Voilà 😅, l’autre moitié du potager est installée avec quelques vivaces et des productions d’été. J’en ai bavé car ces dernières semaines il fait entre 28 et 30° assez rapidement dans la journée. J’ai donc tant bien que mal installé deux micro marres en récupérant des petites piscines pour bébés qui traînaient à la ferme. J’y implanterai peut-être des plantes semi-aquatiques quand je me serais penchée sur la question de « lesquelles et comment » pour pas faire de bêtises. Pour l’instant ça sert à la boisson des animaux qui ont envie d’y aller. Ça favorisera la venue des insectes dans le coin et donc la pollinisation des plants potagers. Et qui sait, peut-être que des petits batraciens viendront aussi traîner dans le coin. J’ai tracé des silhouettes de chemin. J’espère récupérer de la laine de mouton pour les matérialiser et limiter leur enherbement.

Et ensuite j’ai implanté des fleurs et des plants comestibles : amarante, mauves, hibiscus africain, reine Marguerite, larmes de job, bourrache, aubergines, poivrons, piments, melons, courgettes, pastèques, concombres….

De l’autre côté, j’ai mis des aubergines au pieds des petits pois qui finiront de produire dans pas très longtemps et des petits plants de tomates en plus.

Y a plus qu’à regarder comment tout ça s’installe maintenant 😊

Un nez expressif sur des notes de fruits noirs (mûre, Myrtille).

En bouche on a un vin avec une belle complexité et une grande finesse. Charnu avec une belle intensité en bouche. Sur des arômes de fruits noirs bien mûrs (Myrtille, mûre, cassis), épices (poivre noir et eucalyptus). L'élevage est vraiment très discret et apporte de la rondeur. Une belle longueur en bouche avec une finale fraîche sur la violette et la groseille.

Toujours un grand moment pour moi de déguster un vin de ce domaine. Ils sont toujours de grande qualité. Avec une bouche très aromatique. Les verres s'enchaînent les uns après les autres. Bref vous l'aurez compris, je suis un grand fan de ce domaine. Foncez le découvrir si vous ne le connaissez pas encore.

🇫🇷🗣️Description du domaine 🗣️🇫🇷

Terre des Dames a encore la même structure qu’il y a 200 ans : des petites parcelles sur différents niveaux, entourés d’anciens murets et de garrigue sauvage.

Ici, bien sûr, on n’applique aucun pesticide ou engrais de synthèse. La plus grande partie de l’année, un enherbement naturel donne vie au sol.

Notre plus vieille vigne a 100 ans d’âge, d’autres autour de 50 – 70 ans.Tous nos raisins sont vendangées et triés à la main.

Certifié organique (Ecocert) depuis plus de dix ans.

Au centre du domaine se trouvent les bâtiments du 18ème siècle entourés des vignes, comme un amphithêatre ouvert vers le Sud.

Propriétaire/vigneronne depuis 2002: Lidewij van Wilgen – Néerlandaise d’origine mais Languedocienne de coeur. Elle a étudié l’oenologie et la viticulture en France.  Ses trois filles ont grandi au domaine et y sont impliquées pour toujours.Nos rendements ne dépassent pas le 35 hl par hectare. Tous les raisins sont vendangés et triés à la main.

La vinification est naturelle, douce, dans le respect du raisin …

Nos vins sont avant tout concentrés, purs et frais.

Servie dans des restaurants Michelin en France et ailleurs, notre production est petite, précise mais accessible.

Terre des Dames still has the same structure as 200 years ago: small plots on different levels, surrounded by old low walls and wild scrubland.

Here, of course, no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers are applied.  Most of the year, a natural grass cover gives life to the ground.

Our oldest vine is 100 years old, others around 50 – 70 years old. All our grapes are harvested and sorted by hand.

Certified organic (Ecocert) for more than ten years.

At the center of the estate are the 18th century buildings surrounded by vines, like an amphitheater open to the south.

Owner/winemaker since 2002: Lidewij van Wilgen – Dutch by origin but Languedocian at heart.  She studied oenology and viticulture in France.  His three daughters grew up on the estate and are involved there forever. Our yields do not exceed 35 hl per hectare.  All the grapes are harvested and sorted by hand.

The vinification is natural, gentle, with respect for the grapes...

Our wines are above all concentrated, pure and fresh.

Served in Michelin restaurants in France and elsewhere, our production is small, precise but accessible.

Al palato abbiamo un vino di bella complessità e grande finezza.  Carnoso con una bella intensità in bocca.  Su aromi di frutti neri molto maturi (mirtillo, mora, ribes nero), spezie (pepe nero ed eucalipto).  L'affinamento è davvero molto discreto e apporta rotondità.  In bocca una bella lunghezza con un finale fresco su violetta e ribes rosso.

Terre des Dames ha ancora la stessa struttura di 200 anni fa: piccoli appezzamenti su più livelli, circondati da antichi muretti e macchia selvaggia.

Qui, ovviamente, non vengono applicati pesticidi o fertilizzanti sintetici.  Per la maggior parte dell'anno, un manto erboso naturale dà vita al terreno.

La nostra vite più vecchia ha 100 anni, altre tra i 50 e i 70. Tutte le nostre uve vengono raccolte e selezionate a mano.

Certificato biologico (Ecocert) da più di dieci anni.

Al centro della tenuta si trovano i palazzi settecenteschi circondati dai vigneti, come un anfiteatro aperto a sud.

Proprietario/enologo dal 2002: Lidewij van Wilgen – olandese di origine ma linguadoci nel cuore.  Ha studiato enologia e viticoltura in Francia.  Le sue tre figlie sono cresciute nella tenuta e vi sono coinvolte da sempre.Le nostre rese non superano i 35 hl per ettaro.  Tutte le uve vengono raccolte e selezionate a mano.

La vinificazione è naturale, gentile, nel rispetto delle uve...

I nostri vini sono soprattutto concentrati, puri e freschi.

Servita nei ristoranti Michelin in Francia e altrove, la nostra produzione è piccola, precisa ma accessibile.
