【「WAN-Sign」と「どこでも契約書クラウド」のAPIによるシステム連携の背景】 近年はリモートワークの浸透で、69.7%の企業が何らかの電子契約を利用しているという報告(一般財団法人日本情報経済社会推進協会(以下、JIPDEC)「企業IT利活用動向調査2022」https://www.jipdec.or.jp/library/itreport/2022itreport_spring.html)があります。また2023年のJIPDEC「企業IT利活用動向調査2023」速報では、電子契約を利用している企業が7割超になったことが、最新情報として発表されています。 電子契約が普及する一方、各企業はそれぞれ異なる電子契約サービスを利用していることから、受注側の企業は発注側企業の利用する電子契約サービスでの契約締結を求められる、といったことがあります。そのため、締結済みの電子契約書を一箇所に集めるには、締結済み契約書を特定のファイルに収める必要があり、また締結の権限を持つ会社代表者自らが作業をしないと契約書が行方不明になるという問題も発生しています。また従来の紙やPDFの契約書なども存在しており、管理が複雑になっています。
このような課題を解決するため、「どこでも契約書クラウド」と「WAN-Sign」はAPIによるシステム連携を開始し、「WAN-Sign」で締結した契約書が自動的に「どこでも契約書クラウド」に保存できるようになりました。従来の紙の契約書はアプリで撮影するだけ、PDFはドラッグ&ドロップするだけで、紙の契約書も電子契約書も「どこでも契約書クラウド」で一元化して保管が可能となります。取り込んだ契約書はAI-OCRで処理され、全文検索することができます。

連携を行うことにより契約書情報を双方でシームレスに同期することが可能になりました。「WAN-Sign」で締結した契約書は自動的に「どこでも契約書クラウド」に保管され、「どこでも契約書クラウド」上で編集や変更をされた契約書情報は「WAN-Sign」上においても自動更新が行われます。 「どこでも契約書クラウド」の設定画面から外部サービス連携で「WAN-Sign」を選びログインしていただければ連携が開始します。

It’s a frustrating experience for anyone waiting for follow up after a proposal for a contract has been sent to a client and what may seem like an eternity is, in fact, a protracted timescale for the client to respond. Sending a contract to a client is a harrowing experience that entails following up with clients to ensure they receive, read, agree, sign and send the contract back signed and sealed.
