even though this is kinda a side quest episode it’s absolutely hilarious!

i love the back and forth silly banter with the purple robe at the start sooo many comedic moments! also the dads being united with a common enemy!!

also we get to see how well the dads mesh with eachother like all of them consoling henry at the start and a sweet glennry moment!!

and how could i forget ron pooping his pants! literally hilarious i can’t help but giggle every time i think of it

and lizard boy scales mcstuffins!!! and odyssey-san!!

episode, “As Brainiac (Jesse Rath) lays close to death after trying to stop Lex (Jon Cryer), Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and team soar in to save him, engaging in an epic battle with Gamenmae (guest star Cara Buono). After beating Leviathan, Supergirl turns her attention to Lex (Jon Cryer) who has used the Obsidian platform to brainwash half the world to love him and follow him at all costs, no matter what horrible things he does.

Knowing how dangerous this makes her brother, Lena (Katie McGrath) enlists the entire team — Alex (Chyler Leigh), J’onn (David Harewood), Dreamer (Nicole Maines), Kelly (Azie Tesfai) and Brainiac — to help, but Supergirl realizes that the only way to truly stop Lex is to sacrifice herself.”

breakers [pv] [albacrow] (07.01) – anime focusing on parasports! this is new and since it's only 4 episodes (supposedly) it may actually be good.

dorohedoro [pv] [mappa] (13.01) – mappa strikes again. i'm intrigued but mostly checking it out for the oldschool character design.

eizouken ni wa te wo dasu na! [pv] [science saru] (06.01) – it gave me all the "this is different" and "smells oldschool-ish" feelings. i'm really intrigued, animation looks ambitious and it seems it'll be missing all the anime stuff i can't stomach.

id: invaded [pv] [naz] (06.01) – looks intriguing and dark in those surreal ways i like. though i'm not holding my breath.

kyokou suiri [pv] [brain's base] (12.01) – it looks nice? and may be the kind of romantic comedy i can stomach because it's more comedy than romance.

pet [pv] [geno studio] (06.01) – it's surprisingly good looking to the point i'm almost looking forward to it? the trailer had some jumpy animation though but it also had slanted anime eyes and i always respect that.

probably not good but i'm still interested enough to check:

housekisho richard-shi no nazo kantei [pv] [studio shuka] (09.01) – i never enjoy these types so i have no idea why i want  to glance at it.

jibaku shounen hanako-kun [pv] [lerche] (10.01) – checking this out mostly because i have no idea what it's about and i want to know.

kuutei dragons [pv] [polygon pictures] (09.01) – polygon isn't orange so the cgi isn't as good. but the trailer made me interested enough and i did like sidonia no kishi and ajin by them, after all.

somali to mori no kamisama [pv] [satelight] (10.01) – anime mandalorian! seriously, checking it out just because of that.

i just need to see the first episode:

ishuzoku reviewers [pv] [passione] (11.01) – i have to see the first episode of this weirdly looking soft hentai? hard ecchi?

saezuru tori wa habatakanai [pv] [grizzly] (15.02) – not having too much of expectations cause a dark, bdsm bl animated? well. but also, NANAHARA, NANAHARA.

shirobako [pv] [p.a. works] (29.02) – since i love the tv series so much and since it seemed to conclude well, i'm anxious about this one.

14. Sweetest non-romantic relationship

Tom and Sybbie and of course Mrs Patmore and Mrs Hughes. We often saw the downstairs cast only in their roles as servants - they work, eat, sleep. Repeat. What about their feelings? What about life outside of work? The relationship between Mrs P and Elsie was a good way of exploring that. The two senior female servants, once enemies then suddenly friends for life.

As for Tom and Sybbie: you never really see Mary interact with George outside the "visiting hours". Tom accepts that Sybbie will be raised in a different way while they are at Downton but he doesn't take the rules so seriously. When he wants to be with his daughter, he spends time with her instead of waiting for nanny to bring her downstairs.

16. Best Kiss

Carson and Mrs Hughes in episode 06.01! I did not expect to ever see them interact in that way. Ever. Of course I had hopes that we'd see a kiss at some point. But rather a peck on the lips. Not full body contact/embrace. *sigh* 😍

Gedacht: Die Zeit rennt. Wieder geht ein Jahr zu Ende. Es gibt viele Leute, die sich Vorsätze setzen, die in den meisten Fällen nach ein paar Tagen wieder gebrochen werden. Wenn ein neues Jahr beginnt, bedeutet das nicht, dass du ein anderer Mensch wirst. Klar ist ein Jahreswechsel immer aufregend. Man lässt das vergangene Jahr noch einmal Revue passieren und findet Dinge, die einem nicht gefallen. Dinge, die man gerne anders gemacht hätte. Wenn du in deinem Leben etwas ändern willst, dann mach es jetzt.
