nighttime hit, felena’s wife just put cheka in bed. everything would've gone peacefully, but unfortunately…cheka noticed a figure in a cloak creeping up behind his mother. before he could scream and warn his mother, the intruder swung their weapon on the back of the queen’s head, killing her instantly.

cheka stared at his dead mother with a look of pure horror. the poor child was unable to move because he's paranoid. the intruder turned their attention to the prince with a mischievous, “If I take you out of the picture, then Leona will be number one…”

a guard barged into felena's office, nearly caused him to knock over the paperwork, “Y-your majesty!”

“What is it?” felena sweatdropped as he stacked up the paperwork. the guard shuddered, “A…an assassin…murdered the queen and prince Cheka in the prince's bedroom!”

hearing the gruesome news, caused the king to drop everything from his grasp. is he hearing this correctly? an assassin just murder his wife and son? he abruptly stood up and slammed his fists on the desk, “You're lying! Tell me you're lying!”

“Unfortunately…I…”

felena rushed out of his office and rushed to cheka’s bedroom, trying to make sure that it wasn't true. he noticed some dead guards lying at the entrance of cheka’s room, without a head. feeling his heart dropped, he barged the door opened and to his horror, he saw his own son's head on the lap of the intruder.

“Cheka…” felena's eyes widened in horror. he then glared at the intruder in rage, “You! What have you done to my family?! If you kill Leona too, I'll—”

“Your majesty. I wouldn't harm my future king. I couldn't bare seeing my Leona as #2.” the intruder stated while stroking the head of cheka's hair, “He gave up trying to work hard, so I try to put matter in my own hands. By wiping you and your family out.”

“...You…How could you do this?! I'll kill you myself!” felena roared. you sigh with disappointment before standing up, “You're so annoying. How can my Leona have such a brother like yourself…? It won't take long.”

leona returns to the castle to take a nap. though, it was odd. he doesn't see cheka or his brother running up to him. are they asleep?

“Whatever. I should take my nap. I hope that brat isn't in my room again…” leona yawned as he was about to head to his room, only to trip over something. “Oof! Ow! The hell? Did Cheka leave his toys lying around?”

the lion beastman's eyes widened when it turned out to be the head of the attendant, “What…?”

he looks ahead of him and finds a gruesome sight. there are headless guards lying around with blood splatter everywhere. that's not the worst part, their heads were all hanging on the wall.

“W…what…?” leona gasped before vomiting on the floor at the sight and smell. he coughed out, “W…w…what's going on…?”

leona’s mind turns its focus on his nephew. in panic, he rushed over to his nephew's room and barged in, “CHEKA!”

to his pure horror, he finds his headless nephew and brother lying around on the ground along with his sister-in-law, who isn't headless. leona realized that he was too late. he family…are gone…

“Who…? WHO DID THIS?!” leona roared, falling to his knees.

“Leona…” a familiar voice spoke. to leona’s relief, you were aliv— the lion beastman froze in shock when he realized his nephew and brother's heads were in your bloody hands.

“You…” leona whispered. “You did this…?”

“Yep~ I wouldn't want you to feel bad, so I got rid of everyone. They're gone now…” you beamed, playing with the heads like they're dolls.

“...” dan heng sniveled quietly while clenching on his blanket as memories flashed in his mind. those memories from the past, in the shackling prison, have given him a hard time to sleep. everyone was asleep, leaving him awoken, scared. dan heng didn't want anyone to see him in a pathetic state, so he's ok. for now.

well…he thought everyone was asleep. true, everyone except you. he heard you knocking on his door. you probably heard his silence cry.

“Dan Heng. Are you ok in there?” you asked as you gently knocked on the door. dan heng wiped away his tears and responded, “I'm…fine.”

you can hear the crack in his voice. you knew something was wrong, so you asked, "...Is it a bad memory? Nightmare?"

“...”

“Hey, don't worry. I won't tell anyone about this. You can let me in and we can talk it out.” you said in a gentle voice. you waited for dan heng to respond, but nothing came out. “...It’s fine if you won't let me in. I can just sit out here and stay by your side. Whenever you're ready, you can—”

before you could finish, the door opened up a little to reveal dan heng peeking behind the door. you noticed how his eyes are red and bag under his eyes. it breaks your heart to see him in this condition.

“...Would you like for me to come in…?” you asked. dan heng slid the door wide open, then nodded. you sigh with relief and step into the archive before slowly closing the door behind you. you turned to face dan heng then gently wiped the tears from his eyes, “It's ok. You don't need to worry about that anymore…”

you then pulled the male close, resting his head against your chest. dan heng felt himself relaxed in your arms as you stroke his hair. you could feel the male change his appearance into his dragon form, wrapping his tail and arms around your waist to bury himself further into your arms.

“Would you like to cuddle…?” you asked. dan heng nodded, “Only if you promise you would stay by my side until I feel safe.”

“Sure. I wouldn't leave you…”

the next morning, march and stelle noticed that your room was empty. they thought you might be with pompom, but the conductor mentioned that they saw you headed to the archive.

“Look up.” you pointed up. the flame haired male looked up at the sky and to his surprise, there was a floating building high up into the sky. he had so many questions. how are they floating? are they using magic? what's the secret behind it?!

“H-h-how?!” idia gawked. you gently grabbed idia’s hand and lead him on a floating pillar, making squeak in fear and cling onto you.

“How about you just close your eyes and think of something that might overcome your fear of height?” you requested. just as you say, idia closes his eyes. he let out a soft squeak when he felt the pillar move upwards. it may not take long until you tell him to open his eyes, “You can open your eyes now…”

idia opened his eyes and find himself at the castle. he was still kinda nervous about staying on high ground. you gently rub the male's back, “Let just head inside, shall we?”

“S-sure…” idia nodded as you gently grabbed his hand and led him inside your home. to his surprise, the interior is huge and luxurious. he never realizes you'll be this rich. although, he was wondering what you're gonna show him. you lead him to your bedroom and allow him to sit on your bed.

“Um…What are you trying to show me?” idia tilted his head. you grinned as you walked over to your closet, “I thought I could surprise you with something. Hope you enjoy it~”

“???”

you opened up your closet and revealed a bunch of cosplay costumes. idia gasped with excitement when he saw your cosplay, “No way! No way! Are these…?!”

“Yep. You see some shorts on Magicam, right?” you asked the male.

idia gawked, “It was you?! That cosplayer who dressed up as my favorite characters?! Y-y-you look pretty!! I mean— Cool!”

you laughed at idia's red face, “Thanks. Glad you love it that much. Hey…Would you like to try it out?”

“I-I'm good, but you won't mind me taking some pictures to treasure it?” idia blushed, holding out his phone. you winked, “Whatever you want. So, what do you suggest?”

“Oh! [Your favorite anime character]!” idia suggested with excitement.

“Why would you collect koebi-kun’s stuff…?” floyd cringed at his brother's collection. jade collected almost everything from your dorm and from your trash. everything he found of yours, is now his. it's concerning.

“Everything I see belongs to him now belongs to me~” jade beamed, snuggling with your pillow that he has stolen. “I can smell his favorite cologne…”

“You're so creepy…” floyd gagged. “You might get find out by him one day.”

“Might. But if I were to be found out, I'll knock him out and lock him in my room.” jade smiled.

the other twin send his calm and weird twin brother a bombastic side eye, “What the fuc—”

“There's no way you have stolen something from one of the twins!” ace exclaimed in shock. he found a shocking collection of jade's mushrooms and photos in your closet. you placed another jar of mushrooms in your closet, “Hey, don't blame me for my love for Jade. He's just too good.”

“Your taste in love is wildly disturbing…” deuce sweatdropped.

“Come on, give me a boost or something to help me talk to Jade. Or I could just knock him out and lock him up in the guest room to get him to talk.” you suggested. ace grabbed your collar, “Get fucking help! This is an obsession! Not some kind of a wholesome love thing!”

“Yeah! What if he tried to eat you up?!” grim exclaimed.

“So…?”

“So? So?! What if he caught you doing something creepy?” ace raised his eyebrows. you shrugged, “Knock him out and lock him up.”

“Oh my fucking god…”

jade peek around the corner to find you talking with your friends. he stood there in lovestruck as he continuingly stalked you around the school. it's making azul and floyd both concerned and disturbed by this. jade’s love for you is over the top. he's fucking downbad for your fucking ass.

“Just look at that adorable little smile that I want to bite his wrong pretty little face off.” jade beamed, clasping his hands together.

“Bite what off?” azul sweatdropped. floyd grabbed azul's shoulders and dragged him away from his brother, “Let's forget this and go…”

jade continues to stalk you around school until he notices how sneaky you're acting as you head to the back of the school where no one will notice you, well…maybe because you notice that jade was stalking you.

“Jade. I know you're there.” you called out, causing the teal haired male to flinch and step out of his hiding place.

“Ah, it appears that I have been found.” jade smiled. “May I ask why you're acting so sneaky, [Y]?”

“I could be the one to ask you since you've been stalking me throughout the whole day.” you pointed out. the teal haired male tensed up, “Ah…So you noticed—”

jade paused when he noticed something flip out of your pocket. he narrowed his eyes to take a closer look, only to find out that it was some photos of him. those photos were taken secretly. you panicked and swiftly picked up the photos to hide from jade's sight, “I'm gonna need a better place to store these treasures…!”

jade gasped before clasping his hands over his mouth, feeling excitedly overwhelmed with joy, “T-treasures…?!”

“Eh?? W-w-w-w-wait! It's not what you think!” you sweatdropped, trying to brush it off. jade knees before you, “Have you been stalking me and secretly taking pictures of me?! My, my~ [Y], you creep~”

“Uh—”

“You love me, do you? Only me, right?” jade beamed.

“Of course, I only love you and only you! I fell in love when I first landed my eyes on you!” you expressed. the teal haired male chuckled bashfully, “I feel the same way about you, too~ Do you know how long I've been holding back my love for you? I didn't had to knock you out and kidnapped you~”

“I was plotting the same thing if you didn't accept my feelings.” you admitted.

jade clasped his hands with yours, “We are the same~ Let's get married~”

“Right after we graduate, let's get married immediately! I'll ditch my goal of going home and marry you.” you expressed.

the octavinelle duo and the dumbass trio watched the scene unfold and they're becoming more disturbed and worried about what would happen if you two become cold-blooded killers. what a “great” couple.
