DREAMSTATE 2018 DAY 1 This was my first dreamstate. I like to be very open with my music and although I don't listen to trance often, I wanted to give this festival a try. My day 1 experience was kinda eh. I guess I was just trying to soak things in. @thecroonersid Im so fucking happy I got to see you and wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY I love you and your soul you're just so genuine and that's rare now in days. Thanksgiving has never been one of my favorite holidays.  Hours of cooking for turkey, stuffing, and cranberries followed by hours of cleanup just never appealed to me.  But Trancegiving?!?  Now THAT’S a holiday I can get behind!  So when the lineup for Dreamstate SoCal was announced, it got me drooling.  We get fresh new faces like Shugz as appetizers, our heavy hitters like Markus Schulz as the main course, and the visual spectacles of Laserface as dessert.

This year, Insomniac dishes up the old and new.  We get our trance veterans like BT, Cosmic Gate, Ferry Corsten, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Paul Van Dyk, Sander Van Doorn and Solarstone.  AND we get psychedelic dreams of tangerine trees and marmalade skies with Astrix, Ace Ventura, Blastoyz, Mandragora, and Vini Vici.  I’m a recent convert to the world of psytrance and Dreamstate SoCal is serving up all of my favorite artists!

But the gravy on top is the alternate universe Insomniac creates.  Having worked in the production side of theater and raves, the stage set up, backdrops, screens, and lights all play a huge part in what each person takes away from the event.  And I would be remiss if I didn’t call attention to the tasty performers and their zesty costumes.  With pure trance at every stage and visions of beauty, grandeur, and light wherever you look, Dreamstate SoCal will be a feast for the senses.  For both days you’ll pay $120.00 for a GA ticket, or if you prefer the VIP route, tickets are only $250.00!  Cheaper (and I dare say more exciting) than spending the 4-day weekend with your weird-smelling Aunt Eunice and inappropriate joke-telling Great Uncle Oscar.  Instead, spend Trancegiving with your trancefam!  I’ll be seeing you at Dreamstate SoCal November 23rd and 24th at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, CA!

Day 2 DreamState2018 I got to spend the whole night hanging with @rave_elutions . I had just hit this point where I felt like I wasn't having much fun anymore at events and like something was just missing, I was starting to miss my original rave Fam alot more and just felt like I was ready to chill for a bit, but these guys pulled through with amazing vibes, energy, love, and just reminded me of that feeling I got when I first started and reminded me of why I loved raving to begin with. I am truly grateful for them and dreamstate day 2.❤️🥰 @kingpattycakes I'm so happy to have had the chance to see you twice. Sorry I wasn't able to spend much time I was sorta all over the place.
