“I made it through the day. I must have said "I’m fine” 37 times.” It isn’t easy lately. Not when everyone has forgotten her. It hurts, almost every day, it hurts. All the friends she’d made, the connections, they’re all gone. On top of that, the people she cares about could be getting hurt because of her. It weighs heavily upon Hope’s shoulders, it’s nearly exhausting. But, she’s fine.

It’s a big moment in time for Hope, laying in bed with her boyfriend watching SciFi (only because Landon was cute when he nerds out). The ending credits on the screen and Hope silences the tv in her room so that she can hear her boyfriend. her head on his chest, the smell of phoenix so warm it makes her throat burn with desire to be wrapped up in him. Now, the two of them haven’t taken that step yet, mostly because after Alaric almost walked in on them in the motel room, things have sort of killed that mood. Hope doesn’t mind though until now, after a movie that had some hot and heavy scenes in there and the question nags at the eighteen-year-old. Has Landon ever had sex before? She knows her answer, one she isn’t ashamed of and it makes her realize that for all the making out they do a lot of questions are left unknown. Does Landon want to ever have sex? Should she tell him that they do not need condoms because magic is great birth control?  ❝I’m not a virgin.❞ Flies from her mouth in one swell swoop, no shame in her voice because her mama taught her sex wasn’t shameful, it was natural. Now the way Hope had done it had been with drowning in her pain of being orphaned and a wolf boy from the bayou but still. ❝I mean, I just realized we never actually had that talk yet. Do you ever want to have sex?❞

They are adults, they can have a conversation that is mature and relaxed about this right? She loves him, wants to be with him someday physically but are they going to be the type of people that try and plan their time? Or just let them fall into the moment like back in the motel room. Hope already knows that she wants this phoenix in her life forever and always. He has captured her heart.

I was more BMTH or Black Veil brides. I can’t say I didn’t like MCR but I def preferred the other bands more

YO BUT SAME i mean i didn’t actually get into bmth until their sempiternal (honestly can’t remember if i spelled that right) but i was a BIG bvb fan, i still own all of their band tshirts
