Ethan convinced himself it was just for the drinks and to look after the residents should they go overboard on the free alcohol.

His eyes bounce from one patron to the other, mentally judging everyone’s costumes. Suddenly, he hears it… her laugh. That unmistakable captivating laugh.

Her friends step aside and she comes into view. He’s awestruck by the vixen in the form-fitting long black dress and the fiery red lips. His eyes travel to her chest and he immediately chastises himself.

Get ahold of yourself, for fuck’s sake.

No amount of alcohol will erase the image of her imprinted in his mind.

Across the room, Luz steals a glance at Ethan. More like the back of his head as he downs his drink. So he decided to show up after all. She’d told him she’d be there. His simple answer to her question whether he’d be there had been a simple “not likely.”

She wonders for a second why he’s there, until she quashes those thoughts before they go too far, and she darts her eyes in his direction again.

He’s looking at her. Those eyes hold her captive and she’s suddenly transported to that balcony in Miami. From the way his pupils flare and the way his fingers tighten around the glass in his hand, she knows he’s there too.

I see loser baby in those songs!! How did you like hazbin hotel? :D

It was alright, a bit rushed but that's what you get with eight episodes. But overall, I enjoyed it and am curious to see where it will go next.

I like Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. Songs are good (I don't quickly say no to musicals), the animation keeps improving and is so darn smooth at times, and I like most of the cast so I have nothing to really complain about.

And while we're on the topic and to express how much I like the world of Hazbin... Have I ever mentioned I created two Hazbin OCs back in 2019?

He didn’t dress up until their first year as an official couple. Or his version of a costume, which was just devil horns. It wasn’t until the year after that that she convinced him to match with her.

Of course she had to make her Westley dreams come true <3 ↓

Their fave costumes have been when they started having kids. They’re definitely that family that matches, thanks to Luz 🤭. Ethan loves seeing his family happy so he’s more than happy to oblige. The Addams Family was a fave. (How freaking cute is the Cousin Itt costume!!)

Their youngest, Marcelo, went through a phase as a toddler where he was obsessed with cleaning supplies for some reason. So that year, he went as a vacuum cleaner and he made Ethan wear a mop costume 😭
