𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 watched anxiously as you bit into a cookie she made apart of a batch as a gift to you. She gulped a little nervously as you chewed the sugary treat, and inevitably swallowed.

A joyous expression spread across your facial features, as you turned to the young witch. “Ginger, these are amazing!” You practically squealed, before you took another bite of the cookie.

Ginger’s face mirrored yours as she too gave you a smile, clasping her hands together in a thankful gesture. “I’m so glad you like them, [Name]!” She said, to which you laughed.

“Like? You think I just like them? I love them! Ginger, you’re literally the daughter of the candy witch, the best baker in Book End without a doubt!” You said confidently.

Flustered; Ginger felt the blood rush to her ears, heart pounding in her chest, her expression turning bashful at your compliments. “Well, if you love those — !”

Ginger walks over to a counter, where she opens up two containers, each filled with a wide variety of sugary baked goods. “Then you’ll practically die for these!” Ginger says with a giggle.

You laughed, walking over to Ginger, you gave her a tight hug, kissing her cheek. “Thank you!” You said excitedly, before you turned to the baked goods, and began to eat them contentedly.

You ate oblivious to the very, very, blushy, but also dazed Ginger, that held her cheek where you had kissed her, hoping that wouldn’t be the last time you showed her your affections.

That's just a headscarf not a hijab just to clear that up since ik hijabs are supposed to cover your hair and neck. Btw she's like 13 in my au so I like try to make her look younger although I'm not very good at that.

I don’t mean to offend but Ginger’s og design is horrendous, it hurts my eyes. I strongly believe she would fit into whatever aesthetic this is, I know some people label it coquette but idk if that’s right. It’s definitely more Christmasy/cold weather vibes than ballet core but I don’t know it’s specific term lol🥴 Anyway I’m super happy with her, I think she looks super cute omg I love her sm

GINGER GINGER BREADHOUSE 💗🍭🍬

I struggled so hard w her original design and I think it really showed, I adore her concept but hate her execution in alot of her cannon / my own designs and I think it’s very difficult to combine maximalism and whimsy without looking cluttered visually especially when drawn. I gave her back her glasses, took away some of the harsh tones and patterns, when I upgrade my skill level again I might incorporate more patterns but rn at my skill it looks too unintentionally messy.

Lmk what u think I could do to improve her design or change to her outfit, I really like the icing pattern / drip / icing bag puffed sleeves / glasses / hijab but everything else I could change / incorporate elsewhere I’m open to suggestions
