Vertical and Horizontal widget alignment

Vertical This is the default WordPress widget alignment. The widgets in sidebars (widget areas) with vertical alignment are arranged in a column bellow each other.

Horizontal The widgets in sidebars (widget areas) with horizontal alignment will be arranged in a row next to each other (lined up on the same line). Such widget areas are fluid and very flexible. The widget area width will be equally divided between all widgets in this widget area. Horizontal alignement is usually used on widgetized pages.

Replace existing theme sidebars with custom ones.

Display relevant content on your pages. You can now replace an existing sidebar (widget area) with a custom sidebar for one or group of pages, templates, posts, custom post types, taxonomies, etc (any combination). The content of the new sidebar will be displayed on the exact same spot as the one you select to replace only for those pages you selected. Dória sanciona PL 529 com dois vetos no artigo da isenção do IPVA e CONFAZ publica resultado da reunião do último dia 14 de outubro no Diário Oficial

O Diário Oficial do Estado de SP publicou hoje que o governador João Dória sancionou o PL 529 – que trata da isenção do IPVA para pessoas com deficiência – com dois vetos. Um dos vetos é sobre a obrigatoriedade de uso do adesivo identificando que o veículo está sendo utilizado “exclusivamente para transportar uma PcD”, e o outro veto é sobre o endereço do condutor do veículo para aquelas PcD não condutoras. Agora não será mais necessário a pessoa com deficiência titular da isenção e o condutor do carro morarem no mesmo endereço, como sugeria o PL.

Esses dois vetos por si só não minimizam os estragos feitos pela aprovação do PL 529, que traz em sua composição absurdos ainda maiores, como a extinção de vários órgãos importantes ligados à moradia, saúde e mobilidade, além da própria questão que mexe diretamente no IPVA de milhares de paulistas que hoje são beneficiados, condutores ou não do veículo.

O governo paulista alega fraudes no processo, que cresceu demais nos últimos anos. “Todo tipo de benefício concedido pelo governo acaba gerando possibilidade de fraudes, infelizmente isso é comum no Brasil e tem que haver fiscalização e punição exemplar para quem frauda”, comenta Rodrigo Rosso, presidente da ABRIDEF – Associação Brasileira da Indústria, Comércio e Serviços de Tecnologia Assistiva para pessoas com deficiência. “O que não se pode fazer é punir uma grande parcela da população que realmente precisa do benefício para manter o seu direito de Ir e Vir, por conta do próprio Estado ser incapaz de oferecer transporte público adaptado e adequado às necessidades da população com mobilidade reduzida”, enfatiza Rosso, lembrando que o PL sancionado, mesmo com esses dois vetos do governador, está fazendo.

O presidente da ABRIDEF alerta para o fato de que as pessoas com deficiência e familiares prejudicados com esse PL certamente entrarão na justiça contra o governo paulista, o que acarretará um custo enorme aos cofres públicos, talvez até maiores do que a arrecadação do próprio IPVA dessa parcela da população.

“Na prática não existe esse número absurdo de fraudes que alega o Estado e sim o que falta – e por parte exclusivamente do próprio Estado – é uma fiscalização mais eficaz”, diz Renato Baccarelli, consultor especializado em automóveis para PcD. “O que o governo está fazendo em relação ao IPVA da PcD com essa nova lei não irá coibir fraudes e sim vai retirar direitos de quem realmente precisa”, completa o consultor, alertando para o fato de que uma fiscalização maior e mais minuciosa em todo o processo de isenção seria sim uma maneira mais eficaz de se eliminar as fraudes. “O aumento dos números de isenção se deve não somente a um aumento de fraudes, mas sim em sua maior parte ao nível de informação sobre os seus direitos, hoje muito mais difundido em larga escala”, aponta.

De qualquer maneira, a portaria CAT ainda não foi emitida, ou seja, não saiu ainda a regulamentação dessa nova lei. O correto, antes de emitir qualquer parecer mais efetivo sobre essas questões é aguardar a regulamentação do que foi sancionado pelo governo, onde deverão deixar definido o que significa para o governo o que é veículo customizado e adaptação no ponto de vista do PL 529, e o que serão consideradas deficiências graves ou profundas de fato. “Por exemplo, uma pessoa com deficiência com a perna esquerda amputada não precisa de adaptação no carro. Baste ele ter câmbio autom��tico. Essa pessoa hoje passaria a pagar IPVA, enquanto uma outra pessoa, também amputada, só que da perna direita, teria isenção de IPVA, pois necessita de uma adaptação de acelerador à esquerda. As duas pessoas são amputadas, as duas pessoas tem deficiência… Qual a justificativa da discriminação entre elas ? Porque a mesma deficiência seria tratada de forma diferente perante a isenção de IPVA ? Isso é inconstitucional”, comenta Baccarelli.

Muita coisa ainda está confusa e precisa ser corrigida na regulamentação. Por isso o Sistema Reação prefere aguardar a portaria CAT sair e ai sim, analisando o que for publicado, tomaremos posicionamento mais enfático a respeito.

O CONFAZ

Mais uma vez o Confaz não discutiu os dois assuntos de extrema urgência que precisavam ser tratados em relação à pessoa com deficiência. No Diário Oficial da União publicado hoje, a única coisa que consta sobre PcD é o uso opcional de um novo modelo de laudo que passa a valer em janeiro com muito mais exigências para concessão de isenção do ICMS. Isso na prática só vai gerar mais custo para o bolso do consumidor com deficiência que buscar o seu direito à isenção. Sem falar que deixa opção para que os laudos médicos sejam dados pelo SUS. Só que o SUS não possui médicos peritos em medicina de tráfego formados pela ABRAMET – Associação Brasileira de Medicina de Tráfego.

“Os assuntos de interesse das pessoas com deficiência novamente foram empurrados para frente pelo Confaz. Só que dia 31 de dezembro se encerra o convênio que dá isenção de ICMS para PcD na compra do carro 0KM. O Confaz precisa votar esse tema e de preferência prorrogar por mais 2 anos o direito à isenção na próxima reunião que acontecerá em dezembro. Não temos mais tempo, não dá mais para o Confaz empurrar com a barriga um assunto que pode prejudicar milhares de brasileiros. Espero que em dezembro também coloquem as mãos na consciência e sejam coerentes em reajustar um valor teto congelado há mais de 11 anos”, finaliza Rodrigo Rosso.

Sidebar là gì? Làm thế nào để tạo Sidebar trong WordPress năm 2020?

Bạn thường xuyên lướt web thì chắc hẳn sẽ để ý, hầu hết các website đều có thanh công cụ  ở bên trái hoặc bên phải thậm chí là cả 2 bên mà không biết nó là gì và thậm chí biết là Sidebar nhưng không hiểu thuật ngữ Sidebar là gì?

��ối với WordPress việc quản lý Sidebar cũng được xem là việc quan trọng hàng đầu và được đưa ra thành 1 mục riêng để bạn có thể dễ dàng trong việc quản lý . Dưới đây, bài viết LADIGI sẽ chia sẻ với các bạn về các vấn đề xung quanh Sidebar.

1. Sidebar là gì?

Sidebar là nơi mà ở đó người quản trị có thể thêm các phần nội dung tùy chỉnh vào bài viết: bài viết mới, lịch, tìm kiếm,…Sidebar không chỉ là thanh bên của website mà Sidebar là công cụ nằm bên trái hay phải hoặc cả hai của blog mà nó phụ thuộc vào template bạn có thể sử dụng.

Sidebar là thuật ngữ được dùng nhiều và rất phổ biến mà bạn sẽ được nghe đến nhiều khi tiếp xúc với WordPress và nhiều bạn vẫn nghĩ Sidebar chỉ là thanh bên của website. Khi thiết kế web nào, cho dù là 2 hay 3 cột, bạn cũng sẽ phải lựa chọn xem mình nên đặt Sidebar ở vị trí nào cho thích hợp, phù hợp với bài viết hay yêu cầu nào đó.

Muốn được điều đó thì bạn cần phải biết mình muốn đặt nội dung chính ở bên nào, và Sidebar ở bên nào. Câu trả lời là nó tùy thuộc vào site của bạn. Tuy nhiên, thực tế Sidebar có phải chỉ ở thanh bên của website? Câu trả lời là Sidebar có ở header, footer, thanh bên, thanh dọc trang…

2. Làm thế nào để tạo Sidebar WordPress?

Với một Theme WordPress hoàn thiện bạn có thể thêm Sidebar ở cột phải hoặc cột trái. Tại Sidebar này, bạn có thể thêm những nội dung hướng đến người dùng, tăng trải nghiệm người dùng tốt nhất.

Để sử dụng Sidebar bạn có thể truy cập bằng 2 cách sau:

Cách 1: Vào Sidebar bằng Widget

Tại giao diện quản trị/Giao diện (Appearance)/Widget

Sau khi vào Widget bạn sẽ thấy phần tùy chỉnh Sidebar

Cách 2: Vào Sidebar bằng Customize

Tại giao diện quản trị/Giao diện (Appearance)/Customize/Widget

Sau khi vào Widget trong Customize bạn sẽ thấy phần tùy chỉnh Sidebar

  Một số Theme WordPress chưa kích hoạt Sidebar, để sử dụng Sidebar bạn cần đăng ký Sidebar để được sử dụng hàm register_sidebar, sau đây bạn cần biết đến các tham số của hàm như sau:

Name: Tên Sidebar, tên này người dùng có thể thấy ở trang quản lý.

ID: Phải là chữ thường, bạn có thể sử dụng id hoặc name để gọi Sidebar vào chủ đề của bạn thông qua hàm dynamic Sidebar.

Description: Đoạn mô tả về Sidebar, người dùng có thể thấy ở trang quản lý.

Class: tên lớp css gán vào đoạn html widget.

Before_widget: Đoạn html đặt trước mỗi widget

After_widget: là dãy html đặt sau mỗi widget, thường là thẻ đóng của before_widget.

Before_title: là dãy html đặt trước mỗi tiêu đề của widget.

After_title: đoạn html đặt sau mỗi tiêu đề, thường là thẻ đóng của before_title

Lưu ý: ở phần này, bạn có thể đặt lại từ chỗ tạo Sidebar sang hiển thị Sidebar cũng cần đặt giống nhau thì khi đó Sidebar mới hoạt động.

3. Cách thêm vài nội dung vào Sidebar

Sidebar là thành phần rất hữu ích của wordpress, nắm được thành phần này sẽ giúp website của bạn linh động hơn, và đặc biệt bạn sẽ dễ dàng quản lý nội dung của website. Sidebar của bạn cũng là một nơi tốt để quảng cáo. Quảng cáo hiển thị, quảng cáo liên kết văn bản, và quảng cáo video có thể được hiển thị trong Sidebar của bạn.

Để thêm nội dung cho Sidebar, rất đơn giản các bạn kéo thả từ bên trái qua bên phải (Sidebar) và điền các nội dung tùy chỉnh và sau đó lưu thay đổi. Các widget bên phải là những widget mặc định mà wordpress cung cấp cho chúng ta. Ngoài ra chúng ta có thể thêm nội dung ngoài giao diện, bằng cách dùng hàm get Sidebar còn tham số ‘Sidebar’ là id của Sidebar được đặt khi khởi tạo 1 Sidebar mới.

4. Cách hiển thị Sidebar trong Theme WordPress

Sidebar của bạn đã được đăng ký và giờ bạn muốn hiển thị Sidebar trong Theme của mình mà bạn không biết cách thực hiện, dưới đây là 3 cách tham khảo để bạn đọc biết:

Cách 1: Bạn cần tạo Sidebar.php và hiển thị Sidebar vừa tạo trong Sidebar.php và sử dụng hàm dynamic_sidebar để tạo. Để thêm Sidebar.php vào chủ đề thì bạn nên sử dụng hàm get_sidebar vào vị trí mà bạn muốn nó hiển thị

Cách 2: Bạn có thể sử dụng trực tiếp hàm dynamic_sidebar gọi Sidebar vào vị trí bạn muốn hiển thị Sidebar.

Khi sử dụng hàm dynamic_sidebar, đặc biệt bạn cần lưu ý  đến tham số duy nhất của hàm: đó có thể là name hoặc id của Sidebar.

Cách 3: Đầu tiên bạn cần cài đặt và kích hoạt plugin Easy Custom Sidebars. Ngay sau khi plugin được kích hoạt, bạn đi tới  Appearance đến Theme Sidebars để tạo một Sidebar tùy biến.

Tiếp đến bạn nhập vào tên của Sidebar bạn muốn, sau đó click vào nút Create Sidebar để hoàn tất tạo Sidebar. Tiếp theo, bạn chọn Sidebar của theme mà cần thay thế bằng Sidebar tùy biến mà bạn vừa tạo.

Giao diện của Sidebar

Sau khi bạn đã chọn xong Sidebar của theme cần thay thế, bạn cần chọn nơi nào phù hợp để Sidebar tùy biến cần hiển thị. Đây là lúc bạn nhìn vào panel bên trái của màn hình tạo Sidebar tùy biến để xem xét. Tùy theo nhu cầu cá nhân mà bạn chọn kiểu nội dung phù hợp và thích ứng với kiểu bạn muốn hiển thị Sidebar tùy biến. Bạn cần click nút Save Sidebar sau khi chọn xong kiểu nội dung bạn muốn hiển thị Sidebar tùy biến để lưu chúng.Cuối cùng, bạn chỉ cần chọn widget nội dung cho Sidebar tùy biến. Bạn cần đi tới Appearance  đến Widgets, kéo widget bạn muốn vào Sidebar tùy biến.

Kind of rubber duck debugging by screaming into the void because alas I have no rubber duck or desire to talk right now. And writing it out will keep my thoughts in my blind ol’ face. I do have a duck of doom (Munchkin) plush kicking around... Which I mean Duck of Doom? Rubber Duck? You tell me which is better. (hint: Dooooom).

Anyway ignore me unless you happen to have WordPress or possibly PHP experience in which case come talk to me please I’m aloone. Or really bored and want to see me ramble through confusion.

Okay, got a sidebar with a menu in it. The menu is built in WordPress’s menu area simple enough.

Menu is called into primary sidebar widget with a shortcode created in the functions file.

Shortcode is called through a PHP function that is only allowed to even be used in the widget because of another plugin. Have some suspicions of that possibly being an issue but there are a crap ton of php boxes being used in the widgets; I really don’t want to deactivate it. Major last resort there. Why is this so complicated? and my god how many widget logic type plugins do we need? Who built this?

Okay problem:

Happy little menu is also popping up in what appears to be the area designated as the secondary sidebar widget.

Two problems with this:

1) It shouldn’t be there at all, but while it is it’s busted to hell with half of it showing the header and the other half below the content. Clearly something screwy there, but not sure what. A broken div somewhere? Not sure where the secondary widget is meant to show up but not there.

2) The secondary widget area is empty. Why and how is it calling the menu? Menu’s only supposed to be in the primary widget area.

Sidebar is created through the use of dynamic_sidebar. Is it somehow trying to fill in both widgets?

Other oddity. This broken extra menu only displays while logged out. While logged in the site only shows a message talking about be able to display a widget here blah blah. Just helper text which is what it SHOULD be doing.

Sooo while logged in it’s not registering there being anything in the secondary widget? Which is correct.

But while logged out it throws a fit and hello broken menu that shouldn’t be there. Why?

The working sidebar is in its own ID and class.

The busted one has a different one. So I can hide it with a simple display: none. But that doesn’t actually solve the problem. It’s just hiding it - fine for viewing but it’s still a broken thing.

Busted ass: #sidebar.sidebar.widget-area

Working: #left.sidebar.secondary-sidebar

THEN on top of all that this busted mystery widget displays on the home page as well, but the home page isn’t meant to have a sidebar. Hang on should look at template again.... Yeah it looks like a full width template. With no sign of a sidebar being called in anywhere so how in the hell is it showing up on the home page?

I’ve tried deactivating a few different widget plugins going in case of conflict but no difference. I tried using a different kind of widget for the menu that just lets you select a menu from the set up menus. No touching the Functions file, no php adding. The extra menu still displayed.

The other weird thing is that when I took the menu box away from the widget entirely so there just wasn’t a sidebar menu it was removed the broken area as well.

It’s somehow trying to dump the menu in both widgets regardless of how the menu is called in.

Like it’s treating both primary and secondary widget as one? Hang on, another test...

Hang on... more weirdness. We have three sidebar types going by IDs/Classes. Adding a random bit of text to the Secondary Sidebar widget puts the text where the busted menu starts but it shows up as in #sidebar-alt. Neither of these have any styling either.

The busted menu shows up in the #sidebar.sidebar.widget-area. Both sidebars have the .sidebar.widget-area classes.

When I tested before with the menu broken sidebar it comes before the sidebar-alt. The random text showed up below the menu. Probably because there’s no styling on either. With the display: none hiding the extra broken menu sidebar, the sidebar-alt is floating to the top.

So sidebar-alt covers the Secondary Widget.

Plain old #sidebar is affected by what’s in the Primary Sidebar? Maybe? But only when menu related? NO. Ah-ha. If I add plain text to the Primary Sidebar it also shows up in busted land.

So they are one thing showing up in two places, in two IDs. One styled, one not. Why though? How? And why on the homepage where it shouldn’t show at all?

I’ve made a little headway here but I have no idea where to look into now. Unless it’s being called in another file like the header file? Of which there’s more than one and I’m not sure which is being used but that hmm.. It’s also not showing as in the header area while inspecting. But take a look anyway I guess. All that brought it up is wondering the div for the main menu is... there somewhere it’s display, but I sure as heck don’t see it in either header file.

and still wondering why the extra menu doesn’t display while logged in. There’s probably a key point there but???

I just don’t know... but it does appear to be duplicated so that’s a route to keep pursuing I guess. Blargh.

Never. Ever. Even start to think “Oh it shouldn’t be too hard to deal with/should be fairly simple.” NEVER. The simple seeming things are always horrible.
