"This essence opened my heart in ways I could never have anticipated. Love for not just other people but for the land I live on, for the spirits that guide me. I was able to actually let someone into my life in a romantic way for the first time in years working with this essence. 10/10, would recommend to anyone struggling to open up and feel safe with others." --Vanessa Lily magnolia flower essence works simultaneously on the fourth and second chakras: the heart and the sacral chakras. It is key that it works to heal, repair, and balance these two chakras simultaneously, as they are the sites of vulnerability, emotional sensitivity, receptiveness, and relationships. For many of our clients, like Vanessa, this essence has helped to soften formerly rigid boundaries, and allowed them to become more flexible and open toward others. #lilymagnolia #floweressence #lilymagnoliaflower #essencehealing #essencetherapy #energyhealing #secondchakra #fourthchakra #heartopening #heartchakra #sacralchakra https://www.instagram.com/p/CmG7Mrdrqp6/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Oregon Grape Flower Essence is the latest new addition to our collection of flower essences. Oregon grape is a mighty wild shrub that grows abundantly in Eastern Washington. The bold yellow flowers bloom in the spring, and the plant is known by herbalists for the high content of berberine in its root. Oregon grape is an important herb for the liver and gallbladder, and can help to heal chronic liver-associated issues like a tendency toward envy, jealousy, negativity, or irritability. On the physical plane, it improves the digestion of fats and proteins and supports the ongoing detoxification of the liver. It is also recommended for reducing acne and addressing skin problems such as eczema and psoriasis, for weight loss, and for healing the urinary system. . . #oregongrape #floweressence #floweressences #yellowflowers #naturaldigestivesupport #liverdetox #liverhealth #healingjealousy #positivity #patience #energyhealing #essencetherapy https://www.instagram.com/p/Cl322vjL5sV/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Our newest single-flower essence is Mariposa Lily. This striking flower's essence is known for its ability to help heal psychic wounds related to the mother. For those who struggle to forgive their mothers, grieve how they were treated in childhood, or feel misaligned with or emotionally cold toward their mothers, mariposa lily can help to cleanse sad or painful memories from the aura and encourage a way toward forgiveness and reconciliation. . . #mariposalily #floweressence #floweressences #energyhealing #auracleansing #motherhood #mothersandchildren #childhoodwounds #emotionalhealing #essencetherapy https://www.instagram.com/p/ClREsEBr8Sn/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Energetic medicines such as flower, gem, and environmental essences are deeply tied to the chakras, or energy centers, of the body. When choosing an essence to try, it can be helpful to think about where you are experiencing energetic blockages and select an essence that corresponds to those chakras. On our website, you can find essences grouped by chakra using the “Essence Groups” drop-down menu. The first chakra is known as the root chakra, and a healthy and balanced first chakra offers a feeling of rootedness; of utter safety, security, stability, and peace. This chakra corresponds in part to the symbolic kidney organ in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is the source of our life force. Unsurprisingly, plants that have a strong association with the first chakra tend to have large, strong root structures. Aspens, for example, grow in colonies that can include an entire forest worth of trees, often thousands of years old and sharing a single connected, shared root system. Aspen essence, therefore, is useful for those who struggle with loneliness and those who lack deep family roots or a close, supportive community. Paper birch, similarly, can benefit anyone who needs to regain their sense of self or get back in touch with their core spirit and values. Other grounding plant essences that can offer a sense of strength, safety, or stability include sunflower, black locust, horse chestnut, ponderosa pine, and mountain ash. Gems that address first-chakra issues, meanwhile, tend to be very dark or black in color. Hematite and black tourmaline, for example, are both dark, weighty stones with a powerfully solid, protective, detoxifying energy. Their essences can help ground us when we feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unmoored by the stresses and anxieties of daily life. #energyhealing #chakrahealing #firstchakra #rootchakra #rootchakrahealing #firstchakrahealing #1stchakra #floweressences #gemessences #groundingessence #essencetherapy https://www.instagram.com/p/CjIb48krUKs/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
