West Boynton Beach Middle School

A welcome addition to our local public schools will soon be West Boynton Beach Middle School.  Located on near the corner of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Acme Dairy Road, the new campus will host around 1,300 students.  

Excitement is high as West Boynton Beach Middle School will have updated state of the art technology and safety for the students.  As the areas of West Boynton Beach and West Lake Worth have become so popular with all age communities and families, some schools have been a bit crowded.  This new school will absorb some footprint from Christa McAuliffe Middle School and Woodlands Middle School and the exact boundaries will be decided.

Locals have mostly enthusiasm for West Boynton Beach Middle School.  Students could come from nearby communities such as Canyon Lakes, Canyon Isles, Canyon Springs, Canyon Trails, Greystone, Cobblestone and Verona Lakes.

The results are in and Palm Beach County real estate values have GROWN in January 2023 versus January of 2022! Single family home prices are up 4.9%.  Townhouses and Condominiums are up 5.1%.  Data from Beaches board of Realtors shows this grow and is great news for homeowners, sellers, and buyers confirming stability and comfort in our local Florida real estate. 

Palm Beach County, Florida is currently experiencing a significant growth in real estate prices. According to recent data, the median home value in the county has increased, making it one of the fastest-growing real estate markets in the state.

360 Rosemary: Situated at 360 S. Rosemary Ave, this office building already hosts employees from Goldman Sachs amongst a mix of other financial and tech firms. It boasts a fitness center, roof deck, garage, and bike racks.

One West Palm: Real estate developer Jeff Greene's project, expected to be unveiled at the end of the year, will feature two 30-story towers containing office space, a 5-star hotel, and luxury apartments.
