im thinking snw season 3 should just be about uhura. like, make it a spin-off series about uhura but don't tell anyone. just make every episode about uhura: awkward, nerdy, sad, full of dreams. just go full this is a Linguist In Space Series Now.

Keep in mind there are SO MANY characters in star trek there’s no way to include as many characters as deserve to be here. If you have respectful suggestions, I’d be happy to turn them into a follow up poll!

Personally I love Picard’s hand gesture when he says engage, Riker’s head lean into the direction he’s turning, Sisko fiddling with his baseball, and Data moving his eyes like he’s reading when he pulls up information internally. But I know those aren’t big famous moves :)

Thinking about how at the start of the musical episode, Kirk says something like "I thought that was something you'd all just rehearsed, but then I started singing too"

like the Enterprise has such a reputation for being filled with drama he wasn't even fully phased by a choreographed musical number on the bridge he just thought "man that's how they do it on the flagship I guess"
