Yesterday went great 👍🏽 def got my behind handed to me. I am sore and have some lower back pain. My body keeps reminding I am too old for this but my mind is on a different level 😂. FEI Announces Six New Prohibited Substance Cases

The Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) announced April 6 sixcontemporaryadverse analytical findings involving prohibited substances in performance horses.

The cases involve theemployof banned substances under the FEI’s Equine Anti-DopingwithControlled Medication Regulations.

The athletesHavebeen provisionally suspended from the date of notification (April 5) until the FEI Tribunal renders its decision,andthe horsesHavebeen provisionally suspended for two months.

AM gear prepping for @3lmnz tomorrow. I will not lie I am a bit scurred because it’s been awhile since I’ve done an endurance event...like a year 🥺 However, excited to try this one! 🙌🏾 @roninsystems used to do the Spartan HH12HRs by far the best Kryptea I’ve known. He’s a guy with integrity and knows how to push every participant’s limit. During his leadership I learned so much about myself through my DNFs and the sufferfest. I came out stronger mentally and physically through every event I participated with him. First, thank you to everyone that supported me during my 12HH journey. I am forever grateful to you. Several of you had a huge impact on me and I could not have done it without all your support, tips, and advice. This year has been a long journey since I DNF’d last year’s Spartan Race 12-hour Hurricane Heat in Castaic due to the heavy carries, not making the time hacks, and not having mental grit. Sunday, I got to redeem myself. This is one of the most challenging endurance events I’ve done. The 14 hours we endured went by fast from yoga, dodge ball, and all of the heavy carries with time hacks. I might just be in ❤️ with sandbags. My favorite part was during yoga 🧘‍♀️ dedicating this event to my mom and thinking about everything she and I endured every time I felt pain, was helpful. I do not think I have ever talked to myself more than I did at this event. 😂 My least favorite was the sandbag and water bucket combo carry up the hill.
