How would Gilded Evelyn and witch switch Evelyn react to each other?
Would they talk about their respective Philips and Calebs?
And how one has it a lot easier than the other
You mean that Gilded Evelyn has it easier because she can kill her Phillip and doesn't have to keep the self-destructive idiot alive, right?
Anyway, as with any interaction with an AU where Phillip isn't evil, Gilded Evelyn is mad that her Phillip is. Because! It! Was right! There! He could! Have been! Good! However, she'd also see it as a failure on she and Caleb's part because... I mean... look at this. They're not perfect, the three of them, but they're happy. This is the ending that happens where there are no lies. This is the ending that happens when Caleb doesn't leave Phillip. And, yeah. She's missing her 27 odd kids in this version of herself. And yeah, she doesn't exactly have it EASY with the curse and all. So there are aspects of her life she wouldn't trade, even for this "happy" ending. But it still hurts to see that to some degree, the guilt Caleb feels is right. Things COULD have been different. Things COULD have been better between he and Phillip.
As for Witch Switch Evelyn, she's pretty relieved that she got the chiller version of Phillip. She's relieved that she's got the version where coming to the demon realm cured him of his witch hunting obsession rather than made it worse. She's nervously sweating that it all comes down to her to prevent a second tyrant from hitting the Isles, though, ha. She's also relieved that she's the version that doesn't have 27 traumatized kids, because while it seems to be working out for Gilded Evelyn, some of those "kids" are older than Witch Switch Evelyn, and she's not ready for that level of responsibility. She's also just flat out impressed with Gilded Evelyn's magical ability and level of coolness. SHE'S a huge loser whose magic fizzles out because of her curse (her loserness and magic loss are unrelated: she's just a loser naturally all on her own), and meanwhile Gilded Evelyn is this cool, capable witch who can bring people back from the brink of death.

Ya know what? i need to draw the evelyn evelyn sisters more. they r so fun to draw like what???
Personal headcanons:
//I like the idea of Eve (which is what I'll call the shorter sister) being nonbinary. Because one frick you, two is because I feel like they like it when their sister and themself are referred to as "they" because people are usually using that pronoun plurally. And I feel like Eve got attached to the pronouns they/them because that's just what they like.
//This is also because in the song Evelyn Evelyn, Eve wants to be with their sister, and thye saw this connection as a way for people to keep referring to the Evelyn sisters as "they" and such (IDK IF THAT MADE SENSE IM SORRY)
//Lyn (the taller sister), wants to have an identity all to herself (she wants privacy and just away time from the whole evelyn sisters dynamic that many people know them for)
//So, when Eve decided to start using they/them pronouns for themself, Lyn started feeling like a burden was taken off her shoulders cuz it's like their identities have seperated now.
//I think one of the personal conflicts of the Evelyn Evelyn story is how these two feel like they can't get alone time and privacy for their own personal interests and identities. So by having Eve be nonbinary, the two sisters started trying to make their own identities for themselves and be chiller
//Idk man, the story itself is mainly tragic anyways, I just want them to get along

Every Upcoming Blumhouse New Horror Movie For 2021 and Beyond
https://ift.tt/2Jkmo81
In just over a decade Blumhouse Productions has gone from a very smart agile indie to possibly the most significant horror production company out there. It’s slate is huge, it most quickly and cheaply, trusts in its creators and favours originality and genuine scares. Though the pandemic has meant certain release dates have had to move, or not as yet locked in, it’s clear the Blumhouse juggernaut is showing no signs of slowing. It has several film in production, with release dates set for 2021 and even more movies in various states of development.
We’ve rounded up the latest on all of Blumhouse’s upcoming horror movies. Note: we have not included TV, we haven’t included anything which is clearly not a horror and the projects which have been in development hell for many years are summarised briefly at the end. We’ll keep this updated so pop back for all your Blumhouse needs.
Image from 2013’s The Purge
The Forever Purge
Release date: 9 July 2021
This fifth installment of the The Purge franchise will reportedly be the last with creator and writer James DeMonaco promising a ‘really cool’ end to the series. This movie was originally scheduled for a summer 2020 release – filming wrapped in February 2020 – but dates inevitably shifted and now it’s aiming for Summer 2021. While DeMonaco wrote the script, the movie is directed by Everardo Gout who’s best known for his work on National Geographic series Mars. The movie stars Ana de la Reguera and Tenoch Huerta with Josh Lucas and Will Patton.
Welcome to the Blumhouse (second batch)
Release date: 2021 tbc
This imprint which launched in October and streams on Amazon Prime will get another four installments in 2021. The series once again aims to give a platform to upcoming and underrepresented voices. The movies are:
Madres
A pregnant Mexican-American woman and her husband move to a migrant community in California where she starts to experience strange visions and phenomena. Is it the legendary curse? Or is something more sinister going on? This is a first feature from Ryan Zaragoza and stars Tenoch Huerta (The Forever Purge) Ariana Guerra, Evelyn Gonzalez, Kerry Cahill, and Elpidia Carrillo.
The Manor
Residents of a nursing home are haunted by supernatural forces in this film from Soulmate director Axelle Carolyn. Barbara Hershey stars as a woman who’s recently moved into the home following a stroke who suspects malevolent beings are at prey and needs to convince everyone around her she doesn’t belong there at all in order to escape.
Black as Night
Teenage misfits battle vampires who are attacking New Orleans’ disenfranchised in this feature from Maritte Lee Go which sounds like it might appeal to a young female demographic as well as the usual Blumhouse fans. It stars Asjha Cooper, Fabrizio Guido, Craig Tate, Keith David, Mason Beauchamp, Abbie Gayle and Frankie Smith.
Bingo
Set among an eldery community in the Barrio of Oak Springs, Bingo sees a stubborn group of friends lead by the matriarchal Lupita who keeps them together a family, face their toughest threat yet when they discover their Bingo hall is to be sold to a powerful force. Gigi Saul Guerrero, who directed an episode of The Purge TV show and also a segment of Blum’s Into The Dark horror series takes the helm.
Halloween Kills
Release date: October 15 2021
Originally planned for October 2020, this follow up to David Gordon Green’s 2018 Halloween reboot (which was a direct sequel to John Carpenter’s 1978 Halloween) will now arrive in October 2021 to carry on the saga of Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) and her family in their ongoing battle with Michael Myers. The previous installment was a smart addition to the franchise dealing with themes of PTSD in the wake of what Laurie experienced as a teen so we have high hopes for this. Blum has said the movie will be “Huge” and “Intense” and will feature returning legacy characters from the original.
Halloween Ends
Release date: October 14 2022
The third part of the reboot trilogy is planned for 2022 and will bring to a close this part of the saga. Ahead of the release of Halloween Kills it’s difficult to predict which direction part three will take us in but if IMDb is to be believed Laurie, her daughter Karen (Judy Greer) and Granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) will be in a final showdown with The Shape.
Paranormal Activity 7 (as yet untitled)
Release date: 2022 TBC
Announced back in 2019, Blumhouse is supposedly planning a seventh installment to the found footage franchise, with Oren Peli the creator of the original Paranormal Activity attached to write. No plot details have been released yet and it’s possible the unexpected events of 2020 have affected plans for this. The latest in the franchise – 2015 Paranormal Activity: Ghost Dimension is the least profitable of the series but still grossed $79M worldwide from a budget of $10M.
Vengeance
Release date: 2021
This is the directorial debut of actor and comedian BJ Novak (who was one of the writers on the US version of The Office, where he also played Ryan Howard), which follows a radio host from New York (also played by Novak) who travels down South in an attempt to solve the murder of his girlfriend and discover what happened to her. The movie co stars Logan’s Boyd Holbrook as well as Ashton Kutcher and Issa Rae. The production began in March 2020 but was put on hold due to COVID19, but has started back up again and Blum says they’ve almost finished shooting what he describes as “a cool, offbeat movie”.
Five Nights At Freddy’s
Status: Pre-production
Currently in pre-production is this adaptation based on the popular horror video game franchise where a night security worker at a restaurant called Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza is terrorised by sentient and murderous animatronic characters who come alive after dark. The movie was originally optioned by Warner Bros with Gil Keenan to direct but is now with Blumhouse under Chris Columbus. Despite delays, Blum is confident this is still very much on the cards telling Inverse “”It’s still active. We haven’t quite figured it out, but we’re getting closer every day.” The videogame franchise featured several sequels and spin offs so if Blum and Columbus can make this a hit there’s every possibility for multiple sequels.
Wolfman
Status: Pre-production
After the massive success of The Invisible Man, long time Blumhouse collaborator Leigh Whannell has signed on to tackle another classic Universal monster with the Wolfman. This is one of the strangest but most exciting titles on Blumhouse’s slate with Ryan Gosling attacked to star as a man who is cursed after being bitten by a werewolf. Gosling is a massive talent, Oscar nominated twice, who is selective with his projects so we can only imagine the script must be something special.
Mother Nature
Status: Pre-Production
Announced back in May Mother Nature marks the directorial debut of Jamie Lee Curtis herself. An eco-horror co-written by Curtis and Russell Goldman who’s head of development at Curtis’ company Comet Pictures, this is the first film in a three year first look deal Comet Pictures has with Blumhouse. Details are scant but it looks like this will be themed around climate change. “I’m 61 and my motto now is: ‘If not now, when, if not me, who?’” Curtis told EW. Well quite.
Untitled John Ridley Paranormal Thriller
Status: Pre-production
Novelist, screenwriter and director John Ridley is set to write and direct this chiller based on this article entitled ‘Project Poltergeist’ which tells the true story of a young boy who is purported terrified by supernatural occurrences in a public housing project in the 1960s. “This is an incredible true-life narrative of a young man dealing with horrors – both paranormal and racially systemic — in a community that is scarred by hate, yet ultimately brought together by hope,” said Ridley, speaking to TheWrap. “I really appreciate Blumhouse’s commitment to telling stories that seek to entertain audiences even as it challenges them.”
Patrick Wilson in Insidious
Insidious 5
Status: Pitch
It’s been ten years since the very scary first installment of Insidious, one of the franchises that really helped put Blumhouse productions on the map, and the series shows no sign of disappearing into the Further just yet. A fifth film is apparently on the cards with star Patrick Wilson set to direct. The film will focus on the Lambert family ten years on as son Dalton prepares to go to college. “We’ve had a lot of luck with first-time directors who are actors, even Jordan Peele (Get Out) or Joel Edgerton on The Gift,” Blum told Den of Geek.
Caroline Ward in Host
Untitled Rob Savage project
Status: Pre-production
Sure the defining horror movie of 2020 has to be Host, a low budget indie written, shot and released in just 12 weeks during lockdown, a Zoom horror which perfectly captured the zeitgeist. After rave reviews, Savage and his team, screenwriters Gemma Hurley and Jed Shepherd and producer Douglas Cox signed with Blumhouse for a three picture deal. In typical quick and dirty style they’ve already begun work on the first of these features, which will reportedly be scarier and more ambitious than Host. Definitely one to watch.
Untitled Dracula project
Status: Treatment
Announced back in March, Jennifer’s Body and The Invitation director Karyn Kusama is attached to another Universal Monster project – a new adaptation of Bram Stoker’s Dracula. Kusama told the Kingcast podcast that it would be a fairly faithful adaptation which will lean into the idea of multiple voices and points of view to tell the story, and perhaps present a slightly different version of the Count himself. “I would just say in some respect this is gonna be an adaptation called Dracula but it’s perhaps not the same kind of romantic hero that we’ve seen in past adaptations of Dracula,” said Kusama.
Untitled The Thing Remake/Untitled John Carpenter/Blumhouse Project
Status: Pitch
January of 2020 saw rumours that Blumhouse was working on a new iteration of The Thing, based on the (relatively) recently unearthed longer version of the story the movie is based on Who Goes There?, by John W. Campbell Jr. – the longer version is called Frozen Hell. Though there are two separate entries on IMDb for this project they are clearly the same ‘Thing’ – the ‘Untitled John Carpenter/Blumhouse Project’ suggest the Halloween 2018 director David Gordon Green maybe attached.
Firestarter
Status: Script
This new adaptation of the Stephen King novel has been kicking about since 2010 but there has been some movement recently. Zac Efron has been cast in an as yet undisclosed role and Blum has promised a “faithful” adaptation. At one point Akiva Goldsman was attached to direct, then later Fatih Akin but as things currently stand The Vigil director Keith Thomas is the frame to re-tell this story about a young girl with the telekinetic power to set things on fire. There was a previous adap of this story released in 1984 starring Drew Barrymore and directed by Mark L. Lester, with a miniseries Firestarter: Rekindled broadcast on the sci-fi channel in 2002, so this sits within remake territory.
Untitled Elizabeth Moss Project
Status: Pitch
This is a proposed adaptation of Virginia Feito’s novel, Mrs. March, with Moss producing and set to star. The novel will be published in 2021 and has been likened to Shirley Jackson. According to the synopsis it follows an upper Eastside housewife “who unravels when she begins to suspect the detestable protagonist of her husband’s latest bestselling novel is based on her”. Moss’s Love and Squalor productions with partner with Blumhouse on the project
Also in development:
Blumhouse has a multitude of other projects at different stages of development many of which likely won’t ever see the light of day. Here what else has been mooted.

Night of the Eagle (1962) (AKA Burn, Witch, Burn!)
Tumblr media
Directed by Sidney Havers
Written by Charles Beaumont, Richard Matheson & George Baxt
Based on “Conjure Wife” by Fritz Leiber
Music by William Alwyn
Country: United Kingdom, United States
Language: English
Running Time: 87 minutes
CAST
Peter Wyngarde as Norman Taylor
Janet Blair as Tansy Taylor
Margaret Johnston as Flora Carr
Anthony Nicholls as Harvey Sawtelle
Colin Gordon as Lindsay Carr
Kathleen Byron as Evelyn Sawtelle
Reginald Beckwith as Harold Gunnison
Tumblr media
“Tansy!” yells debonair schoolteacher Norman Taylor throughout the duration of this jolly splendid B&W 1962 adaptation of Fritz Lieber’s novel Conjure Wife. Norman is played by Peter Wyngarde, an adept bellower in the clipped Brit style of the time: “TAHN-SAY!” There is more than one long stretch of Night of The Eagle which just involves our dashing hero, uh, dashing about, sweat dappling his stiff upper lip as he traumatises the world of sound with his unceasing blasts of “TAHN-SAY!” Sometimes he’s on a beach in the dark, sometimes he’s racing his sporty car to catch his errant spouse as she flees by bus, sometimes he’s just keeping it local in his own house, and best of all sometimes he’s shouting it as a gigantic eagle stalks him through a moodily lit school. Actually he might not be yelling “TAHN-SAY!” on all those occasions but it certainly feels like it. Oh, the eagle, you liked that, huh? Well, that’s the climax and I’m hardly spoiling anything since it’s called Night of the Eagle and there are so many shots of the stone eagles adorning the sprawling school building that the very notion of foreshadowing is crushed unenigmatically beneath their weight.  So, yes, there is indeed a night of the eagle in Night of the Eagle. Truth in advertising there.
Tumblr media
Wyngarde’s stylishly attired Norman is an excellent teacher at an excellent school. Like all successful people Norman thinks he deserves every last drop of his success since it is due wholly to his own amazingness. Like all successful people Norman is wrong. Successful people think they did it all by themselves, which is why successful people get a bit twitchy when it comes to paying tax. They forget they were born in a hospital, drank water out of a tap, were educated in a school, flushed a toilet, drove on a surfaced road and all the other dull but essential things tax provides. Without any of that they’d be dead in a ditch instead of coining it in because of whatever it is that they’ve done that makes them so very, very special. Pay your tax, you slack bastards, is what I’m getting at there.
Tumblr media
That’s probably not the actual subtext of Night of the Eagle to be honest, but in just the same way that every successful person requires a societal infrastructure around them to reach the giddy heights of whatever specialness they have achieved, Norman’s success depends on forces outside his control. Unfortunately for Norman these are dark forces. Bad ju-ju in fact.  Early on Norman twigs that his wife, Tansy (Janet Blair) has brought back from their recent holiday an active interest in obeah or “conjure magic”. Turns out all Norman’s recent success has been the result of charms Tansy has salted around their house with all the cagey genius of a teenager secreting spank mags. Norman, naturally, begs to differ, his success being down to his innate greatness, and demands the superstitious tat be burned.  Under duress Tansy complies. Oops. Norman and Tansy’s life immediately takes a turn for the catastrophic. It transpires that in addition to gifting Norman vocational  success Tansy’s charms were also protecting Norman from malign forces, and the now vulnerable couple find themselves supernaturally besieged by an unknown sorcerous assailant. Can our beleaguered duo triumph in the face of the irrational? Never mind triumph, can they survive the night of the eagle?
Tumblr media
Norman and Tansey’s ensuing entertainingly melodramatic struggles are sophisticated suspense in excelsis. Night of the Eagle is an impressively tense chiller, benefiting no end from Leiber and Matheson’s unarguable writing chops in the department of spookiness.  Sidney Hayers’ direction is nicely judged with some claustrophobic set-ups and nice use of shadows, particularly in the short but effective avian attack finale. Acting is just swell from all involved, though Janet Blair gets the short straw with the somewhat wet Tansy she soldiers on regardless. The villain (whom I shall not name to avoid spoilers) is enormous fun, making the most of every second on screen and all the smaller parts are effectively played by some familiar and dependable faces of the period. Peter Cushing was to play Norman originally but instead opted for Captain Clegg (1962, natch). This is an enormous shame on the one hand as I am an avid Peter Cushing fan, and he would have rocked in this one. On the other hand there are plenty of great Peter Cushing performances available and there are far too few cinematic records of the magic of  Peter Wyngarde. And be in no doubt Night of the Eagle is The Peter Wyngarde Show, which is recommendation enough in and of itself.  Peter Wyngarde is great, basically.  Ultimately Night of the Eagle may not rank with the similarly atmospheric classics Cat People (1942) or Night of the Demon (1957), but it is certainly breathing heavily down their necks in the intelligent old school horror stakes.

The Mummy's Curse ♦ By Louisa May Alcott ♦ Supernatural Horror Short ♦ Full Audiobook
Title:  The Mummy's Curse or Lost In A Pyramid
Author:  Louisa May Alcott
Genre(s): Horror & Supernatural Fiction
Language: English
Read By:  Louise J. Belle
Librivox Recording
Summary After an expedition to Egypt with his colleague Professor Niles, Paul Forsyth returns to his fiancée Evelyn with a mysterious box of scarlet seeds. He warns her that the story of their origin will haunt her, but her naïve curiosity prevails.
Forsyth's tale begins when, despite fatigue and growing wariness, he follows the insatiable Niles deep into the Pyramid of Cheops. The two decide to lie in the sand and rest while Niles's guide, Jumal, seeks another guide to lead Forsyth to safety. Awaking alone, Forsyth plunges farther into the labyrinth in search of Niles, whom he finds lost and despairing. Niles breaks his leg in a fall, and, fearing for their lives, the two resolve to start a fire in order to signal Jumal. They burn a wooden coffin and unroll the wrappings of the mummified woman inside, where they discover the box of seeds. Despite strong reservations, Forsyth throws the mummy on the fire at Niles's command, before deciphering a piece of parchment which identifies the woman as a powerful sorceress who has vowed to curse anyone who dares disturb her grave. Forsyth keeps the box as a "souvenir" and Jumal rescues the hapless explorers, who have lost consciousness from the fumes.
Evelyn asks to plant the seeds, but Forsyth throws them into the fireplace, fearing that they may be cursed or poisonous. He reveals that Niles has had bad luck since his return, but the happy lovers do not think much of it. Three months later, Forsyth remarks to Evelyn on their wedding day that she has grown frail and sickly. She confides that she feels she is dying, but he dismisses her ailment as bridal nerves. He reveals that one seed has escaped the fire after all, and after being sent to Niles, it has bloomed into an unusual white flower. She surprises him by revealing that she has grown her own strange flower in her boudoir, and that she intends to wear it during the wedding, which he cautions against. She appears at the ceremony with renewed vivacity, but later falls into a swoon, revealing the flower pinned to her breast. An urgent letter arrives from a friend of Niles's, bringing news of the professor's death after wearing his own flower, which was later pronounced to be a lethal poison which drains the vitality of the wearer. Evelyn falls into a catatonic state of "death in life," and Forsyth secludes himself to tend to his insensate wife. I don’t think I shared here about how I picture Evie’s design? Very 1920’s in style :)

The surplus of Arden asks have gotten me interested about Eve. I think at some point it was mentioned she had a little bit of a grudge against Tommy partly because she thinks their dad favors him. Do you think that grudge has any merit? DOES The G-Man play favorites? Or is a similar case to Arden, in which the hatred is a bit misguided and uncalled for? I'd love to learn more about her if you have the time or content to share! Offtopic all your ocs are soooo genuinely creative and interesting, love them so much. 🫶
YEAHH!!! EVE QUESTION WOO!! ^^
And yes! I did say that she had a bit of a grudge against her brother bc of G-man (that then shifted into full on jealousy/envy but she tries her best to put on a face and pretends like it doesn’t bother her.)
And there’s a sort of half justification for it? Tommy never did anything directly to Evie for her to put her grievances on him but if anything she should be directing it more to Mr. Coolatta himself.
Bc (unintentionally) caused her to be the way that she is. You know that joke right where parents say that their oldest child is the “tester” so when they inevitably have another kid they’ll “get it right?” yeah. 😬
so he kinda fucked up and raised her to be this megalomaniac obsessed with getting to the top without considering- consequences (something something irony) and how that would effect her mentally. He was proud of her and did love her mind you, but wasn’t very direct about it.
So when he adopted Tommy he was a less overbearing and more considerate to his interests and his character as a person more than going straight into training him to carry the metaphorical torch in the family.
And Evelyn perceived that differently. Because with G-Dad expressing himself more towards Tommy, she took it as “he never showed me that -> he likes my brother more than me”
So it turned into this sort of Tai-Lung + Azula situation with Evelyn. “You made me this way!” + “I have to prove myself to be loved :(“ sort of ordeal.
And so Evelyn left, causing a sort of estrangement between her and her younger brother. but even if she barely knew him growing up she was still very bitter, towards him and her dad.
aaaand yeah! Thats just a handful of info about her. :) different from Arden definitely. His hatred sprung from his own mind and Evie’s was more influenced by how she was raised. Nature vs Nurture and all that.
(and THANK YOU :)) glad you like my funky little guys.)

Do you think Tommy would be perceptive of Eve's distain for him? Or would Eve be good enough at hiding it that he thinks everything is cool between them? I can't imagine just finding out one day that your older sister has had this huge grudge against you your whole life, and you had no idea. Such a cool character design for her btw
Evie being estranged would definitely make him not see her distain- initially. As cracks begin to show and her facade begins to slip he definitely starts to pick it up- but he can’t piece together why she hates him.
She’s pretty good at covering herself though, so yeah- it takes a bit for him to figuring out.
lol yeah it was pretty jarring on his half tho. And thank you! :D

Can we plz get a Benrey and Tommy family lore drop/explanation
OH BOY. well here’s the complete rundown to all that I have figured out.
The Benrey Lore:
Benrey Nilabi was born a runt in a place called Cerutina, one of the many places that connects to Xen. (Cerutinans are blue-eyed shapeshifting beings that all hold a sort of deep subconscious hivemind. Bc Benrey is a runt he isn’t connected to this hivemind and is less empathetic/emotionally connected than his family and peers but still tries to through sweet voice. He also lacks the faster healing factor/ extreme shapeshifting that other Cerutinans have.)
He used to live there with his mom, Momma Moola and his abusive older brother, Arden Ardven, and his 16 other younger siblings on a farm until his Arden got a bit too abusive and which resulted in Arden losing his eye in a fight with Ben, which then turned to Ben leaving the farm off to Xen then to Earth.
Momma Moola then died to to a chronic illness not too long after with the rest of his siblings choosing to scatter across the galaxy to pursue their own careers (which is typical for Cerutinans, as most are nomadic and love to integrate themselves into different cultures.) Few stayed on the farm. Arden ended up getting arrested and locked up in a galactic prison bc of his less than savory/ violent preferences on how an alien society should be.
The Tommy Lore:
Thomas “Tommy” Coolatta was adopted into a family of 3, that of his strange yet caring Father (G-Dad), his two-faced eldest sister Evelyn “Evie” Chiller, and his older brother, Graham Chillatta.
Evie was unintentionally raised as a bit of a megalomaniac with a strive for perfection with a hint of businessman savvy. After Tommy was adopted she got extremely bitter of her father’s different methods in raising him, feeling negatively towards the both of them.
Meanwhile Graham was raised in the shadows feeling inadequate about everything, including himself (he’s got a list of medical conditions, one of them causes him to feel he can’t quite emotionally connect to other people. When he isn’t working on projects, he often surrounds himself with paid prostitutes and hype men so he “feels some sort of connection” even if it’s the artificial kind.)
Evie saw this in Graham and as the two got older they distanced themselves from G-Man and Tommy to pursue their own business ventures. Graham sees Evie as the only person he has a real relationship with (the familial kind. Not the gross kind lmao. JUST TO BE CLEAR.) which makes Evie just take advantage of him easily.
Their lore gets wonky from here but just know that Evie and Graham run a business where it seems all hunky dory from the outside but is really just a coverup so Graham can experiment on life forms. (OH and that the trio are reincarnations of a being that was made of light that created the universe but exploded that resulted in the creation of planets and such whaaaat?)
AND THATS AS MUCH AS I LORE I COULD GIVE. COMPRESSED. If there’s any specific character/ thing you want to know more about just ask. I’m tired lol
