今日は日本スカイランニング協会の公式審判講習の2日目で安全講習 っとその前に前日に行こうとしていた上田市の菅平高原にある根子岳へ行ってきました アテンドしてくれたのは @taka.kurasun さん 丁度一年前にトレイルランテストセンターさんのskimo練習会に参加しましたが、スキーを人生で昨年に初めて経験して、降りもロクに滑れないのに、その場で丁寧に教えていただき、こんな所まで来れるようになりました 昨晩菅平に到着する前から雪が降り積もり、朝はダウンジャケットを着てからのスタート しかし、登っていくにしても益々寒さが増すばかり 今日は風も強く(風速20m以上)で気温も-11度を超えていました 練習会で行く、北八ヶ岳の縞枯山はゴンドラ山頂駅もあるし、木があったりするので、風もかわせたりしますが、菅平は本州でもトップクラスに冷え込む所でまさに顔面修行でした スタート地点からは5キロちょいの標高900mちょい それを山頂までスキーにシールを貼って登っていきます そして、山頂でシールを剥ぎ滑走モードで滑り降ります 誰一人入ってないゾーンはまさに独り占め 思わず声が上がっちゃいます マジで最高でした! 倉島さん、マジでありがとうございました 傾斜角はそこまでキツくないので初心者も行けると思いますが、寒いので装備面はエキスパートじゃないといけませんね 冬山に入ると美しさもですが、同時に厳しさも知ります ついつい美しさばかり求めてしまう現代ですが、厳しさを知る事も大切なのでさないでしょうか 勿論、そこで体に支障をきたしたり、命を落とすことがあってはなりま��ん だからこそ、技術を磨き、自然と対話することを求められます こうやって、現役で自然と向き合ってる人と自然に入るのは楽しい 僕もそんな大人になりたいです 今日は倉島さん、ありがとうございました JSA 講習会も間に合い、無事に1日を終えました 明日も朝から北八ヶ岳の縞枯山目掛けて(練習会参加) 明日はみちこさん、よろしくお願いします。 #skimo
