Rw theory: invs eggy wish.

In rw's secret dating sim the egg was always such a weird thing, everyone I've seen mostly have just have accepted it as a reality bending plot device/weapon/item that just can't be explained.

But I realized something... the egg actually DOES have an explanation, a very simple one at that, the egg... GRANTS WISHES,

Arti: wants her children back, egg: brings them back.

Gourm: the best dish they ever made, egg: turned into the best dish gourm ever made/tasted and literally created a different world, quite literally the best thing they created.

Saint: TO ASCEND EVERYTHING. egg: "youworldagone"

inv: .. (I genuinely felt bad for them when I realized what their wish was) a family, egg: here's your new family (arti and her revived pups)

BUT WAIT, IT GOES DEEPER, the egg doesn't just grant your wish in a sense of "your wish my command" no the egg only grants the wish of the wielder when they do something specific to that wielder.

Arti: uses her "transformative bacteria" on the egg.

Gourm: cooks it.

Saint: "hehehe weird egg go PANG"

Inv: gives it like a wedding ring.
