled at the end of the sentence as Dr Ratio could only pinch the space between his eyebrows in frustration. "Anyways which uh...part is he in?" You asked.

"Part? You mean division?" Dr Ratio corrected. "Yeah that, forgot the word. Which one is he?" You repeated the question to be more clear with it. "He's apart of the Ten Stonehearts, other than that he's also apart of the Strategic Investment Department." Dr Ratio explained while Aventurine just smiled at the explanation. There was an awkward silence for awhile before someone spoke up from behind you, calling out your name.

"There you are, I had been looking for you for awhile." You turn around and found yourself looking at your teacher, Ruan Mei. "Did you need me for something?" You asked her. "No, I was just wondering where you left. The critters were looking for you as well." She said. Speaking of critters, you have an idea.

You whispered something in Ruan Mei's ear, she thought for a moment before nodding and pointed towards her lab. As quickly as your little legs could carry you, you sprinted towards her lab. "What did she asked you?" Dr Ratio asked, Aventurine butted in "Im curious as well." Ruan Mei only gave them a small smile, "You'll see."

Not long after she said that, you came back to them while carrying 3 cat critters with you. "What is that for?" Dr Ratio asked. "To keep your boyfriend company while you go beat someone up with your chalk, duh." You jokingly said as Ruan Mei looked at you, then to Aventurine. Aventurine only laughed before accepting the critters you gave him. "Thank you, that's very thoughtful of you. It does get lonely when he's out there beating his students with some chalk~" Aventurine dramatically replied. You two burst out laughing before Ruan Mei made her way towards Dr Ratio. "So, you and him?" She teasingly asked. "I'd rather not reply..." He said as his stone looking statue is back on his face.

Ratio absolutely regrets ever taking you in daily. You were a student of his that was one day just suddenly promoted to being a member of the genius society, after a groundbreaking scientific discovery you made. He was truly proud of you at first, especially as he was your teacher and caretaker ever since you were a small child.

But he'd certainly be lying if he said that he didn't think about putting you up for adoption at least ONCE, whenever you were teasing him relentlessly for essentially being smarter than him. He usually ignored your bullying attempts, knowing that you still needed his mentorship and care anyways, but he couldn't help but still deadpan when you'd giggle and wave your rank right in his face.

He definitely also banned you from his office after you kept on boasting about your grand achievement. You, however, only seemed to stop once he threatened your weekly allowance. Just as expected.

》HERTA

Herta was less impressed by the whole ordeal, mainly because she obviously expected you to be a member. This, however, doesn't mean that she doesn't appreciate your discoveries as they still helped her out with things on the ship. Since she still is your senior, she also expects to be still respected by you as one, which you ofcourse oblige to gladly. Just because you were announced to be a genius, didn't mean that you weren't still a kid in your mentors care.

With that said, the only visible change she gave you after your little promotion was more high-profile errands, which required alot more effort than usual. She figured it was enough to showcase her "congratulations", whilst also making clear that you were still a child.

She wants you to see this accomplishment more as a beginning to your long and very much successful career so that you don't begin to slack off thinking that this was it. Quite the contrary, as she knew you could do even better than that. Trying to be a smartass with her wouldn't work anyways, as her puppets suddenly turn deaf whenever you try and "outsmart" her in anything.

Her only awknowledgement to your achievement was a simple pat on your head and a gentle hum of praise before she handed you more worksheets to fill out on her most recent creations. It wasn't that she didn't care, but with her mind drifting through endless different projects she had to complete, you knew that her earlier actions spoke on her pride for you more than any words ever could.

She also showcases her appreciation for your new rank by letting you in on rather personal and more challenging little projects of hers. She confides in you more, not afraid anymore to overwhelm you with complicated calculations or complex questions.

This, however, means that you are often now also contemplating things like she does, mainly as she was the one to mentor you through all of those years to begin with. She wants you to learn more, see more, and think outside of the capability of the genius society in order to further your own future projects more easily. She also knew that you need to be pushed even harder now in your younger years before your rank made you lazy. She's thankfully alot more softer and slower with her methods than Herta is.

Asta knew you were gentle and calm, but she didn't know of what you were capable of.

Someone was spreading bad rumors about her, the second you found out, you didn't let the person go until they weren't apologizing on their knees, crying.

Asta was shocked when she saw you walking, and dragging the person by the wrist towards her, forcing them on their knees and apologize.

"Oh jeez, someone is spreading rumors about me again..." Asta cried as you peeked and looked on her phone. "Leave it to me." She looked a bit confused at your passive aggressive tone.

A few minutes later, Asta saw you, pulling..? Someone towards her? "[Name]? What are you-" forcing the person on their knees, made Asta squeal "Eek!" You glared at the person who was on the ground signaling them to apologize. "I'm so sorry Lady Asta, i promise i won't ever spread rumors again! Forgive me please!" The person begged Asta for forgiveness. "I- i-it's alright, i forgive you."

After the person left Asta hugged you so tightly. <3

Arlan

Poor boy, he wanted to help you and protect you, yet you ended up protecting him!

He was SPEECHLESS, all he could say, were just stutters.

"Arlan? Are you alright?" You asked him, poking his cheek. "I- Uh.. y-yeah.." He was starstruck by your sudden change. "You look like you're seeing stars." His next statement led you to giggling. "Am i not tho?" Raising your finger up your lips you spoke. "Can you keeps this a secret?"

Argenti

He loves the way you look as a Glitter Warrior, and actually asks you to join him on his travels.

He even thinks you were either blessed by Idrila or are Idrila's child, he made it his mission to protect you no matter what, even if you're fully capable of doing it. <3

"Oh my, you are more than blessed with this beauty!" Argenti kneels down, takes your hand within his own and kisses your knuckles, you remained silent due to his action. "I promise you that i will protect you with my life! Please, join me on my travels!"

Kafka

She already knew your secret, Elio forseen it.

Her knew hobby was to tease you about your secret around the others, hinting at it but never actually giving it away.

"[Name], do you mind showing me that clover shield again?~" You slowly looked at her, your smile fading, trying to play dumb. "What shield..?" The others looked at you confused. "Oh, y'know, that shield. Oh wait, my bad, wrong person." The others still looked suspicious, but they didn't bother asking.

Kafka came close to your ear, whispering. "You secret is safe don't worry, i won't give it away..."

Blade

He didn't like it. Too many bright for him. He also thought it made you childish and immature.

Yet you were an even better sparring partener, but he still went easy on you, he doesn't want to hurt you. <3

You both couldn't speak about it through texts, since Silverwolf likes stealing his phone and going through his texts...

"Tch you look so immature and too bright.." Blade scoffed as you finished your transformation. "Oh shush you grumpy man."

Dashing towards you, Blade was ready to strike you, but you manage to perry by using your Clover Reflection, he kept slashing at your shield forcing your to backaway, you managed to get a small opening, and kick him, knocking him to the ground. "You.. you're getting stronger." Blade spoke while getting up.

Silverwolf

She literally thought you were either a video game character, or a hologram made by the IPC, you had to reassure her.

She liked the dynamic of your team, she would be the one hacking systems, making portals, and you would be defending her and fighting.

When Silverwolf saw you as a Glitter Warrior, she panicked. "H-hey! Where's [Name] what did you do to them?!" She was panicking, until you detransformed. "'Wolf it's me! Don't worry!" You reassured her. "Oh, i thought you were a hologram made by the IPC, i was almost gonna send you into the galaxy.."

Ruan Mei

Ruan Mei, this is a hard one, you can't tell if she is curios or if she doesn't care...

She carefully inspected you, your Glitter pad, Glitter charm, EVEN YOUR CLOTHES, it gave her a new idea for a new critter..

"How interesting.." she lifts up your arm, checking out your new outfit. "Can i look at your Glitter pad?" She looks back at you, waiting for approval. "Uh, sure go ahead." Grabbing your Glitter pad, she carefully inspects it, then hands it back to you. "I have an idea, i'll get back to you about it in a few days."

As promised she texts you to come visit her for a bit. "Ah, here you are. Come. I have a surprise." Ruan Mei gestures you to follow her. She then shows you her new creation, a critter that looked like you.

Dr. Ratio

Hates everything about it, it makes you look even more like an "idiot" in his eyes, and even immature. But you knew he didn't ACTUALLY mean it.

He secretly likes it, and makes him like you even more, especially after you helped him defeat a stinger...

"you look so childish. It accentuates your idiocy." Dr. Ratio scoffs, crossing his arms. "Oh.." it made you a bit sad. It didn't take long for him to "apologize", he doesn't apologize through wrods, rather through affection.

As you were looking down at the tip of your boots, Veritas walks closer to you, and embraces you. "Huh..? Veri-" Dr. Ratio cuts you off. "Shut up.. don't tell anyone about this and i won't tell anyone about your secret.

Stuff I want to write but will probably forget about

HSR Astral Express having a karaoke night, its going well until all of a sudden Kafka appears and everyone is on edge. But then she picks up the mic and starts singing Bad Romance and the rest of the Stellaron Hunters appear.

Self Aware HSR giving a reader who regularly whales on HSR, Genshin, and other gacha games a surprise gambling intervention. No, you cannot send your weekly paycheck on stellar jades, how dare you deprive yourself of necessities like heat.

Just like a cute cooking scene, with anyone. Maybe like drag Jing Yuan into the kitchen and then somehow Yanqing ends up helping out too. Or cooking with the Stellaron hunters (that kitchen is burning down).

Dr. Ratio getting pissed at a reader who always says "I'm sorry" because you can't tell me he wouldn't.

Comforting Furina and Neuvillette because I just want to give them both a hug. Also comforting Kim Dokja from Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, that man is my all time comfort character.

Somehow bringing Sunday (HSR) to Belobog and making snow angels right in front of him then backing up and being like "Oh! Look at the resemblance!" He'd laugh and play it off but I feel like he'd be seething inside?

Ruan Mei's significant other kidnapped her creations because they're just so cute to be left alone. At first she probably wouldn't care, until she realizes you're spending all your time on them.

Cosmic Encounters – Adonis and Jade

“it's a pleasure to see you Traiblazer. How about you share some of your experiences from your travels?"

JADE is a carefree and stubborn girl who constantly attracts trouble, being the outgoing one between them. As a genius, she dedicated herself to researching everything about creatures from different planets and eventually became part of the IPC (Interstellar Peace Corporation) under the alias 'Sun.' She is associated with the Nihility Path of the Imaginary Element.

"You again? I think our encounters are starting to become rather bothersome."

ADONIS is an introverted young man, leaning more towards the logical side of things. As a genius, he dedicated himself to researching Aeons and planetary habitats. Unlike Jade, he is not part of the IPC, but as travel companions, he becomes involved. He follows the Path of Destruction and the Wind Element.

Adonis and Jade, two members of the genius society.

Both are from a planet that was destroyed several years ago. Even the corporation tried to help their planet, but their leader was too selfish to realize the harm they were causing to the inhabitants.

They are childhood best friends and met on one of those days when Adonis managed to sneak away from the people who were watching over him. As the son of that arrogant and nefarious leader, Adonis was under constant surveillance.

After escaping for the first time from the towering walls that surrounded everything and meeting Jade, who was the daughter of one of the enslaved inhabitants of the planet, Adonis devised a plan to leave with her and explore the cosmo.

As expected, their planet gradually became uninhabitable, and somehow, both managed to escape and started traveling between planets, gaining knowledge. A few years later, both were named as members of the genius society.

Ohhh the almighty Jing Yuan. He actually likes your touch quite a bit! But let's begin from the start, shall we? After so many decades on the battlefield and losing ones that he held so close in his heart, he's scared that one day you won't be here anymore, that the ginkgo petals will take you away from him, in a place he cannot reach. At least, not for now.

He thought that his calloused hands could never learn to love and treat something gently again and in moments like this, your touch is a reassurance. You will always feel his hands on you, exploring, caressing and marking, never letting you go. Wants to dig the shape of his fingers and palm on your skin.

Loves cuddling with you in bed, hugs that take the air of you and planting sweet little kisses all over your face, moments like this, when you are safe in his arms, are the ones he cherishes the most.

A serious woman, with such an important position and people that depend so strongly on her, has absolutely no time to fool around. Work consumes almost all of her life and time, always thinking what to do next, the best action to take. When she's thinking too fast, too hard, too caught up in her own head and work, your touch is a reminder.

Letting a breath you didn't even know you are holding, a piece of stability and a home. When you caress her cheek, gently brushing the hair there behind her ear, you are all that to her.

When she remembers moments that you slowly brush your fingers on her spine, your lips against her sealing unsaid promises, she suddenly has all the motivation to finish work as soon as possible and come back to your waiting arms.

But then you're holding her face into your hands with so much care and so much worry about her. The numb pain turns into a soft feeling that overflows her to the edge, but instead it's nice, it's love.

Or how the reason he's always late for his classes is because he swears that is just one more kiss, only to chase your lips again when you pull back. Your touch is his biggest weakness.

His favorite time of the day is when you both are in the bathtub, you giggle and tease when the cold air hits and his skin shivers, but don't think he doesn't notice the way you stare so fixedly the water runs from his chin to his chest. Two can play this game after all.

How do they celebrate your birthday

Ruan Mei

now, this is when it gets wild. after you return to your two week business trip, blade become more possessive of you. why is that? he has been keeping his close eyes on you and been following you. plus, whenever you try to get up to go somewhere, he just grabs you by your arm and asks where you're going or says that he'll join you.

“Blade. It only happens once…” you sweatdropped. blade clenched on your arm, “Two weeks was long enough…”

“Geez. You're clingy…” you deadpanned.

“Shut it.” blade scoffed.

“My, look like you can't go on a mission anymore, [Y].” kafka chuckled. “Let me say this, Bladie misses you a lot. It's quite oblivious. He has been muttering your names while you were on a trip.”

“Ah? I wasn't expecting someone like Blade to miss me or to be so clingy.” you mumbled. silver wolf snickered, “He kept your cat look-a-like in his room. The trailblazer says it's Ruan Mei’s creation.”

“Is that so…?” you sweatdropped. not like you didn't notice, you spotted that creation staring at you in the corner. it's cute, but it's giving you the creeps. blade glared at the women, “Do you two want a blade in your neck?”

“It was a two week business trip and I have returned just like I texted.” you said.

“Hmph! You said you'll return in 15 minutes, but you arrived in exactly 18 minutes and 35 seconds. You're late. This is unacceptable.” ratio glared at you. you sighed, “I only stopped by somewhere to get some snacks. I haven't eaten when I arrive.”

“You're a moron. How did I even partner up with an idiot like you…?” the male rubbed his temper.

“You suggest that we should be partners…” you deadpanned.

“Still. I only partnered up with you so you wouldn't do anything stupid. I had to keep you on track. Don't take it personally.” ratio huffed.

“Whatever. I'm heading out.” you waved as you about to walk out, but dr. ratio stopped you by grabbing you by your wrist, “Wait! Where are you going?”

“Somewhere.”

“I'll go with you. Wouldn't let a moron like you do anything stupid.” dr ratio suggested.

you sighed, “...Are you saying that you wouldn't want me to leave because you think I might go away forever?”

ratio flinched, “W-what give you those ideas?! I'm only doing my job!”

“You're such a liar…You're becoming clingy now?” you snickered. ratio growl with a red face, “Shut it! I'm not!”

“Oh-ho~ You never wanted to go anywhere with me before. Why now?” you teased. ratio hit you on the head with his book, “S-silence! An idiot like you doesn't know that!”

“Just say that you miss me~”

“Should I smash you harder with my book in your fucking head?”

“Me? Clingy? It was a two week business trip. Nothing more…” aventurine chuckled, brushing off your words. you hummed, “Mm-hm. Then…why are you so close? You don't usually get in my personal space.”

“Hm?” aventurine hummed in question. yes, he was close to your liking. he must've sneaked into your room and slept next to you in your bed and now he has his arms wrapped around your waist.

“You sneak in, didn't you?” you deadpanned. the blonde snicker, nuzzling his face in your neck, “What gives you that idea…?”

“You're being clingy without saying that you are. Just admit it.” you sighed.

“Just admit that you miss me.”

| xox, mei! ୨♡୧ -> earlier a centipede got into my room while i was bopping out to hyperpop. it scared me so much that i was able to leverage the fear into energy for writing.

he loves to make you laugh. johnathon’s such a  goof compared to other renowned scientists of his age and caliber. really, it’s a breath of fresh air. he knows how to have fun, especially with you.  he’ll crack the funniest joke at work only for his coworkers to look at him like: 😐😐😐; so it makes him really happy to know you think he’s funny. you both have so many inside jokes n stories that you’ll cherish forever.

he’s totally the type of person to make jokes whenever he’s nervous or unsure of what to say. he won you over by being silly!

he’ll say the meanest jokes about people you both don’t like, and it’s insanely funny. you think of your johnny as the sweetest boyfriend- but you have to admit, it’s kinda hot when he’s mean.

“if mr.fisk keeps crying about the mets- i’m gonna make sure this collider kills us all,” he grumbled under his breath.

“that annoying photographer visited alchemax again. what was his name…” he feigned innocence. “piper pickle?”

johnathon is such a nerd. it’s adorable how excited he gets about his favorite video games and movies. please indulge in his geeky interests!! he’d love love LOVE to watch some of his favorite sci-fi movies with you. he’ll talk over the entire movie, but it’s still nice to cuddle.

 if you don’t know how to play a certain video game of his, he’ll teach you. his voice is so soft n understanding, his breath tickling you while you cuddle. johnathon’s squished to your side, his large hands covering n guiding yours over the controller. and gets so giddy when you win something. all in all, he’s just happy to share something so dear to him with you.

imagine if it turned out one of his favorite characters (crushes cough cough) bore a striking resemblance to you. johnathon is mortified and you’re weirdly flattered (and planning an elaborate cosplay for a surprise.)

his intelligence drives you nuts. it’s INSANELY attractive to you how smart johnathon is. whenever he goes on a tangent about physics or some complicated mathematical concept, you get kind of dizzy listening to him. you don’t mean to, but after a while, you get too distracted by all of him to listen. he’s so passionate, his large hands and long fingers waving about to help emphasize his point. his eyes are sparkling too. his voice got a lot deeper when he (perfectly, by the way) pronounced the word “viscoelasticity” and you’re on cloud 9. this happens whether or not you can understand a word he’s saying. and if you’re not well versed in science, he never talks down to you when rambling. sure, he’s very proud to be a super-genius, but he’d never dream of looking down on other people because of it. 

you’re always asking him questions and he fucking loves it. DON’T ASK GOOGLE ABOUT SCIENCE SHIT. if you do he’ll be all pouty n sad.

“hey siri, what is the shape of an electron-”

he looks furious, letting out a scoff. “i’m right here. your smart-ass boyfriend is only a few feet away and you’re asking ol’ googly eyes!”

despite being a busy workaholic, he insists that he’s never too busy for you. if necessary, he’ll make time.

johnathon’s made it his mission to outsmart anyone who impresses you. “i’m not jealous i’m BETTER.”

johnathon adores cuddling you, especially after a stressful day. he just loves you so much that sometimes the only way he can express that to you is by holding you as close as humanly possible. johnathon adores every inch of your being and intends to appreciate every part of it, scars and all. one may expect him to be the big spoon because, well, long man- but it goes either way. sometimes he clutches you like his life depends on it and other times he just needs to bask in your embrace. it makes him feel safe, loved, and on his worst days, invincible.

when in bed, he’ll be running his big hands up and down your sides, rubbing circles into every dent n curve. his hands are hairy, so it’ll tickle a bit, but the way he massages you is nothing short of masterful. he’s so happy that you’re his, so he makes sure to savor you.

johnny loves it when you trace his tattoos. he thinks it’s so cute how much you love them, letting you ‘oooh’ and ‘awww’ as much as your pretty little heart desires. 

in the past he absolutely loathed going to alchemax events. being choked by a black tie for a whole ass evening while being forced to mingle with rich assholes is a nightmare for the poor man. but having you come along as his date makes the experience a more positive one. johnathon gets so smug, always delighted to show you off. like yeah, that’s MY s/o. yes they’re gorgeous and taken. by ME. he loves seeing you all dressed up, especially when you’re on his arm.

he’s an introvert, so he gets tired of all the socializing quickly. when that happens, he’ll wander around the venue with you (including places you aren’t allowed to be at-) to get some privacy (and make out.)

speaking of work, he has a picture of you on his desk. he has it placed at an angle so he can see it clearly, but so can anyone who walks in. 

johnnys practically screaming: “hey!! look at how beautiful my partner is!!!!”

he calls you baby. he’ll also call you dear, honey, and sweetheart, but baby the most. also counting babe. johnathon has a shit ton more cute nicknames for you and he is NOT afraid to use them.

“g’morning, baby,” he’ll murmur into the crook of your neck, in between sloppy wet kisses on your shoulder.

he passes by you in a rush, but not without pressing a big wet kiss to your check, “hi babe! :)”

“baaaaaabe where did you put the chips?” he can be whiny, especially with you.

“i love you, baby,” he’d tell you softly, cradling your face with his hand. his thumb is rubbing your bottom lip and you’re ready to faint.

Note(s): I was bored and i was wondering what if D Ratio meets a child whos like, academically smart but likes to play dumb on purpose just to piss him off HAHA

Why, is his question. Why out of all people in the universe, YOU decided to bother him with the most random questions that don't even make sense in the first place. He knows you're smart because Ruan Mei taught you personally, but he has no idea why you like to act this dumb. He finds these absurd questions of yours irritating. Its irritating to him because there's no logical answer to it and he's unable to answer it.

You being you, you find it funny how Dr Ratio reacts on your questions. He could just be thinking about something else when you showed up asking something that doesn't make sense and he'll be using his statue looking head. He's definitely questioning your life decisions.

It was suppose to be a good morning for him, then you came running towards him, question in mind and he's mentally preparing himself. "What are you doing here? Aren't you suppose to be with Ruan Mei right now?" He questioned with a bit of irritation in his voice. "If a cat is fishing an Aeon, what would be the total rotation of an exoplanet around a ball?" You asked, a cheeky smile plastered on your face.

Yes, you asked THESE types of questions and he is UNABLE to answer it because it just doesn't make sense. He's mentally scratching his brain for whatever logic is left in him to think of an answer or to simply shoo you away as usual, telling you to go back to Ruan Mei. He pinches the bridge of his nose as he sigh. "What's the purpose of you asking me these questions? They make NO sense at all!" He exclaimed as he looks at you, expecting a reasonable answer. But of course you weren't going to go with logic, nu-uh. You go by your OWN logic. Similar to a cat defying the laws of physics, you on the other hand, defy the laws of LOGIC and its Dr Ratio's logic you're going against.

"No reason~ I just like seeing your sour face of not being able to answer it, HAHA!" You explained as you laughed at the end. Dr Ratio's eye twitched in irritation, what in the world is he even expecting from you at this point? "Enough illogical questions, go back to Ruan Mei." He shooed you away with his hands to the direction you came from. You blew a raspberry and ran back to Ruan Mei's office, you hear a heavy sigh from Dr Ratio and him saying "this child will be the death of me..."
