Okay so Malenia and Zero from Drakengard 3? The similarities?

Both of them

Use a prosthetic arm

Are highly skilled swordswomen adept at, and I quote, "strewing your virgin guts all over the goddamned snow"

Killed tons and tons of people

Are infected with a sort of eldritch parasite that uses them to doom the world

Are trying to defy said infection

Are trying to achieve positive goals via morally questionable means

Possess strong determination despite their horrible circumstances

Probably don't think that much of themselves/don't seem to care all that much about themselves

Are reliant on one particular character to resolve their parasite predicament (for Zero it's technically two characters. But you know, reincarnation and all, so roll with me here.)

In both cases, the parasitic infection

Is associated with flowers

Turns the host into a godlike being and grants them powers

Preys on strong negative emotions (hatred for Zero, despair for Malenia)

Resurrects the host via a rebirth flower

Spawns clones without the host's permission. The clones can be said to contain aspects of the original

In An Alternate Universe...

I said before I didn’t think Al’e would look good in Zero’s outfit. Well, I had time and motivation to kill so I decided to do a messy mock-up of what she might look like. It’s actually it’s not that bad. I’m sure it’d look even better if someone else drew it, lol. I think I just might have beef with Zero’s outfit in general (don’t hurt me Zero fans). Although I still do think the possible outfit choices for Pulche would all suck. I’m not even testing that one out.

On a separate note, this was actually kind of fun to draw. I haven’t enjoyed drawing in a while, hmm.
