And, this is the actual house and what you get for $650K. It can't be worth that much, my aunt & uncle live in West Palm Beach and I've been there. 

So, is this the garage?

This would be the living room.

The kitchen has been ripped out. 

Nice room- like the doors.

The main bd. There are 3 bds. in the home.

One of the other bds.

And, the single bath looks like it was the only room that was completely reno'd.

You can request the plans for this Cabana house with inground “cocktail pool.” Does that mean a swim-up bar? This is crazy, it's a small bungalow that needs almost complete reno for $650K to look like the AI ​​example.

Sometimes homeowners really need to rethink their wallpaper choices if they don’t intend to make their house a forever home. This house in Tampa, Florida isn’t selling, has been reduced a whopping $120K to $475K and I’m almost sure it’s b/c of the decor. Look at this.

The home’s grounds are stunning and it has this huge porch, plus a deck.

As soon as you enter is a preview of what pretty much every wall looks like. If you don’t like it, and want to change it, it would be a lot of work and expense. (Maybe that’s the reason for the deduction?)

A beautiful wood ceiling soars right up to the 2nd. fl. and windows flank the huge stone fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to the deck. 

The house has been impeccably maintained. 

The ceiling in the kitchen under the 2nd fl. reminds me of a Tiki hut. 

I like that sunny yellow sink.

Off the kitchen is this wonderful sunroom that is currently hosting a moving sale.

The sunroom also has access to the deck.

There’s a laundry room and a pantry, too. 

In this bath, there appears to be wallpaper on the door, and also some leopard wallpaper. This takes me back- my old house had an outdated brown toilet, too. It was a horror, especially if you live in an area with hard water. 

The main bedroom. So many ruffles, I can’t really see the room.

I thought that this was the en suite, but there’s a bathroom there, so maybe this is a closet/dressing room. 

The en suite has a big round tub and a matching black toilet. 

This is confusing- it’s a large open area at the top of the stairs, so it’s not a bedroom. Unless they count it as 1 of the 3 bdrms. 

And, this is another bath. 

Storage room under the eaves.

Nice barbeque on the deck.

It has a lovely tropical pool.

And, a little private lake.

West Boynton Beach Middle School

A welcome addition to our local public schools will soon be West Boynton Beach Middle School.  Located on near the corner of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Acme Dairy Road, the new campus will host around 1,300 students.  

Excitement is high as West Boynton Beach Middle School will have updated state of the art technology and safety for the students.  As the areas of West Boynton Beach and West Lake Worth have become so popular with all age communities and families, some schools have been a bit crowded.  This new school will absorb some footprint from Christa McAuliffe Middle School and Woodlands Middle School and the exact boundaries will be decided.

Locals have mostly enthusiasm for West Boynton Beach Middle School.  Students could come from nearby communities such as Canyon Lakes, Canyon Isles, Canyon Springs, Canyon Trails, Greystone, Cobblestone and Verona Lakes.
