En was killed by being cut in half by AFO. It wasn't that he couldn't handle OFA, but that AFO just decided to nuke him

All Might says using One For All with an untrained body would make your limbs fly off. But

Yes, there's also the argument he could've used it on his whole body and that's the consequence but there is a small cut on his thumb. It matches the line in which he was cut in half, and blood spurts from his hand.

The translation hides it, but his thumb got cut too from the slice. His thumb wasn't the focus, but still got hit. It at least shows when En passes on OFA to Nana

Since Banjo's arms got wrecked by using OFA, maybe En used it in one leg and that's why his leg is differently-colored and looks more beat up. En probably couldn't handle the Quirk either.

This means that En was being logical and saw OFA as a tool, and only used it in a leg so he could run.

All Might specifically says an unprepared vessel's limbs will fly off. Even if En used it on his whole body, that means only his arms and legs; but that's his torso. His leg didn't go flying either; at least until they both went flying cuz he was severed.

Every OFA holder was killed by AFO except Shinomori Hikage who died of old age.

Then why is his jacket's sleeve torn? And why the fabric underneath it isn't?

The OFA holders most likely wear the same things that they wore when they died. Then how did he died exactly? Not from what, we know the answer to that, but what were the circumstances of his death?

These clothes are clearly not what he wore during his time in the forest, and are most likely self-made. Another interesting thing, is that his knee caps are almost identical to Banjo's shoulder pads (?).

And his jacket was intact when he entrusted OFA to Daigoro.

What a strange choice of words, not "give to" but "entrust". After all, this panel doesn't show us the moment they received OFA. If that was the case, Nana would already have some hair in her hands, and Hikage doesn't give anything to Banjo either. This is the moment when they know, this is the person who gonna receive the quirk, this is who they gonna entrust it to. Not to say, if this was the receiving, we would see Banjo, En, and Nana, not Hikage, Banjo, and En. We see those who entrusted the quirk, not the ones who got it.

For En it was when he reached his hand out to Nana, who was ready to accept the quirk.

For Banjo it was when En already had his blood, it was when he knew there is no other chance, to give it to anyone else. He's shouting, probably telling him to get out of there immediately.

Which is interesting on its own. OFA blows off someone's limbs, if they doesn't have the muscle mass to use it. And what happened to En? His arm was missing. It was blown up because he wasn't ready to use it. Then how is it, that it ended up with him anyway? How was he even there, when Banjo fought AFO?

Probably it was more like, En fought AFO, and Banjo came to his help.

AFO defeated the strong and then most likely went after those, who had potential. Amongst those people were probably En and Gran Torino. All Might's notes mention, that Gran knew about the 5th, which could be explained if he was there when Banjo gave OFA to En.

For Hikage however, the moment when he entrusted the quirk to Banjo is kinda strange. He's clinging with both hands into Daigoro's, seemingly in pain. They aren't on the same level, he's not standing properly, he's most likely kneeling. Banjo's arm isn't loose, he's holding Hikage up. It's also worth mentioning, that the other two transmissions happened just before the transmitter died. And we are still before Hikage's clothes got damaged.

Shinomori entrusted Banjo with OFA quirk when he became too weak to walk, and Daigoro helped him hold himself up. After this he probably gave Banjo the quirk... and then what?

We know that he somehow got into the hospital, and was alive for long enough for the doctors to be able to write a medical report about him. He died in that hospital, the same day he gave Banjo OFA, and later had an autopsy.

But then again, if right after giving the quirk to Banjo, they went to the hospital, then what happened to his jacket? If a villain attacked them, there is no way the black fabric underneath would have stayed untouched.

Well, it was Banjo, who did it. Probably on the way to the hospital, he had to catch Hikage again, but at that point, he had OFA, which enhanced Blackwhip. He reached for Shinomori with his quirk, but couldn't control its power. However, we saw, that when Izuku tried to hit the Nomu, a mental block stopped him from it, since he didn't want to hurt a living being. Banjo must have had the same experience, a mental block stopped him from hurting Hikage unintentionally, and so he only tore into his jacket.
